      Just like what Na PD said, they are basically opening a snail restaurant in this season. I kept expecting a trouble whenever he cooked a difficult dish, but he always manages to finish it safely and deliciously somehow. Even Kyung-sang and Seo-jin’s dish turned out successful too.

      That’s also a really sweet scene. But since we got proper heart-to-heart conversation in that scene, instead of the blink-and-you-miss-it moment, it failed my screening process. 😜

    Hey there! Thanks so much for always talking about this show in “What I’m Watching” thread. I finally gathered up my courage and started it. Still on episode 6, but it’s so much fun! I love Song Dae-hwi so so so so much *___* (I think I’m in the minority since everyone seems to like Tae Won lol)

    So sad to think that it will end. This one is actually better than School 2015, so why the rating is so low? I couldn’t understand K-netizens at times

      I like Dae-hwi too. He is just much more complex than Tae-woon and it makes him a very interesting character. It’s a pity that he didn’t get as much screen time as Tae-woon and Eun-ho. And the actir playing him is so good at emoting.

        I saw that actor first time in Solomon Perjury and remember just how good he is. And he’s actually better here! His character is amazingly complex 🙂

I haven’t finished Society Game S1 the subs were taking too much time and then it went down on my list 😅 . But I’ll make time for them that’s sure !!! Thank you so much for this good news 🙂

      Is the 1st season good? I didn’t watch it because I prefer my game show to be separated from the players’ daily life, which is not the case in this var show. But since they bring in my fave Genius’ player and the dark horse, I’ll definitely give it a try.

        I’ve watched it till ep 6 or 7 if I remember correctly, there were games similar to the ones in the Genius but there were also games requiring strength and stamina. Then the fact they lived together during the whole show changed how they interact and always be aware of behaviour as who woke up late and never helped with the cooking. In a whole I prefer The Genius , but Society Game was interesting too .

    Every character did well in that show. I just wish they had given more time to LCJ though. I mean, he was alone, fighting for a just cause, even if the methods employed were not right, some time should have been given to him for the audience to digest his deeds. I feel so sad that at the very end, his beloved wife still didn’t understand him and sought to get the chairman out of prison. To do what? Continue with the manipulation of money?

      I think she understand about her husband’s motivation, but I couldn’t completely blame her for still doing things the same way. After all, her husband is gone and Chairman Lee is his own father. If she just blindly opposing her father, she might end up in a worse situation. She has siblings whom from her story, sounded very similar to her father and could potentially become a trouble. She also needs to think about her daughter. At least this way, she can have some control over her life and live comfortably.

        I don’t understand why her assets are not taken away or frozen after her father’s misdeeds are uncovered and investigated. Shouldn’t the company take a beating? How does she manage to be the CEO of the company?

          I guess Chief Lee’s last act to transfer her asset to a scholarship foundation has somewhat save her. It also seems like the prosecutors’ main goal is to arrest Chairman Lee and other important politicians, so it’s possible that there isn’t strong evidences against her. And just like what he said to Chief Kang in his interrogation, without strong evidences or search warrant or the suspect’s own confession, it’s easy for people like them to avoid punishment.

          This will be interesting since this girl is usually the “villain” in other dramas 🙂

            Initially I watched it because of Bae Doo Na, never really liked Jo Seung Woo before. But this role really suits him well. Right now I totally crazy about this ajusshi lol.
            yeah this girl portrait EunSoo amazingly, she’s annoying yet green and bold prosecutor.
