I love the flashback of Sang Mi and Dong Chul. At least we know that Dong Chul accepted Sang Mi’s visit. This explains why Dong Chul’s willing to put aside the misunderstandings between him and Sang Hwan after SH mentioned about Sang Mi who needed saving from the cult. Can he get the girl at the end?

    I’m thinking that they’re trying to make Dongchul the lead now. That one scene is totally a lead guy scene with him walking towards them and them just looking at him. I seriously don’t want any romance to happen because it will ruin viewers one way or another. *I’m looking at you, Reply series*

      I think lowkey romance will happen because Sang Hwan recorded his story of how he was not able to help his first love for his mom to listen, and the way Dong Chul calmed Sang Mi down when she was trembling shows how much he cares about Sang Mi. He did have a crush on her when they’re in high school too. I’ll be okay with very minimal romance that doesn’t take up the entire plot.

          I’m all on board with Dong Chul-Sang Mi ship if they’re gonna insert romance element. If Sang Mi x Sang Hwan become the endgame, let’s cry together then. But then again, I don’t think it’d hurt so much if it’s just minimal romance.

I’m so so so satisfied with Save Me ep 9. Gaahhhh, it’s really damn satisfying to see Baek was furious and the police station scene boiled me up a bit (though I knew it’d happen), but I was screaming with joy watching the preview! Ahhhh our Muji boys are getting smarter! And Sang Hwan! It’s good that he’s learning law!

    It was interesting to see Baek actually being frustrated. He’s always shown as composed and calm. Very interesting that he blows up because he lost Sang-mi. What does he really want anyway? It seems too much just to have one girl.

          Yup, his intention is still vague for the whole Spiritual Mother thingy. But as for him deceiving people with cult, I take it as an easy way to get easy money and donation from people by manipulating them. He also gains power and influence in process.

      I hated it too! Oh can’t tell how much happy this makes me. The guy with the noodle hair and oily skin was starting to get on my nerves [don’t hate me I loove GKP, but the noodle hair doesn’t do justice to his looks 😄]

        I’m sure Jin Gyu will feel conflicted if he heard that Ji Yoon’s mother is threatening grandma and basically using dirty methods to help her own business, so this might leave a possibility for him to join Kang Soo.

    Don´t know if it´s the theater background or what but he really does bring emotions across really clearly. and his articulation – even if I don´t understand anything, I can still hear how clear his speech is.
    Ji Yoon is such an odd, cute, innocent and different heiress. She is like a stumbling kitten, who miaus in panic whenever she faces a wall but collects herself and starts going the other way like it was her plan all along, LOL

      Now that I know he has a theater background, so much more respect for him! I can tell he has so many micro expressions like PBG, which we don’t see a lot these days.

        I read someones´ comment that he did, but he doesn´t even have any information on the net! AsianWiki lists the 2 dramas and that´s it, not even a word about the guy himself. If anybody finds something, it´d be really interesting.

      I also love the physicality of his acting….the use of his hand gestures and body language in addition to all the micro-expressions and voice inflections make him my new favorite actor in Dramaland!

      I love how Ji Yoon always come to him whenever she needs an advice and I love how Jin Gyu always visit her during her lunch hour. It seems to me that they’re comfortable with each other which made me so happy to see them together!

The ending of episode 1 completely sealed the deal for me! I really want to continue watching, but I need to go to bed right now. I’ll just keep this drama in my dream for the moment then.

Episode 1, I’m warming up to Yoon Su a lot more than other characters. ? I love most of the things that he said, and this one is my favorite from episode 1! 😆

    I kinda do, but that felt off to me. How on Earth is she suffering when JinSook has been helping them get together? She’s only done one thing to sabotage them. SooJin has so many opportunities to shut Pil down, but she led him on for years, even when she clearly knew he liked her.
    And why did she cover her face? I thought that was weird.
    Argh, this drama.

      I guess you’re right. When I think about it again, it seems like Soo Jin is just creating reasons for not being together with Pil even when she clearly knew that Pil have had feelings for her for years. It seems to me that she’s the one who’s afraid to open up to her feelings.

        I was slowly getting back on her ship, until they showed that bike scene where he got her the flowers and balloons. She knew exactly what he was trying to do and refused to respond either to accept or reject, and they haven’t shown us a good enough reason why she would do that.
        I’m just not sure if it’s the way the character is written and we’ll get those answers later or if I’m not liking UEE’s portrayal.

    When Pil was asking what he could do for SooJin, you could just see Jin Sook bursting with everything he’s done for her. What I wanted to ask him was What SooJin has done for him, unlike the ever supportive and encouraging JinSook.
    Though SeokTae has grown on me, it’s still a nope. I actually prefer him with SooJin.

      That scene made me think twice. So all he had ever done to Soo Jin was stealing his parents’ camera to give it to Soo Jin. But wait, he did part-time job to earn money for Jin Sook?! Didn’t he realize that he did something really big to Jin Sook?

      Soo Jin and Seok Tae? Hahahaha I laughed when I read your comment. It never occurred to me to think of this pairing, LOL.

        He’s so focused on Soo Jin that he doesn’t notice Jin Sook T__T I see it more as an obsession than real love between SJ and Pil. If they dated I won’t be surprised if they break up not soon after.

          Now that you said it, I just want them to date just once and for all and see if they could last because it seems to me too that Pil’s love towards Soo Jin is more like an obsession rather than pure love. Even Pil said it himself, he had never been himself for all the time they’d been spending time together and he forgot how to be honest with her. So it’s more like Pil’s trying too hard that he kinda pretended to be someone that he’s not, I wonder if Soo Jin would like the real Pil.

            I want this to happen soon. Can they love the other’s real personality and can they actually be a couple ? It’s hard to picture them together : Pil the slacker (if he doesn’t have a decent job in the time-line) and Soo Jin the photographer. I thought of an other thing. Besides marrying Soo Jin what does Pil want in the future ? We don’t know it and he doesn’t know it himself either.

      Exactly. What did Soo Jin ever do for him ? He loves her since they’re kids so there’s no real reason other than her being by his side all his life and being pretty.
      Soo Jin likes his loyalty, him staying by her side but a friend can do that as well.
      I understand why Jin Sook loves and supports him so it’s easier to be on her side.

I’ve finished watching Solomon’s Perjury in 9 days! 🎉 The whole school trials might look like petty to some adults, but I understand the students’ need of disclosure of things that happened.
