    What show is this?
    Is it good?
    Cute?
Something that won’t emotionally destroy me?
    PLease?

It’s a webseries called Seventeen by PlayList Global. 5-7mins per ep. You can check it on Facebook/Youtube.
      Yes, good, cute.
As for the last question, I cannot assure you, but it’s worth your time!

        I hate you.

        THAT WAS NOT CUTE.

        I MEAN IT WAS.

        BUT STILL.

Just to reconfirm: I do not actually hate you. Thank you so much for showing the show to me. Even though the ending absolutely ruined me. In a good way. So it’s less of hate and more of a… thankful something or other.

        English good words.

HAHAHA I literally laughed out loud when I read “I HATE YOU” because I totally get you. Hahaha. Don’t worry, no hard feelings here 😉 Although I really know what you feel. ‘Til now, I’m still not over it. Darn it. Timing. Too real.

The female actor is really good at crying scenes! I liked her character’s bubbly personality too

Yes! I like her bubbly personality too and I was pleasantly surprised to see her act. It’s my first time to see her, actually, I think.

Watching Love Playlist as recommended by @kayedrama! This statement perfectly captured me right now after watching Gaksital. I hope this helps…?

An appreciation post for Katsuyama because he is precious. 😭❤️ The scene where he and Rara parted ways is one of my favorites, when Rara said her real name 😭 Katsu-sensei 😭❤️✨

Side note. I was pleasantly surprised to see this handsome guy! 🙈😍 & he also made me cry for being alive✨

True! I’m so happy noona had a turn around for her character and I kind of understood why she did what she did…

What? Harrison’s is mentioned? I read that in medical school and fellowship. Is this a medical drama?

The moment I said “Mok Dan is prolly not dead”, this scene appears on screen. Like, WOW. Okay, I get it, she needed to die, but still. SO. HEART.BREAKING. Not even a few hours after their wedding! UGH

I finished Gaksital’s finale 30 minutes ago and until now I still cannot grasp / put into words everything it made me feel. Ep1-finale. ++ I was bawling for like 20mins after credits. IT. WAS. SUPERB.

You said exactly what I felt in the end 🙂

What an amazing ride it was, watching this drama. The intensity in every episode. Like, I knew KT is the lead, but I always fear for his life (and every one else’s). And Shunji, ohmygosh, Shunji. This drama definitely deserves a standing ovation!

I didn’t breath for the first 8 episodes because it was so intense. Not being sure that the lead will make it to the end was good and at the same time frightening.
Shunji.. arrgh my heart broke for the first time watching a Kdrama. It made me crave for more dramas set in this area.

I feel like in every episode, there’s a moment where I forget to breathe! Shunji’s character is so tragic. Mygoodness. And his last moment with KT. 💔 Have you watched other dramas with the similar setting?

          1
          1

Their broken friendship hurt too much.
With similar setting there are Basketball, Inspiring Generation, Chicago Typewriter and that’s it I think. Basketball was mess so I dropped. IG had a good beginning but went nowhere at time passed. CT is the best story wise but only a part of the drama takes place during Japanese Occupation.

I never imagined their friendship to turn out the way it did in the beginning of the drama. Now I get why you said “brace yourself.”

Oh yes! The only one I watched with the similar setting was CT and I loved it! 😊

My mom’s not new in my own K-world, she even watches k-dramas, listens to k-pop (well she has no choice, I play music on speakers) BUT THIS IS STILL TOO FUNNY. I never send her texts like this!
