Sung Joon goes from scruffy rocker to prepster

Aw, how adorable are Sung Joon and Jo Boa — our leads of Shut Up: Flower Boy Band — for this Céci spread?
It’s strange seeing him all fresh-faced and preppy when he channels the grungy street-rat look so thoroughly for the drama. And while she spends most of the drama looking pretty anyway, the colorful casualwear from Pony’s new season gives her a totally different vibe as well. The jeans, the bright sneakers, the letterman jackets… it’s like they’re straight out of a Tommy Hilfiger ad. Minus the pink pants, that is; that one comes straight from Lee Min-ho’s personal stash, I’m sure of it. And the couple glasses are a fun touch.
It’s almost enough to make me want to see Sung Joon all cleaned up and straightened out in Shut Up… until I remember how much I’m loving Ji-hyuk as the rugged and intense leader, scraggly perm and all. Rock on, dude.

Those pictures make my day! On perm or normal like that, I still adore him :)
I fall in love with him since LTM, tho in the end I don't really enjoy the drama anymore. Then seeing him on SUFBB makes me head over heel to him, at instant.

Seriously, that boy is a giant ! In the fourth pic, he gives me the FBRS Pillar vibe. And i agree, he can have any haircut, i will still find him attractive ( wait, don't try the bald look please ).

Love this pictorial spread!
For once, fashion where nothing looks overdone or whackadoodle - just two kids having a fun time in comfortable-looking, trendy clothing (although how did Flamingo Dreams escape from LMH's possession?!)
His hair looks great here - healthy, tamed and styled.

Well, according to Koreandrama.org, Sung Jun is 187 cm. He's a bit taller than Lee Min Ho by 2 cm.
I started to like this kid from Lie To Me. Thought he was unique and has a lot of potential. :)

Oh, I remember reading that Lee Min Ho is also 187 cm. So they are pretty much the same height. Sung Joon is so skinny though.

The particular brand in this shoot is grafik plastic - https://www.facebook.com/grafikplastic, but that style is very popular right now. I'm sure we can find something similar on a Korean shopping site like yesstyle or something

But I much prefer the scruffy, wild look on Sung Joon.
the first, the 4th and the last pictures are sweet the other two dont let them young stars shine enough.

Like javabeans said, although we are used to seeing Su ah in make up being pretty! She's looking very different here. I prefer her light/ natural makeup to this heavy makeup!!! She's pretty nonetheless.
And what can i say about sung joon *sign*. For me he rocks out as the scruffy leader in SUFBB and kicks ass in refined boyish looks aswell!!!

Okay, Sung Joon looks equally good in both (like just 'cool') but Jo Boa looks much more natural and like a real person here!

Man, these two look good together. I agree about how I partially want Sung Joon to look cleaned up, until I remember how awesome he's rocking the rebel look.

New thought: Isn't his mama wealthy in the drama? He could just do a typical "make-over scene" (for a day - me like rebel) to get at Mr. Strawberry Fields (pft, the name kills me).
The thing about Eye Candy is that they are a bunch of kids that are, well, rebellious. But they aren't all poor. And the rich kids all look down on them just on their looks and attitude. I actually hope for the day when Eye Candy walks in looking all dressed up and shut the snotty rich kids up. *I'm looking at you, Deomi*

I would definitely support prep for a day! I REALLY REALLY HOPE that he turns out to be even more wealthy than Seung Hoon so that Deo-Mi just gets eaten up with regret for how shallowly she judges people.
I want him to continue to reject it as something he doesn't want - the wealth - but I want him to at least have it as something to reject!

they make a cute couple indeed.
and sung joon is a model, so the guy can rock just about any style in particular. if you've watched him on "white christmas," about 3/4 of the casts are models turned actors/actress, considering their height(a staggering 188cm being the tallest casts member: kim woobin) and how well they dressed in that drama.

yeah sung joon is a model and he totally rocks in every each one of those pictures above, so much, that Jo BoA looks a little dim.
And you can she her glimpse of nervousness in the first pictures. She looks better in the second picture and quite good in the third and last pictures.
p.s. I think I'm a bit possessed by Tyra Banks 'cause this few weeks I've been watching ANTM.

Ah, they look so adorable together. Good-looking couple. Sung Joon can rock any look. :) But I hope he keeps his scruffy way in the drama. I am loving the rebel leader. Besides, I prefer Su-ah and Ji-hyuk the way they are right now. She is the well-dressed and well-behaved one and he is the rebellious looking one, it is like yin and yang or beauty and the beast. It's perfect! I hope they never change. :)

So I didn't really pay attention to Su-Ah, at first (she's pretty much like furniture to me when Sung Joon is looking this hot), but now that I've looked a little closer...does anyone else think that she looks like Lourdes Leon (Madonna's daughter)? Without make-up not so much, but in these pictures with her face all made up, I'm getting that vibe.

Sung Joon was handsome in the drama "Lie To Me." He was not the lead actor, but had a lot of quality acting time with the lead actresses YEH. He did a good job, he seems to be able to recreate himself when he wants to.
