I feel like the writers just put a bunch of Cliches and Tropes on a dart bored, and whatever the dart landed on they incorporated into that episode.

    The fast-forwarding button will become your best friend for this drama lol It was for me when I was watching it… I love, love, love Eugene and Lee Jung Jin is just *swoon*, but I had to fast forward any and everything whenever the 2 main leads was not on my screen XD

    I recall watching parts of this, in bits and pieces. I don’t recall all the developments in the story, but I do remember the wacky behavior on full display by actor Choi Won-young. He played this immature character, but he was kind of hilarious.

So, seeing as we have to wait a week until Save Mes next episode (Oh my gosh how am I going to survive) I have a question for the beanies:
Which is scarier; the leaders of the cult exploiting the followers for their own personal gain, or the leaders actually believing the stuff they are saying.

        Yes something like that.😀 I think the leaders started to believe it themselves. I think Reverend Baek seems to believe it, and he is pretty good at getting followers for his cult.

    Last one, getting robbed is terrible, but getting burn in a cemetery because the leader believed it was the apocalypse day is worse (I don’t exactly remember which cult that was, but yeah, there was a case like that).

Being completely honest, I\’m not sure if I can keep watching Save Me.
It\’s not that it\’s bad, far from it.
It\’s just… hard to watch, and I\’m not sure I can continue.
Aah, who am I kidding, I\’m in for the whole ride. Just don\’t expect me to be in one peice by the finale (Or the next episode..)

        Heehee. I love cinematography, so thanks for asking. The lord of the rings trilogy was beautifully shot, and it helped that they had great landscapes to film in New Zealand. My favorite scene was in Rohan, when the princess was standing outside the entrance of that humongous building and the shot panned out from her to the countryside. That was perfection for me. Kdrama-wise, it was Goblin, hands down. From the colors they used, to the way they shot the scenes, indoors and out, to symbolize the Goblin’s loneliness, it was also very well done–not perfect, but still well done–and I wrote an essay on this in one of the recaps. I’ll have to find it a paste it here.

    I don’t know if I have a single favourite, there are so many good ones.
    But off the top of my head: I just watch Dunkirk last week and that had some spectacular aerial shots, especially of the planes.
    And (lol) the BTS HYYH era I NEED U full length MV is really beautiful.

    I assume you’re saying about Rescue Me drama because I’m in the same situation as you are. I think I’m having SLS because Dong Chul is 😍😍😍, but the thing is I don’t even know if Dong Chul really is the second lead!

      Did you see the way he withdrew his hand after seeing Sang-hwan extend his hand to Sang-mi first? Kinda broke my heart tbh.

        Yeeesss, my heart broke a lil bit, but I’m glad that he could be the hero at the end since Sang Hwan refuses to help Sang Mi. Wait, I just realize that their names are Sang. Are they trying to make them as SangSang couple? Cause I’ll be mad.
