I’m still in shock. And I totally agree with your post script.

Soo, should I still watch it? Do you recommend it?

    1
    1

Yes. I recommend it. If you like giving yourself pain, hyperventilating in a corner for an hour straight, and having enough tears drained out of you that it could fill the ocean, than this should suit you fine.

      If not, watch anyway.

This made me laugh and also made me want to really watch the show LOL

I wanted to chuck it too, but in a good way. A caring way. A way that smashes it into a billion pieces like my emotions…

I’m happy but oh-so confused. I knew we were going to lose him but, I don’t know I just feel so empty.

          (Here should be good)
Truthfully, I don’t think he’s actually gone. They remained very sparse on the details, so that if there is a second season, he will come back.
I’m mostly going on the fact that we don’t actually see him die, plus there was a lot of set up during the ‘1 year later’ section for a second season, plus some other plot threads from the show that could easily be developed for a second season (YuNas father for example).

However, if there isn’t a second season, it is still a good send off of the characters.

Even though I really want to see a certain highschool student get even more humiliated, but that could just be the sadist part of me that he brought out…..

I feel traumatized by that end but it felt like an indication for season 2. I’d love it if they do.

I have finally graduated from my most hated Kdrama trope, to an office worker…

I would like to thank my family, my cat, and Subway because PPL is probably how I got this far.

Very few things are more nerve-wraking than finale week for drama\’s. They have two episodes to wrap everything up, and often don\’t do it well, so you are left with this rational fear of failure.

So does someone want to give me a rundown on the history of the Seven day Queen? I\’ve been looking around, but I can\’t find any description less than. 10 000 words. Would be must appreciated.

I\’m not that into family dramas. Mostly because they take forever to watch, so I try to stay away from them…

But I just finished my second 50+ episode drama.
And I regret nothing.

    Which drama was that?

    1

Just finished ‘What Happened to My Family’, and the previous one was ‘Ojakgyo Brothers’. I tried ‘One well raised daughter’, but ended up dropping it because I was literally one episode away from smashing my screen in to hit the villains. XD

What Happened to My Family Wow! 50 eps at 60+mins a pop. That’s seems intense. Looks like it got good reviews though, so maybe not so intense? And it has man of the moment Park Hyung Sik in it too!

Ojakgyo Brothers also looks like it was well received. Which one would you recommend above the other?

One Well Raised Daughter. Is it one of those dramas when the villains have a super teflon coating? From your description, I might need to buy myself a new computer if I watch it, especially given the commitment required. Your frustration reminds me of the C-Drama Across the Ocean to See You, albeit less commitment was required for that one–shorter episodes and run–and I ended up fast-forwarding through crap scenes.

        1
        1

‘What Happened to My Family’ was 53 episodes, and I mostly found it to be cute. It wasn’t huge or groundbreaking, and I’ll admit that I just mostly watched it passively, but it was still good. Park Hyung Sik was cute though. However, I think that in the end it just depends on what more goes for your taste.

‘Ojakgyo Brothers’ is the one I would recommend (58 episodes). It just fitted more of my taste, plus instead of a country girl going to the city, it was a city girl going to the country. Both of them had it’s pros and cons, but in the end it was Ojakgyo’s caramel macchiato that sold me.

‘One Well Raised Daughter’ has 122 episodes. I had to stop at around 34. I just… couldn’t. The villans were just getting away with everything, and it was at the point where I was just fast forwarding through every episode just to resist the urge to punch something. It was by no means well written, and the only reason I had got that far (I originally tuned in for the romance, and it had barley even started before I left) was because every time she bested the family, I just felt such a thrill that it kept me going for another 3 episodes. Truth be told, I just ended up skipping to the last episode.

If you are a person who is better at sticking to dramas than I (Most of the time I watch half of it than read the recaps on Dramabeans) just watch all of them. They each offer your own experience, and you leave with new knowledge. Like the fact that I had no idea I could take so much pleasure out of someones misery in ‘Well Raised Daughter’.

And now this ridiculously long reply ends.

    which one?

Just finished watching “What Happened to My Family”, and the previous completed one was “Ojakgyo Brothers”. In between the two of them I had tried watching “One Well-Raised Daughter”, but had to end up dropping it.

I don’t care if I’m watching this with my parents. If Go Kyung-Pyo comes on screen, I WILL squeal, and I don’t care what anyone else thinks.
If anything you should blame him. And that suit.
