I'm enjoying FBRS but still don't get the Coffee Prince comparisons. Is it because it centers around an eatery of some sort? Or is it the cast of pretty boys? I never felt in CP that there was any manipulation of the pretty boy factor to get viewers or build a plot around -- not that there is in this either, but by now the "flower boy" factor (BOF, You're Beautiful, FBRS, etc) is starting to feel overplayed to me. In Coffee Prince even the supporting characters' stories held up so well that, for me at least, they didn't need the pretty factor. I don't know. I'm still seeing Flower Boy as mostly fluff -- but very enjoyable fluff!

YAY for a new podcast! I was wondering the other day when you guys were going to do another podcast. Now I have something to entertain me as I drive out of town for the holiday! :)

Thank you for an entertaining and hilarious podcast as always! A couple suggestions for your anniversary giveaway: maybe a YesAsia.com gift certificate so someone can pick their own DVD set/kpop CD/toy or a premium membership for DramaFever to watch subbed episodes without ads? FYI the $200 Kindle Fire does relate to you guys because it comes with Netflix and Hulu apps preloaded - both of whom have amped up their kdrama offerings of late -- and the ability to handle flash video in general. I watch kdramas on my ipad and android tablets more than I do on my laptop (except for FBRS, which I'm initially watching live on the East Coast every Monday & Tuesday morning).

ugh i love you girls. I HAVE A QUESTION: before girlfriday became a regular did she visit/read dramabeans, did she have input into the site? what was your interaction with it beforehand?

i love the idea of a dramabeans ipod, especially with like dramabeans engraved on the back or whatever, they do that free right? dvd voucher or something would be awesome, and i like the idea of premium memberships to WITHS2; dramafever wouldn't work if it was a non-US member who won. y'all are ace, though. :3

Thanks for taking time to do a podcast (as usual). Love listening to you guys. And I totally agree with the majority of your assessments (at least of dramas that I actually watched); especially FBRS! It's crazy but wonderful. Lee Ki Woo has my heart entirely but Jung Il Woo's Cha Chi Soo makes the drama!
The "stickiness" segment was great. I'd love a post on it. I find that I have more negative "sticky" than positive but there's plenty of positive too.

~ iPod... sounds nice but I honestly don't like the fact it still doesn't have flash media built-in nor in its big brother iPad. (I gave my iPad to my niece, and decide to get myself a Samsung Galaxy Note.)

~ Lenovo A1 tablet... sounds sweeter than a Kindle Fire and matching price at Best Buy.

~ The object of my affection has always been all the hair accessories made in Korea seen so often in Kdramaland. An assortments was always in my wish list.

Some one suggested a yessstyle gift certificate, I like that also cause it is sorta related in a very far fetched way, (yesstyle and Korea drama's come from the same neighborhood).
