For Your Reading Pleasure
by javabeans
I said I still had something up my sleeve, didn’t I?
You may have noticed a new tab up at the top of the page ^. Yup, I’ve posted the scripts of various Korean dramas (in their original Korean), so now you can read through and see just what the heck they’re saying! Note that they’re not word for word — often a scene or a conversation might get reworked, or edited, or cut long after it’s been shot, so don’t be confused if certain things aren’t exactly as they were spoken in the drama.
I’ve listed the instructions on how to view the files on the Kdrama Scripts page, or you can just click the tab up top.
(And yes, Coffee Prince is included. I’ll be adding to the collection as I find more of the scripts, so please be patient!)
Thanks, and enjoy.

OMG, Javabeans, you're a real lifesaver - I've spent the past 2 hours or so searching for CP scripts - and then converting .hwp files (which I never even knew existed) into .txt so I can carry them around. I've spent about the last half hour still on episode 1, because formatting is a pain in the butt. Thank you soooooo much!!

Javabeans, do you watch or intend to summarie 9 end 2 outs... it seems everybody is stick to the coffee prince and other dramas have been abandoned..althought the drama is quite boring but it's interesting to see the chemistry between the two protagonists

Dwi, I caught a bit of the first episode for the Bottom of the 9th show but it didn't strike me too much. But I've heard people like it and I never write anything off without having at least seen a full first episode (sometimes more) so I may go back to it. But I'm not planning on catching it right now. Next on my list is actually Oh Ji Ho's new show, the Karl/Oh Su Jung one. Hopefully I'll have a chance to see it sometime soon!

"Next on my list is actually Oh Ji Ho’s new show, the Karl/Oh Su Jung one. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to see it sometime soon!"
As I was about to ask you.... I'll be waiting for that, I think it's another nice drama -- well based on what I read -- haven't seen it yet but I might start watching it while waiting for Coffee Prince... I also found the English translation of the whole book of Coffee Prince and I compiled it... I saw the one in hans book (website) and it says there that it's a 400++ pages -- WOW! well, I'm using an A4 size paper so I was able to trim it down to 200 -- thanks for your summaries -- I'll probably start reading it today -- I am so addicted and stucked with Coffee Prince and I haven't updated my site -- but I'm enjoying it besides I love visiting your site! as for "Get Karl! Oh Su Jung" I'll be your stalker again ha ha... In advance, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARDWORK JAVABEANS! By the way, where do you search your music? I'm having a hard time looking for "Belle Epoque’s May", the song played in the "chestnut scene" last Tuesday... help please -- I'm truly going nuts here...
Another Loyal follower! c",)

Tuesdhei, "May" by Belle Epoque is posted on the Unofficial Soundtrack page (under one of the early episodes, i believe). The page link can also be found in the sidebar to the right, or as a subpage under the "Songs" tab.

I have seen the first 2 episodes of Get Karl Oh Su Jung. There were definitely some laugh out loud moments, and I actually find the fat-suit Oh Ji Ho pretty adorable. LOL. I have no thoughts about which direction the drama will go though - they are just starting to explore the much damaged psyche of Karl, and the one-track-mind Su Jung.

Thanks a lot javabeans... i haven'ts fully finished the Get Karl.. i think it didn't catch me and the subtitle to it seems a lil bit late..haha i think everybody is focussing more to Coffee prince since more people are demanding it . I think the other dramas that are just coming out seems to be neglected it haha.. too bad they put it in the wrong time

Karl & Sujung is addicting. Just finished viewing episode 10. Of course they leave you hanging for another week. The show is up there with my other favorite, My Lovely Sam Soon.
