    I don’t know how he does it but, Kang Soo is just soooo nice! I can’t believe he feels sorry toward Dan ah and actually wants to help her solve her money problems…when she should be the one to say sorry to him!

      They have a reverse dynamic. KS is the senselessly kind candy and DA is the douche (who eventually becomes soft for the kindness).

        Ha! Makes sense though doesn’t it..we’re so used to seeing the guys as jerks who are cold at first but fall in love with the girl and become nice. When it’s reversed it’s almost hard to accept seeing the girl as being the jerk..but that’s just my opinion though. I think I’m mostly disappointed because Dah ah was supposed to be a sassy, badass character from the teasers. She’s just coming of as nasty and not sassy!

            Man, I totally thought Duk Seon and Jung Hwan were end game in Reply 1988. I ate up all their scenes… And giggled and squealed whenever Jung Hwan let his grumpy cat facade fall.

            I know! Don’t remind me! 🙁 I swear I thought he was the lead. Taec was barely in the first few episodes.
            After it ended and I cried my heart out (lol) I thought about it. Duk Seon gave us the biggest clue in Ep 1. She said she never thought she would end up marrying him. When she said that I immediately thought ‘omg it’s Jung Hwan!’ because obviously, them two were always fighting so that’s why she said that. I didn’t even consider Taec as an option then!
            Before I even knew it, I was in Jung Hwan’s ship…

          First two episodes didn’t really suck me in (although many Beanies enjoyed it), however, eps 3 and 4 convinced me otherwise. It’s funny and I love the three leads (minus the girl lead played by Cha Soo Bin…unfortunately:/…her character is hard for me to like).

            Oh! I was thinking of checking it out.. someday! Really, Chae Soo-bin isn’t likable? From the teasers I thought she’ll be the badass heroine everyone will root for!

            She is badass…but I don’t know if that’s a good thing.
            She basically goes around hitting/kicking guys for no good reason other than because they annoyed her! She’s not being badass…she’s being violent! 🙁
            I actually like the second lead girl more than Dan ah (Cha Soo Bin’s character). I would try to understand her if our lead (played by Go Kyung Pyo) was being a jerk. But he’s not! He’s such a genuinely nice and sweet person. Anyway, everything else is pretty likeable so far. I’m sure you’ll like it:D I hope her character has some personal growth so that I can root for her. I’m sure she was nice before her troubles began anyway. Don’t wanna say more because of spoiler. ;D

      Yeah, no me neither. As much as I love Bo Gum Oppa..he’s not THE Oppa either. Like Azzo’s Oppa or @obsessedmuch‘s Oppa.

      He’s definitely a favourite..maybe in my top 3. But like you said, too much to choose from. Especially with all the recent talents…
