Watching the American version of GG14DS is really making me appreciate Kdramas more. The acting from the main actress is not good and the execution is not great either. #Thankgodfork-actors&directors

    Shin Rin-ah would be good. She stole my heart in Marriage Contract. I especially love the chemistry between her and Lee Seo-jin. Another child actress that I think would be great is Lee Chae-mi, though she is 3 years older than Rin-ah.

I watched (more like skimmed,but only the last half) Somewhere Between it looks promising but I swear, why can\’t american tv shows leave things as a mystery? Why do they have to explain everything in the first episode? Are they so afraid that if they don’t explain everything in the pilot they will lose viewers? Where\’s the fun for the viewer? Also they cut off the chase scene where she went to take the money to who she thought was the kidnapper, so boo. The scene where she pleads the kidnapper to release her daughter on tv was more emotional in the Korean drama because she was all beat up and after what she had gone through. The korean version handled the thriller part of the story better.

One of my favorite Japanese actors Takeru Satoh, on a side note I really need to rewatch “If cats disappeared from the world”, I would love if they did a mini Korean drama remake of that movie.
