      I streamed it live from KBS2TV’s site! So no subs yet. I don’t know when KBSWorld will upload it, maybe a few months later 🙁

        It seems so. They used to upload the their drama specials quickly, but then it just got slower and slower. I even resorted to illegal sites for last year’s drama specials.

          KBS usually subs their shows,2-3 weeks after airing.depends on territory especially in SEAsia

            SEA gets the subs very fast if you watch it on the KBSWorld channel (normal dramas come out 1 day after airing in Korea), but with the 2016 Drama Specials they were especially slow. For instance, Legendary Shuttle aired in early October in Korea, but didn’t get uploaded to KBSWorld YouTube until early January, 3 months later.

Oh, but a warning that the casting crossovers may confuse you because:
– Heechan’s friend (the shorter one who doesn’t wear glasses) is Kiseok’s friend
– Daehwi’s mum is Jinyoung’s character’s mum
– Joonhyung’s dad (Weightlifting Fairy) is Chae Soobin’s character’s dad

Just finished A Season for Ourselves! The storyline is simple but leaves room for thinking, and it’s executed with a good handle on emotions and funny moments.

Definitely recommend it, unless you really, really dislike open endings.

    Most drama specials used open ending and I’ve learnt to love it. Now, if only someone subbed it within this month. *praying*

    Fans,especially Beanies, would be up in arms if Ep 15 is just full of noble idiocy. So Swoon staff that lurks in DB,better shape up and just mislead us again by the preview but surprise us IN A GOOD WAY for the actual epsiode. Got it?

        I can wait. I’m kind of busy too right now and I have a lot of dramas on my to watch list. All these Theme of the Month articles are really bad (good?) for my watch list. Every time I read an article: there’s another drama to add to my list.

Jang Dongyoon is really good with his expressions, it’s no wonder he has been bagging sizeable roles although he’s still a rookie. D-4 to A Season for Ourselves & the KBS Drama Special season!

          I haven’t! It’s next on my list because Jang Dongyoon and Seo Jihoon 😍 Girlfriday and Javabeans liked the writing but said the directing was a bit flat, and Beanies on the recaps seemed to like the story and the complex characters, so I’d say give it a go!

    Who would have thought!

    He’s done a marvelous job in directing because he’s able to bring out the natural talent in these actors. Even if Kim Jung Hyun is adlibing a lot, the PD must allow it. I know of old fashioned PDs who kill romantic scenes by insisting on a certain way(read trope or done to death).

      I think he makes the atmosphere on set very comfortable! Love line or no love line, the actors have good chemistry together. Also, the PD has a penchant for suddenly appearing to tell dad jokes XD
