See, you had hair in my first post, not as much as before, because of the war and all…post-traumatic stress causes hair fall…but then you saw Oppa and me in that passionate kiss on the bench, and you were so sad and mad…sad, mad, rhymes hahhahaha…. your hair stood up in spikes. Then you stalked us back home and saw Oppa give me a sweet goodnight kiss, and whoa, your hair just fell out. Totally. I mean you became bald. That’s why there’s only a green face there.           Legend has it that there exist a Horse with super powers. It has a love heart on its…um..bottom.. that lights up brightly when the true Oppa fan approaches it. The colour is a very, very, very bright Green (😉).

          It can recognize that an Oppa fans heart is not only pure…but also very persevere…and a little stubborn.

    I loved this drama up to the last episode, then Jang Hyuk suddenly looked completely bored and detached, like he was suddenly sick of this all and zoned out. It was sadly a very unfulfilling ending for me although I loved the rest of it.

      I know right! Suddenly this terrible twist where she says (happily) she’s going to China! Everyone says, oh, okay, do what you have to do, we can’t stop you! ARE YOU CRAZY, PEOPLE?????? Then Jang Hyuk says, move in with me to the palace, and she answers, No, I’m going to China. She smiles happily. WHAT IS THIS CRAZINESS????? Jang Hyuk says, what are we going to say to each other when we meet again? At this point I am convinced everyone is mad, like Jang Hyuk, stop her already, don’t you love her, and you’re letting her go like that???? And all the while she’s smiling happily. Then off she goes to China dressed up as a man with ONE miserly guard! And then Jang Hyuk looks bored and ages and then that dream ending , grrrrr, made me so mad, am I supposed to cry over it? it’s Cheese all over again and I am so freaking mad.

        Omg, your post brought back all the repressed anger I had for this show’s last episode! I was like WTF just happened? At the end of the day, I felt that she used him – get him to cure her and then she happily trot to China without him. Not to mention the totally anti climatic war/fight at the end with the minister.           She kept smiling throughout at the end, it annoyed me that everything was dismissed so easily…I don’t get it, they fought so long and hard to get where they were, and it just ended so tamely in the end? And when she announced she was going to China, everyone was agreeing with her, like whoa, great choice! Wang So didn’t even bat an eyelash when she said she wasn’t moving in with him! He was like, oh, okay, whatever, it’s your choice, um, maybe we’ll meet again, maybe not, whatever.

          At least Scarlet Hearts had closure, kind of, for Hae Su and Wang So. She died, and had a daughter. This show’s ending is so stupid I feel like I wasted all my time watching the two of them fight for their love and then it became so tame suddenly in the last episode!!! She goes off to China and he doesn’t even protest and lets her go????? What is this????? And that dream ending made me so mad!

            I didn’t watch Scarlet Heart but that sounds a better ending for the characters. This would have been better without the ending. It should say “Stupid ending. You may prefer to stop here. ” Let’s remember the good bits. I liked when they first met and then had the wedding.
