i've already said this in my previous comment on your ep. 9 recap, but i really think that if KHJ had someone other than JiHoo sunbae as his first role, someone a little more lively and carefree, i believe he could have done so much better. its such a shame to waste that gorgeous mega-watt smile of his to a character that's mostly stoic and passive.

i hope his next role is something more comedic, more closer to his personality. that is, until he gets more comfortable with emoting in front of the camera. which i'm pretty sure he will because if anything, KJH works really hard at everything that he does.

I am loving this drama. I don't care about the ratings as long as I enjoy watching every single moment if it. I hope it never ends. :(

I want them to extend the show back to 20, if not 25. The story is getting so good. KHJ plays a egotistical meany but manages to sweet charm us! I want his next drama to be in a historical intense hero story with romance.

seeing those smiling faces make me happy coz it means they are having fun and not gloomy about the rating ..so sad the ending is getting closer ..i loving these characters more and more and will be missing them for sure especially my BSJ and Oh Hani who i learned to love as well in PK

I never really thought that KHJ was cute/hot or anything. But, now with that new hair do, he looks soo cute!! Not exactly hot for me yet!! Anyway, I'm really loving this drama!

aww... I love this show. I really hope the cast/crew keep their spirits as up as possible under the circumstances. Poor KHJ looks half-dead in some scenes but I heard he still comes to the set with a cheerful attitude.
It's really too bad it's only 16 ep... they will never be able to fit much if any of the marriage life, which is like the sweetest part. huhu.

I thought I was going to watch this show just to see KHJ, but gosh was I wrong... Now I'm wildly addicted to it, I am sad when Ha Ni is sad, I giggle when Seung Jo does something sweet, I almost fainted at the hospital scene, and let's not even talk about the end of ep 10, I cannot stop grinning for hours after the show, I stalk the show discussions and blogs, I cannot wait for Wednesdays and Thursdays, I cannot even watch other shows!!!

PK has officially turned me into a stalker, Oh Hani style. And if they will follow the manga, I think "that epic moment" when all of Mr. Robot-Man's defenses will come crashing down, that moment..ahhhh...I don't know, I might need some CPR or something.

And yes, its great to see the cast having fun, at least. JSM is such a sweetheart. How can you not love her?

I am so glad I am not alone in my addiction to this drama. I would be so happy if they have a season 2...but I saw some clips on ISWAK 2 (I was intrigued on many who compared the version) but goodness...I would be having a heart attack if Ha Ni and Seung Jo would have all those passionate kisses in the Taiwanese version.

I am glad that I didn't see any version before PK because I love PK the way it is. The characters are so endearing and I would not want to compare them with any others.

They might be the HanJo couple. Like I went crazy with the SoEul couple (Kim Bum and Kim So Eun of BOF). They are just adorable. And can you imagine if they will have a drama or a movie together? Cuteness overload. I have to dream on.

I can't wait to see a preview of Ep 11....:))

I'm disappointed with the 16 episodes since they can't finish the whole story, but since there's going to be a mini web series of PK on YT, I'm hoping the drama will end with the traditional happy ending of the couple finally getting together, and then the web series can show short episodes of their life afterwards. That'd be very satisfying to the audience! :D

OMG! I die with every lil' smile of KHJ and every twinkling of happiness from JSM. I think it's much more realistic compared to a lot of dramas. And, I'm enjoying every moment of it :)

if i had to choose. iswak for me. tka too. gosh, i was crying last night during the ending of tka...their chemistry is unstoppable, the guy was a pro! gosh i'm comparing again. i'm so sorry.

Aw come on an just admit it! Kim Hyun Joong might not be doing "well" but he is doing pretty darn good and this comes from someone who did not think he did "well" at all in Boys Over Flowers. I also really like the lead actress. She is definitely doing "well" and I think she has a bright future ahead of her. I personally like this version. It is staying pretty true to the manga and I like that. I also don't mind that it's only going to be 16 episodes. It makes the story move along instead of stagnating like so many dramas tend to do. You know to be perfectly honest I didn't think I would like Playful Kiss at all, especially when I found out who the lead actor was going to be, but I am surprised to find that I am thoroughly enjoying it. And yes that includes ALL the acting!

Heehee i enjoyed looking at these pictures too :D they look so sweet and happy- especially Jung So Min. She is wonderful in the drama and makes the character of Oh Hani so relatable--except for ep 10 which made drove me crazy. Girls shouldn't be like that!! Oh well, thats her character anyway.

And I agree with BSJ being very realistic. Guys are always like that. One minute they're nice and sweet and next they're pulling back cos they don't want to get to close. Grrrr.

YES. KHY has definitely IMPROVED his acting. JSM is indeed a natural in the acting department, but I was caught by suprise at how KHY somehow managed to make the character his own. I can totally buy the chemistry between the main leads and found myself looking forward to PK more the MGIAG.
I also definitely luv this Korean version of PK better. The lead-girl character and over-acting on the part of some characters in ISWAK (which is typical of Taiwan dramas) made it so unbearable to watch. I also think ISWAK was way too draggy..

Hi PK's fans!annyeong!I was able to see this drama after My girfriend is a Gumiho wrapped up.actually,I have already seen the 1st episode when it started to air,.but the first episode couldn't buy me yet,,and after MGIG finished,I decided to try again on this one by seeing episode 2 directly and skip the whole 1st episode..and all I can say now is this drama is quite good,I can't help to fall in love with Jung So Min,she brings her character really well..good job girl!and now,I'm planning to see the rest of the episodes...as for KHJ,give him a room to improve...

i agree with you guys! this drama hit me hard right in the heart and i am loving it intensely! the ratings do not do it justice! i am glad they are happy on the set and i hope they enjoy each moment as much as we do!
the whole cast is awesome but yeah, ohn and bsj just really steal the show for me. khj is doing a really good job in unveiling bsj's personality bit by bit and jung so min is the absolute best at this character-love her so much! i've seen the other versions too and this one is simply the best! i really hope more and more people get tuned into this and realize just how wonderful it is and fun to watch!
