Best Love’s couple together for poster shoot

Haha, these two look so mismatched…and so very disgruntled about it…that it cracks me up.
In the Hong sisters’ new romantic-comedy Best Love, which premieres in about two weeks, Cha Seung-won and Gong Hyo-jin play two celebrities who are just about diametric opposites. He’s beloved by all and at the top of his game, while she’s got a bad reputation and a career on the wane. So what happens when you pair them up on a dating variety show? Hopefully, tons of outrageousness, hilarity, and sparks.
That grimace on Gong’s face reminds me of her perpetually dissatisfied, socially awkward character in Crush and Blush, so I can definitely see her playing this unconventional heroine with a lot of energy and quirky charm. As for Cha Seung-won’s popular and adored character, is he… frontin’?
The drama premieres May 4. Can’t wait!

Funny you should say that. When I looked at the picture I thought Cha Seung Won must be a giant, because whenever I see Gong Hyo Jin her legs go on forever and I think she's over 6 feet tall (She's actually 5'8). It must be that long skirt making her look so short to me.

She is not really tiny. But i guess it is coz of the dress which is hiding her legs. She is looking sooo adorable, like a school girl. He on the other hand is looking too hot.

OKAY!!! This is hilarious. It's just a poster but I am already hooked. Hope the drama will live up to my expectations. I love GHJ, I think she is one of the very talented actresses out there right now. I would love to see CSW in a comedy so I am definitely in. GHJ's pose reminds me somewhat of Nodame....Is CSW playing a rocker? Cause that is definitely a rocker pose. kekeke

I just finished re-watching Nodame's Cantabile (Drama+Anime) and was thinking to myself who could play her if ever a KDrama was made. And you're right! Gong Hyo Jin could surely pull it off! Another one I was thinking of was Jung Yoo Mi, who played the title character in the Great Gye Choon Bin. Both of them play quirky well.

Am I crazy for thinking that CSW looks like an older version of Taecyeon in this poster? He's rockin' that self-confident, self-satisfied, slightly constipated look that Taec wears every now and again.

I am fascinated by Cha Seung-won's hair helmet. It's sort of magical, the way it forms a shell over his forehead. What is hiding under there? I keep expecting him to lift the bangs to reveal a Harry Potter-like lightning bolt :) It is a mystery of the ages :) This poster looks adorable. Can't wait for the series to start!

I LOVE the facial expressions. Just one picture and I'm already hooked! Esp being a WGM fan... YB was great to watch as a K-Pop fan so I can't wait to see what the Hong sisters have planned parody-wise for this one. Trying to not to have such high expectations but it's hard not to!

OMG! Cha seung-won! I just got done watching City Hall yesterday. He is so fine! The leading girl isn't pretty at all, but I enjoy her acting in Pasta. I might watch this. The story line looks boring. But I'll watch it for the sake of my boo. :)

That photo is so freaking cute. I do like both of them; Cha Seung-won has a smoldering charisma and Gong Hyo-jin has a subtle quirky charm. So, I'm hoping they have good chemistry together. I'll definitely be checking this drama out.
