    I’ve been MIA on DB for 1+ weeks, but I had a feeling that part of the site maintenance probably consisted of some updates like the ones javabeans and girlfriday talked about before, including DB merch(!), which explains the shopping cart. Yay yay yay! I can’t wait to be all decked out in full DB gear. Haha.

        If I’m not mistaken, db and gf might’ve said it in one of their podcasts and I think there were mentions of it in one of the videos I saw of the DB 10-year anniversary party. I don’t remember exactly from where, but hey, if anything, the mysterious shopping cart definitely confirmed it! I’m excited for what’s in store (literally!), too! Yippie!

          I’ve only watched a couple of podcasts and can’t download the older ones. 😢 I’m super excited for the upcoming merch. Someone was able to get in the site during maintenance and there were the lists of things to buy! Omg. Stoked! 😊

    That’s why I stick to fantasy novels. Fantasy movies and dramas almost always disappointing for me. (Or maybe that’s only because of my too active imagination)

    Yes. This unfortunately happens every week on Open Thread. I think some part of the system gets overwhelmed with all the Beanies visiting at once, or something like that. The comments do get posted though.
