      I guess they didn’t feel the need to show us the step-by-step of Kwang-ho trying to catch Mok. I think he has learned from his past mistake when he tried to catch Mok by himself, and instead contacted Sung-shik. That’s why we see both of them working together again.

    What about teenage Jung Ho I’ve-even-forgotten-his-name-but-isnt-he-like-a-witness-or-something??? Or did he solve everything in the five months that he went back? and the show just didn’t show it? Or did they show it? Did I miss something?

    The best part of of SMTM5 team performance is Cheetah She was so cute. LOL. It was really cool except but editing out Min Ho gave me a headache. So many cuts then zoom then cuts. I guess it couldnt be helped though. I don’t know how else to edit it.

    A second look at Spring Day’s full performance, it looks & sounds better. Yes inspite of Woojin’s voice break.

    Skipped a LOT of the drama practice. Meh. I’ll find out about them in my IG/twitter timeline anyway.

    Hurrah for Park Woojin! That kid was sensational! Alas, I feel sorry for Samuel, but it would have been horrible for ANY of them, because they’re all high ranking & very talented.

    Noh Tae Hyun is the best! 😀 Vampire King slays with his coven of Vampire Princes & Butlers. >_< LOL.

    Next week prepare for more tears. Ahuhuhuhuhu.

    Amazing Kiss! Great work!! Heeseok made a mistake, but recovered! 😀 .. I am so sorry, everytime i see Lee Gun Hee, I laugh so much. >_< He was so funny last episode. Dongsu looked like LJS, I found it hard not to think of W Two Worlds OST on the background. Still, great division of parts & at least to me, it didnt seem like the others were back up singers. 😀

    Youtube getting sooooo much comments on “TraineeX deserves better score”, “Onsite voters are stupid”, “Where does MNet get these people?”, “Justice for TraineeX”

    Uhm. They only see the performance ONCE.

    Of course it’s the bias first, then the next trainee that catches their eye. They don’t have pause, replay and fancam to “analyze”. I feel sad about the scores too and I agree some of them deserve better, but I don’t think I want to blame the audience for following impulse first over talent/skill.

    Because I would totally, probably, most likeeelllllllyyyyyyyy do the same.

    That’d be really interesting! Unfortunately people in the industry are so tight lipped and there’s still such a stigma on mental health issues, that the numbers would probably be skewed. I bet a whole lot of people in general could use therapy but don’t go, because of the stigma on it. (Which makes it ironic that there are so many dramas with psychology etc as a main theme lol.)

      true. and so many dramas with actors/singers playing actors/singers & the trials they go through! maybe there are indeed research and i just don’t know where to look or it’s not getting the social awareness it needs. aw.

I found Pop! Still unfortunate that Woodam wasn\’t able to sing & Sangbin couldn\’t rap, but they did well in the dance. 😀

    Woodam seemed really devastated in the previous episode when all the singing positions were taken up and there was only dance left. Congrats on finding Jaehwan.

    Also, does Sangbin remind you of Daesung?

      Yeah, and when he said it’s the first time he felt like giving up, that was sad… but JungJung (that was JungJung, right?) was so sweet trying to cheer him up.

      Actually, I didn’t realize Sangbin looked like Daesung until the trainers said it. LOL. But he does, a little bit. 😀

        There was this feeling that he looked like someone but I just couldn’t put my finger on it until right before the trainer’s said it. 😜

    Not much of a rap fan (though I went through a rap phase in high school) but Ha Min Ho’s team sounded great. Though, it was weird seeing blurred Min Ho across his team mates fancam. Like a ghost was passing by. O_O

    Get Ugly was amazing, no surprises there. 😀 😀 😀 Im so excited for the full performance!

    Spring Day, just ok. Not wow.

    Downpour… I can’t find Jaehwan’s fancam but I like it! Felt a bit like the rest were backup singers to Jaehwan and Sungwoon (?) though.

    Is there a tunnel to Friday-Saturday?

      I finally gave in and watched the performances for Downpour and Spring Day.
      Yeah, watching Downpour left me a underwhelmed, and I agree that it definitely seemed more like Jaehwan and Sungwoon ft. the others. Minhyuk left me a little wanting, especially because I know his range and expected more out of him (but that probably has more to do with part distribution than his skills). Jisung was okay, but Hyunbin’s acting was awkward and extra (but the fangirls ate it up).

      For Spring Day, I was very pleasantly surprised by Takada Kenta’s vocals (but he’s always been a favourite of mine along with Samuel for his skills). I’ve always loved Woojin’s pure and clear voice – it’s too bad about his voice crack. Jinyoung also surprised me with his vocals – it seems like he’s gained a lot of confidence since the first performance. Seonho did a good job with his sweet vocals and his keyboard. I’m disappointed with Yongjin though. Hopefully someone will compile the fancams for BoA’s Amazing Kiss before the next episode airs so I can comment on that performance as well.

        Ahahaha, welcome to the dark side! (Well, in a good way…)

        I really try to ignore Hyunbin & the rabid fangirls. I dont hate him, I loved SorrySorryTeam2 & I acknowledge his efforts there but he’s just not ready for this. Someone called a youtube commenter a b*tch & a rat just because of an honest observation. I could also hear Hyunbin better at Minhyun’s fancam, where he sounded i dunno, ok? at the first part but was really choking up afterwards. I just feel it’s unfair if he makes it to Top11 because he “improved” in 10seconds of song when other trainees who are equally not trained to be idols like him, and yet have significantly more talent than he does. But hey, what do i know? I can’t vote, so poor me. 😀

        I love Takada Kenta! 😀 LoL.

        Theres some weird rumor floating around Youtube that Woojin’s voice didnt crack in the actual performance? (since the fancams are a mash up of rehearsals & actual performance) I cant believe mnet would actually do that tho. I mean, they can be evil, but are they THAT evil? I guess we’ll see on Friday. O_O

          Most probably just a rumour. I love your practical approach to Hyukbin. I try to keep a positive yet objective mind about all the trainees (at least I’d like to think so).

            I think ur more objective than i am! haha, i think loyalty to faves coupled with personal preference is unavoidable coz thats the fun part of being a fan, but breaking it down to real objective matters & standards is … illuminating? refreshing? something like that. 😀
