So sad that we're in to the last week of Fight for my Way ?? who's with me?

I livestreamed Suspicious Partner this week and I got so sad when they started promoting Reunited Worlds. It means my crack drama's ending and I don't want it to! And then I flailed because YEO JIN GU. So. Here comes another possible crack drama. Hahaha!

I also just finished Ex-Girlfriend Club and that was a fun 10 hours. Also finally finished with Chief Kim, only to queue my favorite parts right back again.

I'm gonna binge Father is Strange this weekend and YAY! Been so excited to finally have time to do so.

I'm waiting for these crop of shows to end so I can binge them all. Sadly, I can only watch one current drama at a time.

Bride of the Water God : I will consider it as a loosely based adaptation with the same character but with Habaek going to the human world. I'm waiting for more episodes to judge.

Watching Duel, Fight My Way, and Best Hit. This week, Yang Se-jong totally win my heart for his amazing portrayals of 3 (or is it 4?) different characters.

Marathoning Secret Forest this week and I love every second. We actually get 3 smart female characters here, which is something worth celebrated.

Saying goodbye to the super enjoyable sitcom this year Super Family. So many heart, so many laughter, so many lessons, and so many lovable characters. I will miss you dearly, show.

-Crime Scene 3: Eps 10. I almost suspected the detective this week because everyone have double identity. This is giving me whiplash. I always like it though whenever Jin-ho get a loveline. That guy is just so good at playing couple. Haha.. And only Ji-hoon can play a super weird pianist who always talks to his stuff toy perfectly and make it look somewhat normal.

Loving Forest of Secret--totally agree with HeadsNo2- its feels more like a movie than a drams. Bae Do Naa and Jo Seung Woo are both fantastic.
The Best Hot-- Love Love Love YSY and I am watching this mainly for him. While I like the love story, i wilsh they would go back to the slapstick comedy and the mystery. All the actors here are great but the screen writers seems to be concentrating a lil too much on the love story.
7 Day Queen-- this show gets me in the heart--i am smiling one second and in tears the next.
Father is strange-- watching this solely for Lee Yuri who is such a delight to watch as Unni.
Still watching
Suspicious Partner-- the noble idiocy was unnecessary.
Fight my way- think the family secret was not required.
Women of dignity-- Kim Su Na and her multiple expressions are so good. this is a weird lil show but i cant stop watching it for some reason!

It's strange how different dramas turn me into a different kind of viewer:

My Sassy Girl: Joo Won looks bored. The romance is cute but I.don't.feel.anything about this show.
Me critical = story needs to rev up. And take Gyun Hee far away.

The Best Hit: Hyun Jae channeled his inner Enrique this week, which is no bad thing. I could use a bit more music-making, but am happy to sit back and relax (as much as any time-travelling drama will allow me that is...)
Me non-critical = I can't find fault with this drama now that every character is taking steps forward (Ji Hoon finally!). I'm also blinded by YSY's beautiful face, which makes me much more lenient.

Seven Day Queen: It's like dark chocolate. I need to sit down calmly and enjoy it to the fullest.
Me nerdy viewer = analysing every character's political agenda and trying to predict when things will go wrong. Also, I love trying to follow the wheels turning in Yeonsangun's paranoid but brilliant mind. One word with Myung Hye and he made her spill crucial information. Loved it.

My Only Love Song: Marathoning it. Boong Boong is the most temperamental time-travelling van ever.
Me indulging my love for wacky = The humour was a bit much for me in the beginning, but I've even warmed up to the narcissistic villain now. Like what?

Ruler-Master of the Mask: I just want to see how this show is going to end, was not expecting that Hwa-gun will die and now I'm scared for Lee Sun! I still do enjoy this show though, does that make me weird?

The Best Hit: I really wish there was no love triangle, I love all the characters and I love Woo-sueng with both Hyun-jae and Ji-hoon but I don't see it working with either one of them! Hyun-jae will have to go to the past right? and I don't want Woo-sueng's friendship ruined with Ji-hoon because of his feelings! Can't we just have them all be friends?

Bride of the Water God: I enjoyed the first two episodes for the same reasons girlfriday mentioned, I think Nam Joo-hyuk is doing a good job here, and it's a good thing that I have no knowledge of the manhwa so I don't have anything to compare it with, just enjoy it as it is!

Pride and Prejudice Kdrama: I started watching this because I missed Choi Jin-hyuk (still not over Tunnel) at episode 10, I remember some beanies saying this show was boring and dry but I like it so far, so will keep watching it!

So what sort of comedy Bride of Water God is? Is it hilarious like Best Hit?

FIS - lol Lee Yuri posted the collection of her faces in this drama in her IG LOL ? It's hilarious. I might skipped some epi if she is not acting in this drama though. I never thought she can do comedic role this good, as I thought she's more on melodrama type and I really love her in such roles. But then I remember she was also funny in Superdaddy Yeol. While I loved her in all her daily drama, esp the revenge ones, I hope she will not go back to such drama again.

I am going to start on Super Family again, after I finish binge watching Medalist Lawyer Heir (c-drama).

Currently watching: Suspicious Partner, Fight My Way, Seven Day Queen, The Best Hit, Bride of the Water God (is it even possible to not be behind on all these shows)

I've just started my summer holidays thinking that I'll have way more time to watch these, now that I don't have any exams. How could I be so wrong lol

I'm trying my best to keep up with the recaps but everyone is just on fire ? So I'm happy just lurking and reading everyone's comments (and liking them ofc)

My favourites by far are Seven Day Queen and The Best Hit.

It's my fourth sageuk and I'm actually surprised by how much I've liked it. I usually avoid them, having no interest in palace politics but this one has really roped me in, hook, line and sinker. Everything from the OST, costumes, relationships, even the angst (which I normally hate) is so compelling and I just love it all. Fingers crossed it keeps up the quality even with such poor ratings?

The best hit seems like a normal drama tbh compared to what it was advertised as but it's still so good. I've not watched this week's episode yet but I find it so my kind of humour. YSY is slaying at pulling my heartstrings in this drama and I want him to get the girl too girlfriday!!

P.s what are the rules on changing ships during a drama haha, does it make me a traitor?!??

.Suspicious Partner-I am only really watching for the funny parts really, if you ask me about the rest of the show I have absolutely no idea but I have to say the acting from the guy playing is amazing. I do love the team of lawyers, our leads and the child was a sweet and touching addition but I do not think I will suffer any withdrawal syndrome after this.

.7 day queen-it is my absolute crack drama right now, every episode leaves me in awe and wanting to learn more about the history behind it. It is pretty much a complete package and I am glad that I ignored my doubts for it. Its depth of writing, the cinematography, the acting particularly from the King, a once in a lifetime kind of performance there are just brilliant. It is sad that its viewership rates are going down but I think like a lot of us, many viewers are scared of the ending and the show is getting a lot darker.

Father is strange-I have been missing family dramas and this one has filled the hole in my heart. It feels original, absolutely hilarious (I lost it in laughter so many times) but also heartwarming and sweet. Its depiction of siblings and family and friends is lovely and I feel connected almost all the characters and their journeys. It has been able to mix laughs (some of the best comedic scenes for me are in here) and drama (the main plot line feels riveting and not typical at all).

Arang and the magristate-I am enjoying this a lot. I am not that far through, only 2nd episode but the world building, directing, characters are really clever. I love Arang, she is so my kind of heroine and the back story sounds really interesting. The interactions between her and the magristate are really funny as well. So going well.

Bride of the Water god-I have to admit I gave up. I was not concentrating at all. Hopefully my editor does not remember that I said I would cover this. I am going to do seven day queen instead when it finishes.

Looking forward now to School 2017, Reunited worlds, the strongest delivery man and Descendants of the sun (I have to watch it now), I have clearly broken by my own rule now with more than 2 shows, but with all this spare time I have and so many dramas to choose from...

Watch Forest of secrets, girlfriday! It's amazing! Yeo Jin and Shi mok are adorable and badass.

Suspicious partner has become like comfort food for me. The characters and the world feels familiar, so even though it's no longer crack, I still feel warm towards that show. Only watched one episode of fight my way and I am happy Joo man's realising how precious sul hee is. As for the main couple, I like that their kisses don't feel passionate but affectionate. If that even makes sense, lol.

Regarding seven day queen, I find it ironic that the one person who made yeok to not turn a blind eye to the evil happening around him was chae Kyung. But, that ends up being the thing now that keeps them from being able to live like a regular married couple. Sigh. This couple hurts my heart. It just hurts even more that their conflict is understandable.

I am also curious about how the king loves is going to be. It has a similar premise but in a goryeo setting. This is the one drama that I have decided to check out along with bride of the water god (which I have decided to keep watching but not completely sold on) and have decided to wait for the reviews for the other dramas.

In the mean time, going to check out either Solomon's perjury or circle.

- FOREST OF SECRETS is terrific! That is probably a given by now, but I feel the need to repeat it every week. Each week, a layer gets added to the story and our characters and the mystery intensifies. It is exactly what I signed up for, if not MORE.
-FIGHT MY WAY: I can't believe my crack drama is approaching its end. This was a really well done friends-to-lovers story; cute, funny and heartwarming. I will miss this
-SUSPICIOUS PARTNER: This week's episodes were a little better than last week's... but I'm still rolling my eyes at how very cliche and predictable this has become. At least it ends soon

I'm a little behind on THE BEST HIT, I feel like I might drop this show soon. I don't hate it, but my interest is waning. The jokes are good, but the little investment I had in our characters' story is almost non-existent now. What say you Beanies, is it still worth it?

Wow, we are now on the second half of the year. The first half passed by quickly. My favorites of the year so far are Tomorrow With You and The Liar and His Lover. Will the following be on the list six months from now?

The Best Hit -- Still remains the highlight of my week. It's simply not complicated to watch. I just enjoy whatever antics they throw at us. No angsty moments yet and definitely not too dramatic. Just right amount of it. Last week's grandpa and child storyline was solid. It was heartwarming to watch. Yesterday's Hyun-Jae and Woo-seung trope-filled romance worked very well. The only thing missing was backhug. And Woo-seung, girl, can you share some of those magic potion. Three boys want to have you. Don't be greedy. Sharing is caring.

Seven Day Queen -- I'm watching it every week. I'm current with the episodes. The performances are legit. I don't see plot holes in the drama. Yet, I still don't feel anything. The characters don't grab me I don't feel scared for them or feel sad about what will happen to them. It's odd. Maybe because I'm watching an American drama where the stakes are truly life or death.

GoT7 -- No, not the Kpop group, GOT7, with members Jinyoung, Jackson, JB, Mark, and three others. I mean, I'm getting ready for Game of Thrones season 7 by rewatching the first four and catching up with 5 and 6. The mother of all dramas. You win or you die.

I'm following these other two dramas, but not itching to watch them right away: Suspicious Partner and Fight My Way. SP turned angsty few episodes back, I decided to put it on hold. FMW is handling the relationships way better than SP. This is also more realistic. But I already know they will have a happy ending, so no need to watch it. Give me something dark and tragic, I'll watch that. Give me someone I can root for, and I'll give you 16 hours of my life.

Currently watching The Best Hit and Bride of the Water God, and super happy about it, I'm loving these two little shows...and essentially I agree with Girlfriday in everything she said. Yoon Shi Yoon is using all his charms and I can't resist, so I'm a DaBong girl ?now and will cheer for him to succeed and be happy, preferably with WS, because seriously, after the festival of unconcious displays of affection this week, I will flip tables if these two cannot be happy in the end and keep seeing each other ...the show keeps being fun and entertaining, and I'm waiting for major development next week, they have to solve the mystery already.
And about Bride of the Water God...I have to confess that I watched the episodes twice, ...and the second time I liked it much more when I adapted to its slightly cheesy style. I love Nam Joo Hyuk's portrayal, he is being surprisingly funny, and after all the negative comments, I am paying more attention to his expressions and how he moves in front of the camera...and now I'm liking him even more, haha!! Well, the previews with Krystal and Gong Myun were exciting, and I dare to say there is a sweet chemistry between NJH and SSK, so I look forward to the next episode. Is it Monday already?! ?

Fight my Way - enjoying it so far despite too many side things going on. I'm starting to enjoy the secondary couple Jong Man and Seul Hee more now. You better work really hard to get Seol Hee back, Jong Man!!

The Best Hit: The romance cliches are too much for me to digest. i wish the show would take different route and focus more on the deadpan humors and the time travel mystery. Yoon Shi Yoon though, looks really hot in this.

Father is Strange - The angst is coming!! I hope it will be resolved quickly coz I want my ship to sail faster.

Picking up:
New Journey to the West - binging this like crazy and finally caught up with Season 4 yeay! Their chemistry are awesome and I'm loving them so much right now. Na PD, I bow to you!

These late Spring/early Summer's crop of dramas have really been interesting. It's rare that I love most of the currently airing shows, but that's exactly where I find myself right now.

I'm going to miss Lookout, Fight My Way and Suspicious Partner when they end next week. In the meantime I'm still loving Bride of the Water God, Duel, 7 Day Queen, Forest of Secrets and the family drama, Father Is Strange.

I wonder how the new crop of dramas will fare in comparison to these ones and I'm also wondering if we'll get a mind numbing drama like W this Summer. Anyway, Bring It On, is all I'll say. The more dramas the merrier I am! lol.

Yay for my 4-day weekend!

Best Hit: ‭What is going to happen to grandpa and Malsook?! :( I've been in love with this drama, and I'm really worried that about it recently leaning on rom-com tropes (which slows down the pace considerably) instead of cleverly subverting them like I expected them do.

Lookout: No last quarter slump! There wasn't a lot of physical action this week and there is a lot of sitting, talking, and watching, but goodness, did all those scenes leave my heart pounding and short of breath!

Suspicious Partner: A BH+JH friend-ship! Hyun-soo is back! Sadly, the daddy angst really did a number on my enjoyment of the drama and OTP. I also feel like the drama has been sidelining BH in recent weeks; I'm relieved that BH got something more to do on Thursday's episodes even it meant being cold to JW.

Fight My Way: DM, don't lose your hearing!!! Why does your dream involve fighting? Can you still make money with that at age 50?! Why can't it be baking?! I somewhat agree with tineybeanie and murasakimi on their current assessment of the drama.

Father is Strange: We're near the end, so AJH is finding out the truth. I'm on such tenterhooks about Papa Byun's stolen identity this week that I'm finding the mother-in-law scenes almost a reprieve. I feel bad for Jung-Hwan for having the most embarrassing set of parents.

Bride of the Water God: Not really feeling it yet, yet though it going with the fish out of water comedy route makes it easier to enjoy. Like Sassy Girl, I wish they didn't bill it as an adaptation since it really is a distraction from the drama.

Forest of Secrets: Just started it and the praise is well-deserved. I'm not exactly sure what is going on. That's okay since the characters don't seem to know either, and I'm enjoying peeling back the layers with them. The Yeo-jin and Shi-mok interactions are also so low-key cute.

Attack on Titan Season 2: On episode 7 now. Never thought I'd be so into this. It's so bleak, but it hurts so good. Story, character design, action sequences, music, voice acting, and direction - all so beautifully orchestrated to bring maximum feels.

Lately I prefer to binge watch instead. Just because I dropped a lot of dramas this year?. My current update:

What im watching, is the one and only Suspicious Partner. After a little bit dissapointed in ep 33-34, finally the next 35-36 brought me back to the track. I mean the whole ep 33-34 is left me hanging, with so much unsolved issues, then ta-daa its all solved in ep 35th.
Its kinda sad this show comes to an end, but i think i can get my life back, after couple months ago my life was focused on this show, waiting new episodes, behind-the-scenes, reading recaps/ comments, and scrolling random videos in internet. I have no life ?

I watched fewer dramas this drama cycle.. and now my favs are coming to an end :(
Fight my way: I'll miss Ae ra and Dong man the most, they made me laugh and gave me hope that you can still get you dream if you refuse to settle; it'll just be a liitle later than you'd planned.
Suspicious partner: I don't know when and why exactly but i've stopped being moved by the lead pair. Kinda sad when that happens..but I suspect it was to do with the daddy issues but also that our serial killer is far more complex and compelling.
I remember you: Finally made time to watch this one. The struggle to avoid spoilers was ridiculously hard; especially with all the crime related dramas we've had recently! I must say, all the praise is well deserved from the writing, acting and the music, everything! Bo Gummy made it near impossible not to hope for a happy ending :'(
He had me questioning my moral compass on several occasions! Definitely going to re watch this now that I can pay greater attention to all the finer details.
The best hit: Why am I on the wrong ship? Is this drama intentionally trolling all rom-com tropes? Hyun jae and Woo seung have shared almost every 'fall-in-love' situation there is.. toy machine, swoop in to save the damsel, nurse 'em back to health.. everything and more, while her and Ji hoon have the long time friend/ first love thing going among others.. What the hell! plus there's MJ, the fact that I can't entirely write him off is I guess in the dramas favor(?). And what even is going on with the time-slip-missing money aspect? With so many things driving me crazy, this must be my crack drama right now.. Ah the sweet agony of drama watching..
Bride of the water God: Too soon to say much except that I'm loving the comedy and I hope they continue in a lighter tone. Not really sold on the couple but I like that I heroine is not exactly the saccharine sweet, can do no wrong kind, she's got issues and I want to know more about them.

My father is strange: Picked this up after @javabeans post on changing tastes and also the favorable comments on dramabeans. This is my first ever family drama so kinda pysched but so far (ep7) i'm loving it. But gotta confess, I am skipping a lot of the storyline with the oldest brother and uncle.

Seven Day Queen: This show never disappoints. It has a lot to offer and you can never refuse regardless if you will be hurt and all. I love the twist with the late king’s will and Chae Kyung’s involvement with it because it gives more sense with the prophecy. I’m so sad about that heart wrenching wedding of them which they didn’t deserve but nothing to do. Now that Chae Kyung already knows what the prince is up to, I wonder what’s gonna happen next and all I can do is to desperately wait for the next episode which what this show is doing to me every week since it started. Kudos to this very beautiful drama!

Fight My Way: The skinship of the main leads is major fan service. I can’t help but to squeee! Thank you so much for those beautiful scenes! But aside from that, after waiting for Tak Su and Dong Man’s fight ever since the start of the drama, I never expected such a thing to happen. Oh please, don’t do this to us! 2 more episodes and I think there’s still a lot of unresolved issue e.g the landlady’s story and all. I hope they can end it smoothly and just.

The Best Hit: More on HJ & WS and I kinda like it (sorry JH) but who can\t fall for HJ’s action lately? Ugh. One more episode today so let’s see what’s gonna happen next?

My Sassy Girl: I’m happy and sad at the same time for Prince Dalhan, happy because he didn’t disappoint us and still did what is right, he’s so adorable. Sad because even though he like the princess he gave up on her, a noble idiot in that case. Lmao. And the leads are so adorbs as well but the plot is going just so-so. I hope it’ll be better in the next episode.

Bride of the Water God: First, I love NJH! He’s so hot!!! So regardless of oh-so many side comments about this drama I will still love to watch it and for the first week I really like how the story goes and who can complain about a first kiss in the first episode? Lol. Hoping for the story to run smooth and prove those negative comments wrong. HAHA!

Splish Splash Love: I wonder why I missed out such a very good drama (THOUGH VERY SHORT) and extremely one of my favorite kinds of story all this time. Its Moon Lovers plus Love in the Moonlight in one drama which is both listed on my favs. Definitely worth it!

My crack dramas:
Fight My Way - Been loving this drama. Gonna be sad when it ends. I really hope they wrap up the show satisfactorily.
Forest of Secrets - SO AWESOME. Clever writing and questionable characters. I love the unexpected twists and I’m not sure who I can trust is a good guy. Doesn't have a ton of violence/action, but it is still very gripping. The dialogue is good and not too convoluted.

Duel - Been catching up on this steadily after binge-watching FoS (Hehe). Finally, EP 1O brought back the spark & suspense. It was great seeing one clone imitating the other one. Intense!

I've put watching on hold and just following recaps because real life is being extra needy right now. LOL

Suspicious Partners have become less appealing since the dad angst kicked in. Not really a fan of this conflict-inducing situation. More often than not it feels absolutely contrived. Now I cannot get my feet back in the show.

Ruler, on the other hand, picked up in the latter episodes, but the earlier ones drained me so much that I have no energy to check out the recent ones even though they're better. I think I will marathon the final 6 or so episodes.

I planned to pick up Circle but I have not done so because timeeeee. I need focus in watching this one.

I did check out Bride of the Water God. It was funny. I am moderately hooked, but not feeling attached to anyone or to the drama itself. I am interested in the fantasy elements that I'm itching for Habaek to move beyond being fish out of water. I know a lot enjoyed it and I did too, but I'm just hoping to see more of the gods and the conflicts...

Watching Fight My Way, Seven Day Queen and Forest of Secrets.

FMW: I just want to know what Landlady Hwang is hiding. Also don't want SulHee to give JM a chance so soon. Make him beg some more. As for DM, may it be a temporary hearing loss. I dont want his future to be derailed by a underhanded means of TakSu. Hopefully, there is also no permanent damage to TakSu. Since that brat and his manager may just find something to pin on DM.

7DQ: My heart melts whenever Yeok and ChaeKyung is together. Its easy to forget what is at stake when they are in their own happy bubble. Part of me wanted them to just runaway in Geochang and live simple lives. But a part of me knows that Yeok would've hated it since there are a lot of people banking on him to take the throne. Also there is no assurance that the King will leave them alone.

FOS: i just love the camaraderie of ShiMok and Lt Han. Also you just do not know who to trust. Everyone has their own agenda. Its difficult to sort them all out and get out of that vipers den. Hopefully our trusty prosecutor and his loyal sidekick will be able to figure it all out.

BoTWG: Just read recaps of this show and likes it so far. Since I am now caught up on FOS, I will have time to catch up on the first two episodes and see it for myself.

New drama this week Bride of The Water God I echo what girlfriday said about it. I enjoyed it thoroughly for the laughs. I don't get the complaints and criticisms about Nam Joo Hyuk, he is doing fine for now and actually contributing to the hilarity. As to whether he will deliver when the drama takes a more serious tone, it remains to be seen.

Ruler This show continues to outdo itself in absurdity. It's make worse by the horrible PD who overly dramatize each scene. I don't know about the stars but the production team and station must be having the last laugh because it might just be MBC's top drama this year. I have no love lost for Hwa Goon but I felt the show killed off the best character. Her death was meaningless because she died for a man who's not worthy of her love.

Forest of SecretsThis show continues to be so awesome that I am afraid of how good it is. I don't know if I make any sense. Bae Doo Na is my new girl crush and can dramaland give us more female characters like Yeo Jin?

I'm no longer sure what to think about what I'm watching. I'm probably doing too many things to pay enough attention to what I think about what I watched, if that makes sense. I mostly know I go away from a show either feeling satisfied or not. Anyway, puttin it in writing helps!

For the heck of it, although I had not intention to do so, I watched Bride of the Water God - I really made a supreme effort to not compare it to Goblin, with mixed success, and found that although it did not in anyway wow me, at least by the end of the 2nd episode I had laughed a bit. It was meant to be funny, wasn't it? Yeah, so it was not a total fail and I'll keep watching it a bit more and measure it by the laughs. ?

Suspicious Partner - It still carries enough to make it an engaging watch, keeps up a consistency in characters and motives and continues to make even the small characters interesting. No mean feat in the last few episodes of a 20-40 episode show.

Fight My Way - I'm following it in bits with the recap more than by watching. It remains somewhat engaging but not compelling and I'll be happy to keep bit-watching and recap reading to discover it's ending.

The Best Hit - Still fun but was not as funny as before. I think I've reached the stage where I'm starting to want some movement for an overall arc like solving the mystery of the missing money and how Hyun Jae is going to get back to his time.

Finding Mr Destiny - I unexpectedly decided to watch this movie after reading Michykdrama's review of it and did not regret it at all. It was full of wonderful Gong Yoo expressions, GY being alarmist, GY being a dork, GY being masterful and always so earnest. And Im Yoo Jung: a great foil to all that earnestness because she refused to let go and move on. Story had a proper arc and a sound resolution and was very satisfying.

I'm so envy like, many user here can watch like 4-5 drama in a week? I mean. i already have a hard time following just one drama.

My current obsession is Seven Day Queen to the point that when i tried to watch other dramas (SP, FMW, ruler) i felt dull. Thus to keep me entertain.. i marathon from 1-12 episodes before another wednesday. It gave similar vibe as Healer for me since it was directed by the same director. I don't think this pd will make sad ending for us. I bet it will be a bittersweet ending. 3 main leads able to potray their characters very well to the point that I hope it is 30-50 episodes. I bet i will cry when this drama end and cannot move on (same as Healer)

Fight My Way, I'm over Joo Man and waiting to find out what is going on with Dog Man after his fight.
Forest of Secrets, I love all of the characters especially Yeo Jin.

7 Day Queen, normally I don't like the villains but I'm really enjoying Lee Dog Gu as the King.

I'm only watching Lookout and reading recaps for Fight My Way and Woman of Dignity. I think because I stopped watching Fight My Way due to some earlier frustrations and read recaps instead, I haven't felt the need to actually watch it, but keeping up with the story through recaps. I tried to watch the first episode of Woman of Dignity as I really wanted to watch KSA and KHS, but I just couldn't get into it so decided to read the recaps...and I don't think it's a show I could watch but since I started reading recaps I am still following it.

So yes I am down to just watching Lookout and loving it! KYK is amazing there and love all our Lookout team members! It is THE show that I look forward to every week! I guess I just enjoy tormented heroes and it just has enough action/thriller elements that I can handle. I am a scaredy cat so was worried it would be too dark, but Lookout has so much more human elements it's been more heart wrenching to watch but that's what's makes it so special! Also such a good soundtrack, always makes a show so much more engaging for me! I will miss our Lookout team!

Mon-Tuesday: fight my way, my sassy girl and the bride of Habaek! So far I'm lukewarm with my sassy girl, I find it funny in the first few episodes, but now I don't know where the plot is going, I think I just stop thinking. NJH and SSK is cute, but I'm still testing it, will stay for few more episodes to see.

We'd-Thurs: My drama crack is Seven Day Queen!! I love everything about it, however this weeks episode made me so nervous that I fear for all of them! Watching Ruler for what's left of it, I felt that I didn't missed much since I dropped it early on, and just picked up this week.

Friday-Saturday-Sunday:
The Best Hit!! Da Bbong!! YSY is such a gorgeous man!! I can't stop looking at his face!
Forest of Secret!! Shi-mok!! And it's secret, drives me insane as I don't know where it would lead me, but I just keep enjoying the ride.

Well that's about it, plus all my fave varieties like running man, 2days 1 night, fantastic duo, masked singer, ask us anything, lee hyoris B&B and new journey to the west!! Guess I need to get a life!

Fight for My Way- Still can't believe that this drama will end soon. ? I don't mind watching Ae Ra and Dong Man for another few more episodes! The cliffhanger ending on episode 14 was so heartbreaking, I hope everything works well for DM.

The Best Hit- I love all the moments between Woo Seung x Hyun Jae! ❤️

Bride of the Water God- I didn't put a high expectation when I first started watching this drama. I watched it mainly to support my bias, NJH. But this drama is kinda funny to me and I enjoy watching the first 2 eps.

Suspicious Partner- The only moment that I like is the frenemies scene, other than that, the whole "your father caused my father's death" is kinda bland to me. If this drama were to be aired 2-3 years ago, that plot might had worked.

Ruler: Master of Mask- Now that they've successfully killed my favorite character, I just want this drama to end. I've lost my interest, but I just wanna finish it and move on.

Duel- Gosh, I love Duel. Last week's episodes were the best! Yang Se Jong is really really really talented actor. As for now, I just want Sung Hoon & Sung Joon to be happy. Please repair the brothers relationship. Chaebal~

Lookout- I've only watched until ep 16, I'm still trying to catch up as next week is the finale.

Forest of Secret-I started watching this quite late, so I'm still at ep 2. I wish I've more time to catch up with this drama!

Since I am somewhat finally caught up on things and things are going to end next week:

- Seven Day Queen - My current addiction show. It hurts so good. I know this may be an unpopular view, but I hope they come up with some loophole where CK and YK can have their happily ever after.

- Fight My Way - this is the show I have kept up with now for the sole reason that I needed a emotional break after watching SDQ. Sometimes I have too much feeling after watching an episode I need something lighter where I don't have to think and I watch an episode of this. If not for this reason, I may not have kept this up with this cause I can prob be ok with watching clips and reading recaps. Also, I would miss Dong Man's Aegyo.

- Suspicious Partner - I was soooo behind on this. I finally just put it on in the background on the TV and half watched to catch up yesterday night. Thank goodness it is finishing next week. I feel like this show would have benefitted being 16 ep instead of 20 and the thought that it is actually listed at 40 makes me even more incredulous. One thing though, anyone else curious what happened to Chan Ho? I have been waiting for what feels like forever?!

- Bride of Water God - I agree the humor is where it's at. I totally had this show as background noise as well but I don't think I laughed as hard as watching Nam Joo Hyuk fret and get angry over a drumstick. I even told the story to my cousin I enjoyed that scene so much.

Not watching any currently airing dramas right now. I have "Forest of Secrets" and "Circle" on my watchlist. I'm so busy. I've been focusing on mostly movies instead.

Finally got around to finishing "Whisper" earlier this week. I had put it on hold because I got way too busy when it aired. I thought Whisper was pretty solid for the most part as expected of Park Kyung Soo. However, compared to his other works, I felt the script wasn't as tight, probably because it started out as a medical drama at first. I thought the acting was a bit uneven as well, but not to the point of harming the entire drama. Even with its flaws, "Whisper" was worth a watch for me.

I'm also watching "Golden Apple," very slowly though. Kim Woon Kyung (Yoona's Street writer) wrote this one back in 2005. It's about a girl who is left to take care of her younger siblings after their father is framed for murder as she works to clear his name. I'm still in the childhood sections. It has Kim Ji Hoon and Ji Hyun Woo as the younger brothers in one of their earlier roles and I like them enough as actors. I hear that their new reunion drama, "Bad Thief, Good Thief" isn't good. Too bad. Anyways, the drama is pretty good so far if a bit frustrating.

Looking forward to watching "Okja" sometime soon. Bong Joon Ho hasn't made a bad film yet and from what I hear, it's another good film from him.

I can't agree more to what HeadsNo2 said about My Sassy Girl. I started the drama with low expectations for Jungshin's character, but I saw potential after the 1st few episodes! Yet now he's just in the background, away from the main plot. I'm so upset that he's so underutilized. ?

I will love to see him fight for the princess' affections but now it's too late to enter the game. & oh, I really don't like Yoon Hye's second female lead character. Can we just cut her off or something? ? I rmb hoping she will get a better role before the drama started its broadcast but sighs.. I'm really just watching this drama for Joo Won & I'm SO gonna rewatch his other dramas after this ends. ?‍♀️

I catched up with most of the shows at the end, because i didnt have time last week and last weekend... let me tell you: all of them are ok. (FMW, TBH, SP and i started to watch the water God' bride as well)... but none of them felt indispensable.
I hope you guys dont kill me.... i may also be down... i am looking for job, and even though it is summer, this is Germany, and here most people are indifferent, etc.... but anyway... my point is: none is my crack drama, but i keep on watching. Next week when FMW and SP end, i am glad to stay with less to watch, because i want to focus in more outdoors activities and job haunting. Wish me succsess!!!!

I'm only watching Bride of Habaek right now. Its pretty enjoyable so far and it looks like with the introduction of Gong Myung and Krystal's characters next week it will be even more interesting!

2. Ruler of the mask: Dropped it after the first few episodes. I think around episode 6 I said ok this is now going downhill, so bye bye.
3. Suspicious partner: Started of fun, had a weird turn with the psychic :S, then on the noble idiocy route. Decided to still stick to it because despite the many flaws, the show has great actors and sliver of bright character moments. EBH is the best when she is being upbeat and quirky, NJW is best when he is a flailing, bumbling fool in love and the rest of the ensemble is awesome!
4. Bride of the water god: I started watching them, but not quite invested yet. I am sure if I will continue watching the rest of the episodes, I will try to sit through the next 2...will decide for sure then.

5. Excited for strongest deliveryman!

Seven Day Queen still keep stabbing my heart and yet I'm still here waiting for more pain.

Marathoned The Princess's Man and after it ripped my heart to shreds I was happy to turn to The Best Hit for giggles and swoons. MC Drill I love you forever. Enjoyed Bride of the Water God , still hoping for a shot of our water god waking up sailing down the river in his floaty castle. Then having to solve the dilemma of getting back to shore without ruining his precious chicken. C'mon write-nim, it kinda writes itself...

*Best Hit*: didn't expect they focus so much on the love-line. i miss all the laugh. thank you MC Drill everytime he's on screen, me & sis definitely had good laugh. Me: i hate it they make it like this, people will be split into #TeamHyunjae and #TeamJihoon, my sis: ..but i'm on #TeamMJ LOL sis!

*Fight My Way*: i think it's too much unresolved issue considering it will end soon. where did they waste precious hours before this?

*Forest Of Secrets*: I'm behind on this, just finished episode 4. This drama is almost like a daily life, no over-dramatic reaction, jump right to fact, and yes "Trust No One". i can't binge-watch this drama because it used up my -weak- brain power too much on 1 episode, in a good way. soooooo good!
