        I did sleep well and man, was it good I did! Crazy day. I met a couple of friends (by chance), work was busy (-ier than usual I couldn’t check my phone), and met more friends (planned) then.. y’know life in general. You, how was your day? It’s 2 am now there right? Not sure if you’re still awake though haha

          Reaching 2/3 of the book, for now, it’s nice…not ‘awesome’ but nice! Also, it’s a 1st of a trilogy so, I guess, it has to, how can I say, the characters, the world, it all has to be implanted. Maybe that’s why it’s taking off really slowly!

            That’s the thing with trilogies. the first book is mostly descriptions of their world and character introduction. Don’t be too excited lol 😂

          In fact, there are 4 books and the 4th won’t be out for a moment so I’m gonna finish this one and put the series aside, waiting for the last book!
          I already found a new series…which is complete, in 3 books…it will be my next read! ^^

            Wow. Nice to know you have books to look forward too. I’m now in a company book drive manning the booth and also donated some (most astronomy books bec they have gorgeous pictures) for kids. So excited to give these away! 😊

            hahahaha 1000 books wow! having books on PC or mobile is so much handier that’s why I don’t feel so bad losing physical books hah! Since you’re multi lingual, I wonder what language you usually read. English? or not? 😊

          The thing is that I read a lot so ebook are handier but I cherish my 600 physical books!! No way I am gonna lose them and if I do, I get so grumpy, people avoid me for a few days! lol
          My books are in French, my ebooks are in English…lol I’m a complex (or weird, as you wish) creature 😀 !

      In my imagination it goes more like that:
      I went to an award ceremony with him as my date and he won! A lot! Going back to the hotel room, he’s so hype and happy, he’s goofing around on the bed and I’m laughing like mad until he pulls me to him, throw us on the sheets and while we are laughing and just plain happy, he gets closer to kiss me and….

            What book are you reading? I was re-reading The Little Prince.. It feels different to read it years later. Like I didn’t notice so many things before (or just have terrible memory 😂) In other news, I’m finalizing a trip plan and I’m stoked as I found a better offer! 😊 Done with bfast too.

            OMG yeah I forgot the original is French you must’ve read the French version 😂 There are also books I don’t particularly like the plot but I finish bec (1) I’m curious with the end and (2) I hate not finishing things.           The thing is that I don’t really work…I help a friend…You know, while I’m switching job like I told you! Sometimes he calls me to say that he won’t need me after all!

          I’m more a werewolf/vampire type…or sci-fi…or fantasy maybe with dragons…I’m a feminist reader, I need a strong female lead! Not always physically strong but no damsel in distress!

            Bella has died don’t worry. Even in the book/movie 😀 Elena in Vampire Diaries has stronger character. I haven’t read any Briggs novel yet

    I can’t see anyone playing Jo-won’s character. Korean dramas are one of those things that I don’t think translates all that well into American TV shows. No matter how modified it is, or how universal the themes, there is something about the way that Korean dramas portray emotions. They are so unreserved and unrestrained in the way they portray emotions that’s a direct contrast to the colder and more reserved way american Tv shows show emotions. I just think the two are very incompatible. And so its jarring to watch one thing being translated into another.

        Lol i figured! I’m not going to watch this and ruin all of my memories about this show. It’s still one of my favourite medical dramas and both Jo-won and Moon Che won did such a good job at it. I’ll pass on the American version.

          When I read a book, I like to put on a tv show, a movie or drama I’ve already seen…to break the silence of living alone, because there are some scenes I rewatch with pleasure…etc
