Sat down to write for the theme of this month, realized my taste hasn\’t changed much from the start, its the same old love that I watch over & over again. Great😑What do I write about that?😒

    As for me, I don’t think I can write an entry for this month’s theme. My change of taste is like all over the place. One moment I’m craving for thriller, then I’ll go for romcoms, then saeguks, then medical, political, melodrama etc. It’s like I watch all sort of dramas as long as it’s good to me.

    MMm do you watch the same ol’ love in the same way?
    I first started watching dramas with my friend and we’d wait to watch together then late side by side and uhh 10 years later I watch them everywhere, all the time, and multiple shows at a time.
    Do you think that might count a bit for the changing taste theme? Or do you also watch in the same way?

    Or within that same ol’ love story have you always accepted any setting or plot as long as the big LOVE is involved?
    Supernatural, hospital, revenge, noona romance, etc

      That’s an interesting approach, your way of watching has definitely changed. I think it counts.

      However, mine hasn’t changed much when I think from your perspective. Other than love itself being the major plot, I also like supernatural themes, & I’m very selective about the rest of the themes. And I’ve been like this from the beginning, but still, what you said has given me some ideas, maybe I’ll expand on how my taste hasn’t changed a bit

I really liked this song so I watched the show, dropped it after a few episode; I had no idea that these 2 were not otp -_-
so I don’t know if this is an original OST but I really like this song 🙂

    Have you seen Two Weeks? That’s his best drama imo. It’s a bit open ended too, but not in a bad frustrating way.

      Actually I haven’t, these are the only 3 dramas that I’ve seen of LJK , I got no closure in any of them.

        It’s action/thriller. Lee Jun Ki plays a low-level gangster and ex-con who finds out he has a young daughter with leukemia and he is a match for bone marrow transplant. The surgery is scheduled to take place in two weeks, but he is framed for a murder and becomes a fugitive, however he is determined to stay alive until his daughter’s surgery. The interactions between him and the daughter are really precious, even if action thriller isn’t your thing it’s honestly worth it just for that. It’s not usually my type of drama, but I still really enjoyed it.

      I know you are right up to noble idiot but I do not know the rest. I know that wrongly accused fugitive is a level and I think that goblin’s underpants is later on, I think it is before errand boy. Hope this helps. 😉

SP gave me Healer vibes (blame it on chang wook!), so I re-read Healer recaps, midway through, the backstory of the parents gave me Harry Potter vives, so I\’ll have to read HP after Healer lol. XD

    Oh my ! As a lifelong fan of Harry Potter and also loving Healer to bits, I cant believe how I never drew that parallel before!!
    That is a interesting take on the parents storyline!!

      Yes for some reason the parent’s story looked very similar to the HP parents.
      Jung ho’s dad was framed for his best friend’s murder & he died before his name was cleared (Sirius & James, RIP ;-( ) . Moon shik looked like a terrible combo of Peter pettigrew & Severus Snape; both his betrayal & his wish to keep the woman he loved near him, at the cost of her losing her husband & child, were so similar to those HP characters. And lastly, moon ho seemed like the atonement part of Snape, filled with regrets & sadness.
      These things stood out to me so much through the whole show.

    Omg, YES! I loved this scene! The way he knocked the pencil outta her hair, undoing her bun, the way she looks back with her sad eyes and long, flowing hair and how he was a complete goner after this. 👌🏼👍🏼
