    I think it follows the “you will most likely see the male lead topless” at one point in the drama trope. Usually, it happens in the first 1-3 episodes of the drama. Some notable shower/bath ones are My Love From the Star, 1% of Something (2017), Oh My Venus, and Coffee Prince. If we get lucky, we get many at the same time like in Moon Lovers Scarlet Heart Ryeo and The K2. Sometimes it’s in a workout scene like Descendants of the Sun or because of a sport like Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo or Fight My Way. Other times it’s because of a sex scene like Witch’s Romance or get trolled really hard like in Tomorrow With You. Lastly, there is the spying on him with The Man Living in Our House or straight up home break in as with My Shy Boss. I kinda got carried away, and off topic a bit, but yeah.
