This drama crushed me under the weight of the Second Lead Syndrome. Had they cast anyone other than Song Jae‑rim I would have been fine. But nooo! They had to cast him. Sadistic drama Gods.

Shout out to my girl Jo Boa who I don’t get to see nearly enough in drama land. She’s such an amazing actress and really deserves to get more mainstream roles.

I’m so glad that Dan-ha finally trusted Kang-so enough to tell him about her suicide attempt. Telling Kang-so was almost a cathartic moment for her where you get the sense she is ready to let go of her disappointment and heartbreaks of the past and move forward with Kang-so and the neighborhood guys. Which is why I think her confession at the end of the episode made sense to me that she has finally realized her happiness doesn’t lie in the unknown she has been chasing but here with her make shift family and Kang-so.

Kang-so’s reaction to her story though, his quiet devastation that the woman he loves had to face that alone and keep it inside her for so long, just killed me. His silent support in the way he holds her hand was just so beautifully done that it genuinely made me tear up. And that there just describes everything I love about this couple, like I’m so here for them every step of the way. Kudos to the writer for portraying mature, adult relationship in such a beautifully understated way that goes beyond relationship cliches and is actually built on communication and love.

This was one of the sweetest drama land kisses ever. I love how this show seems to always do kisses right after one of them opens up to the other about their thoughts/feelings and they have an honest conversation about it. It lends an extra weight or gravitas to their kisses. Allowing them to grow closer together as a couple while also maturing a little more into themselves. And that’s something that I really love about this drama, that it allows its couple to breathe and grow and change together in a way not many drama couples do.

Holy crap you guys! Ep 11 of \”Live up to your Name\” did a plot twist I didn\’t know I needed till I saw it and now I\’m terrified for what\’s to come! It\’s such a great twist? Not that good for my heart but damn I\’m so excited for what happens next!

      I know! I can’t wait for tonight’s episode. I love that the show hasn’t gotten predictable yet even though we are almost at ep 12. Kudos to the writer for keeping me on my toes with all the time travelling.

My eye hurts like he’ll so no drama for me tonight. But I’m listening to “Monster of the Week” a Supernatural podcast and laughing my ass off! Guys if you like Supernatural show check this out! ☺

      I watched upto season 11. I’ll probably watch 12-13 some time but so far I think the show was the best upto 10 and watching anymore will just make me hate the direction it’s taking now.

        I honestly think it should’ve ended at season five. I still watch it because it does have good episodes here and there.
