Kim Hye-sung signs on to G-Love

Kim Hye-sung (Boy Meets Boy, Unstoppable High Kick has a new project in the works, a movie called G-Love [글러브].
He’ll be working with director Kang Woo-seok (who directed Silmido and Public Enemy Returns and produced Into the White Night and No Mercy), and has been cast alongside actors Jung Jae-young (The Divine Weapon) and Yoo Sun (Bok-shil of Sons of Sol Pharmarcy).
G-Love is described as a “human drama” that takes place amidst a rural high school baseball team, which sees the arrival of an ex-pro baseball player and female teacher. Kim Hye-sung plays a deaf high schooler who has put up a wall against the world and purposely rejects communicating with others. The pro (Jung Jae-young) takes the reins as coach and teaches him how to play, and he starts to dream of the future. What ensues is a story of “heartwarming friendship and love.”
(I groan a little at the explanation of the title; the Korean title is pronounced “glove,” which makes sense given the baseball motif, but an alternate meaning attributes words like “great” and “give” to the “G” of the title, to mean “great love” or “give love.” Barf.).
G-Love will begin filming at the end of June. Kim Hye-sung is currently busy practicing baseball with the other members of the team. (Also: Did you know he has a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo?) His most recent role prior to this is as a student soldier in war movie Into the Fire.

He IS very, very pretty.
(In fact, I was thinking that if Jang Geun-seok didn't take You're My Pet, Kim Hye-sung would have been great for it. Plus he's shorter than Jang so that would've worked.)

At first, I thought this actor Kim Hye Sung look like he's a girl BUT he is very young man, lolz. =)
How interesting, some Korean men had a pretty face and still handsome, heh. Hmm, I haven't seen him this before -- it means I didn't watch him in these movie nor drama yet.

i have just watched "boy meets boy" and loved it! even if there's no dialogue, he was awesome.
also, how can a boy be both beautiful and handsome? i know korean men is to kill us!
he's sooo cute, perfect face and i think we'll hear his name more in the future

I loved him in Boy Meets Boy! In fact, I can't seem to get rid of the short film in my hard drive even if I'm running low on disk space.

Oh my gosh. I love this guy. He's so awesome and so very very pretty. heheh I loved him in Jenny and juno. He was like the sweetest thing. If i had ever gotten preggo at such a young age, I would so want it to be with him. He was perfect. Heheh

he looks like a girl becoz his prettiness is of the feminine type - very soft and vulnerable. also agree with javabeans that he'd make a gt pet. anywya, personally, i prefer jang geun suk's pretty looks - he still has the masculine look abt him that does not make u want to rush over to protect him from the world! :D

I had to look twice at the pic to realize that hes the same guy from boy meets boy. I cant believe he got cuter but when it comes to the film i wish he had picked another project since im just not interested in this
