Preview screening for Itaewon Murder Case

Another press conference, another eccentric ensemble worn by Jang Geun-seok, right?
On August 31, the cast of the movie Itaewon Murder Case [이태원살인사건], the mystery thriller based on a true story, convened for the film’s preview screening event. In attendance were actors Shin Seung-hwan, Jung Jin-young, and, of course, Jang Geun-seok.
The movie is based on the 1997 murder of a Korean university student in Seoul’s Itaewon district; Jang Geun-seok plays a Korean-American suspect in the case investigated by Jung Jin-young. (More plot details here.)
The film opens on September 10.
I’m no longer surprised by Jang Geun-seok’s aggressively eccentric fashion stylings, since it always seems as though he is determined to stand out as much as possible by going the unconventional route. That’s cool. I don’t think he always does so to his best advantage, however, which doesn’t negate the fact that he is cute and a promising actor. I’m just saying — dude knows how to strike a girlish pose:

lol, i really don't think he's gay. it's just that androgynous fashion is very much in in Asia right now. Lol, if he was western and he dressed like THAT in, say, USA, then that's a totally different matter, I think. its a culture thing--'pop'-culture thing to be more specific.

Jang Guen Suk is the coolest dude ever. He doesn't go by the normal standards of dressing and Thats why I like him. Very memorable, as always, and he's cut out to be a star.

I guess I'm one of the few who thinks that he looks totally hot in these pictures. Then again, for men, I'm usually okay with most things excluding dresses, skorts, skirts (that does not include kilts, b/c true kilts are not skirts and they are hot on men with hairy legs), capris, cropped pants and open toed shoes. I don't really think that fashion sense is all that indicative of sexual orientation but that is his business anyway. Whatever the case, what matters most is if he's happy with his fashion. He looks happy. I'm happy.
