Actually, I'm fairly certain Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year, whatever you want to call it) is the biggest Asian holiday, but Chuseok is right up there in second place.

I really hope PK's ratings pick up this week. I haven't found time to watch it yet and probably won't for a LONG while, but the ratings are absolutely pitiful right now. I feel so bad that I'm almost considering watching it before I watch Gumiho, which I haven't started either.

I almost had a heart attack when I read "No Gumiho on Wednesday" and it started beating again when I read that they're both coming out on Thursday. Whew!

i am celebrating with my family on wednesday and i cant wait for all the moon cakes!!! can't wait until thursday for double the gumiho. pk ratings can go up but i do not want it to surpass gumiho. it's almost over next week :(

First time commenting, just have to say I literally GASPED when you said there would be no MGIAG airing on Wednesday, only to sigh in relief when you said there would be two on Thursday.

So close to a heart attack... whew!

Argh, the wait for MGiaG is going to be so much longer!!! I will wait patiently though, and appreciate the subs and recaps done by some of the world's most awesome people :D

P.S. did you hear that leaks from the MGiaG set will be on lockdown till they air the last episode? And that they might change the ending? I am completely writing an open letter to the Hong Sisters petitioning for a happy ending, because I hate sad love stories. At least, let us know the final outcome 30mins beforehand, so that we can get 25 assured minutes of Woongtastic-ness before the end.

*sigh* i won't be able to celebrate chuseok with my family this year...all the food i WON'T be able to eat T.T

Mmmm, I wonder if the Korean kids on campus will do anything this week (no Korean Club yet, so boooo). I will sure hunt down their hideout so I can see a bit of what Chuseok week is for them. That, and hope they're making awesome food. X)

I wish that Hong sisters will push away from having and sad ending for MGiaG. I wish they end satisfactory instead to pacify my addiction to the drama.

My hart sank when I read that there will be no MGIAG on Wednesday! Thankfully I'll only have to wait a day and not an entire week to see it.

it won't...the people would think like..mbc have such an arrogant director to air the drama even though the other tv station air their chuseok special..don't mbc care about the chuseok? just a thought..LOL

For those who want to see more of SMA's charismatic charms, I suggest watching the film "Madeleine" (co-starring Jo In-sung and Park Jung-ah, w/ great music from the indie band "Sugar Donut" w/ PJA singing lead) or the drama "Punch" (co-starring Joo Jin-mo - great chemistry btwn the 2 and SMA is simply adorable).

i'd rather have the ending crafted from the very beginning rather than something the put together at the last minute to placate hoards of angry stampeding fans
also i think the "DJ will sacrifice" route is way too obvious and lacks the hong sister flair *i expect better*

Thank Goodness and thank U. I'm anticipating for every new coming episodes. It drives me crazy every time I think about the main couple <3 "give me more and more". So that's fantastic to double my happiness cause two new eps are coming at a time <3

so will they be airing new episodes for playful kiss this week? I finally caught up and watched all 6 episodes. That guy plays the same snarky character in every drama. I wonder if JGS would have been a better actor for the role. Not a big fan of the perm hairstyle.

I like how you meshed up introducing Chuseok and discussing the dramas, it flows really well

Part of me is glad that Gumiho is airing during Chuseok because I'd rather see Shin Min-ah in a hanbok than Rain with his Justin Bieber wannabe hair

The other part wants Runway to air quickly so I can nitpick on his performance.

I watched episode 13 raw and I really really can't wait for both JB's recap and English Subs.. I really really can not wait for it. I really really really excited and totally confused. *jumps up and down impatiently like a bratty 4 year old*

So happy that they are still airring this week. But kinda sad that next week is gonna be the last week for gumiho :(
