Beanie level: Eunuch in drag

There’s no excuse for emotionally abandoning one child over the other to cope with the guilt of loosing one….bith the mother’s have more or less done that

I Know she ran away from her misery but who could blame her….I feel bad for the father….Ji An never complains like her father and the mother took her for granted

I felt so sorry for Ji An, the episode 4, from hungrily eating to being humiliated all over again and then again, poor girl, cut her some slack writer.

What is the matter with mothers in My Golden Life. She pushed her real daughter away because she loves the adopted one more. I feel so sorry for Ji An.

Which of the drama gods I need to pray to so that Hong sisters will cast Nam Ji Hyun instead of Oh Yeon Seo……I think she’d make a better pair with Lee Seung Gi….Also maybe get Yoo In-na too

I don´t know, Lee Seung Gi and Nam Ji Hyun both have very soft features, they would seem like brother and sister to me

I think they’d look pretty adorable together despite the soft features……I need more time to forget Oh Yeon Seo did My Sassy Girl, its too fresh and vivid memory and not in a good way

Secret Forest gang keeps meeting with each other….this was on Shin Hye Sun’s instagram….I can’t stop swooning

Absolutely love the two sisters together, Seo Ji An is the one made of steel with lots of sass while Ji Soo is the delicate one but both have heart of gold

I love them already. This is probably going to be my next weekend drama now that Father is Strange is over.

Watching My Golden Life, so far good, I love how strong and sassy Seo Ji An is, I cheered when she headbutted the crap out of Ha Jung, what a brat…she calls herself a friend….geez

Lee Jun Ki, maybe adaptations and remakes aren\’t the best way to go for him, I feel bad for him

    low rating again?

yep, and the reviews are mixed, I personally couldn’t connect as the original left way too strong an impression. I couldn’t enjoy as I was constantly comparing so I had to drop it.

he really has no luck in drama, isn’t he? back to back adaptations is not the best way to go.

        1

The stars really aren’t aligned for him for now, Moon Chae Won at the very least has her high profile Sageuk film project, I hope Joon Ki chooses wisely next

But the cult are master manipulators, the thinly veiled threats laced with sweet poison, well acted and written show and the sound edit deserves more appreciation in Save Me

Hang there Sang Mi and stop worrying about that dead beat father of yours, he is beyond redemption and get yourself and your mother out by all means

But..but..her mother also believes in Almighty, boat of salvation and paradise. But I still want Sang Mi to save her mother though. As for her father, let him be delusional! It’s no use of talking some sense to him anymore. I hate him more than I hate those people in Guseonwon.

Her mother was suffering from depression and paranoia and instead of getting her medical help, her father is letting a bunch of criminals drug her and keep her confined like a lunatic…her mother didn’t choose this, she is mentally incapable of making the decision, her father as her legal guardian did this to her. To be honest, I hope Sang Mi throws him in jail for what he did to her and her mother. Next, psychopath is Sang Hwan’s father, I am pretty positive he is the reason Sang Hwan’s mother got paralyzed and he is having an affair with the personal assistant.

I hate Sang Mi’s father to the point that I keep cursing whenever he’s on the screen. He’s the worst father of the year. A loser and an abuser! He just thinks of himself for an easy life, pathetic! As for Sang Hwan’s dad, yes, he’s another psychopath. I can’t tolerate people who abuse animals. 😠 And what he said to the poor deer is exactly what he thinks of his wife, deep inside, he must wants his wife to be dead as well.

        1

No, he wants to keep her alive, he needs to milk that romantic and dedicated husband to the disable woman card to progress his political ambition, once he is done with that, I can see him pulling the deer stunt on his wife.

Agreed. It’s all just an act for public sentiment so he can appear as the doting husband who takes care of his wife.
I don’t get why Sang Hwan hasn’t suspected anything.

I mean I get it…but I wish we get to see him being suspicious of his father. Like it’s been 3 yrs and his dad promised that his mum will be better after the election. And yet nothing has happened..

Also so proud of Seo Ye Ji, I remember butting head in comments on some post with somebody a while ago about her acting ability, she is incredible in this show, So glad she proved my point here

I think I was the only one who liked her in “Hwarang.” She also had a small part in “Sado” and the fact that I still remember her from that small role means that she did well (at least in my book).

Hwarang was a gigantic mess! Judging people by Hwarang may not be the right thing to do. I kept repeating that back then.

I liked her in Hwarang too, but the way her character was written didn’t allow much room for expression, so I kind of see how viewers could’ve walked away with the impression that her performance was lacking.

Her training for her role in “The Throne” helped. I do agree about the writing. I still can’t believe Yoo Jae-myung (Forest of Secrets) was also in this mess.

I can’t believe they took such a good cast and premise and then flushed everything down a drain of a sloppy unnecessary love quadrangle (/ _ ; )

Secret Forest has raised my intolerance for police officers who lack brains, I can\’t stand the police idiots in Rescue Me, Where are you my badass girl, Han Yeo Jin

Are you talking about ep 5 or 6?

If it’s ep 5, I see that the male police officer(who’s one of the trio’s father) is as corrupt as he is dumb. Not sure what kind of favors he gets in return. Or do you think he could be one of the cult followers? There seems to be more people complicit in the activities of the cult than those shown at worship sessions, for example the doctor at the hospital and the politicians. The police officer’s female colleague looked shocked and doesn’t seem to be in the inner circle.

Episode 5, that exorcism in the middle of nowhere in front of two police officers was horrible. He hit his daughter so hard on the head that she lost her consciousness. And not one but two police officers stood by watching the drama unfold. I hope truck of doom pays a visit to Sang Mi’s father. Looser, pathetic and now abusive father, he keep sinking lower and lower.

Sang Mi\’s father, It was hard resisting my urge to not destroy my computer screen watching him in Rescue Me. He is the biggest culprit in this show.

I made several (a lot) of incorrigible sounds whenever he came on screen. *argh fhgawdkfjfjdhd*

No I am not over Secret Forest yet and the fact that the cast keeps having dinner parties together makes me excited and doesn’t help the moving on process.

I wonder if they ever would since they broke up irl. There’s been instances in American tv where exs will work together so it’s possible. They are one of my favorite couples ever, so I would love them together again too!

The Kim Tae Ri and Lee Byung Hun debate, overdone to death, Her first project was Handmaiden so I don\’t think content/age gap scares the girl, on the plus side, they can both act extremely well.

Oh boy, that cliffhanger though…. Rescue Me 😱😨😱

The zealots in the cult are guilty of rape, murder, torture and worse and have people in respected position\’s in their pockets…I am scared for Sang Mi
