There'll probably be more interest if Lee Da Hae is starring in it (as opposed to "Hee").

Just a thought. But can't imagine her playing golf though.

I hope the production company gets their act together because I don't think its fair to keep its actors and crew tied up for so long. It's already been half a year.

Hmm as much as I have no interest in UEE or the subject matter, I hope it soon flies (haha, get it? Birdie...flies...ha...ha.) because it might end up like Calling For Love. A drama that took forever to get in the air and when t finally did, nobody really cared enough anymore.

Sports dramas in general don't seem to do that well. The fact that this drama happens to be based on one of the most boring sports in existence doesn't really help it, either. But I do hope that this show airs soon. I'm anxious to see UEE in a protagonist's role.

I'm not a fan of UEE, but I feel bad for her nonetheless. Although, if this drama is going to cause her rep to go to the sewers, I'd say she should be thankful and look for greater opportunities.

P.S. I just noticed this new setup/look for Dramabeans does not give us the usual "preview" of an article/recap/news like it used. Sad. But, what can you do? Look forward and then beyond. Something UEE can try to do from here.

Well I never had a great interest in sport dramas.
If they wanted a better budget, they shouldn't have picked anything to do with sports. :)
And that dress or whatever UEE's wearing is way to short.

I'd only watch it if she was in it ;D

i dunno but I'm not really anticipating any of group 8's dramas cuz they tend to have horrible actors/story lines and just get popular because of the ggot minams (read. fan service)....

I don't get the draw of this drama either.

Especially since its taken UEE away from After School for all these months, and I'm a big fan of her IN the group.

Thanks for giving us an update...kind of...on what's going on with Birdie Buddy. I wasn't planing on watching it, but I did wonder what happened to it. It was set to premiere last month and when nothing came of it I did find it weird. o.O

How about Paradise Ranch/meadow, heard that drama also going nowhere, pity for the actor/actress there.

I'm a little disappointed myself cause I was actually looking forward to this. I'm not a Uee fan was never really big on her but I am an After School fan aka Playgirlz so I support all AS members this drama included so I was lookin' forward to watchin' this drama & supporting Uee.
Also lookin' forward to see how Uee does in her first starring role but it now looks like it's either gonna take a long time or not at all.
It really does look like Group 8 is playin' favorites which sucks. but I do hope they will air this drama soon.
Eventhough I really don't have much heart in the s/l. I read it & the plot/storyline does not interest me but again I wanna watch it to support a fellow AS member & who knows this drama might turn out really good in the end.

I have to admit that I have 0 interest in this drama and from the way things are shaping up, I think that the drama is gonna have a rough time once it finally airs. I even suspect that it may turn out to be one of those unfortunate cases where it might get it's episodes cut down. For the sake of the hard-working cast & crew I hope not.

On a positive but totally shallow note, I must say that Lee Yong-woo is looking mighty fine in the above photos. Whoever the stylists is did a good job.
