    The ending was really nice! but I thought the conflict about mum fell a bit flat.. or maybe I didnt understand why she had to leave for Japan.. I mean Ae-ra seemed to have liked Dwarf flower & it didnt sound like an adult movie.. im confused

      Um, Dwarf Flower was definitely a porno. Or at least soft core since she admitted to taking her clothes off. Not sure how Korean modesty standards and porn mixed back then, but her movie definitely fell into the scandalous category. The fact that Aera watched and liked it is HILARIOUS and so awkward.

        My understanding is you must have been really judged by peers if they found out you were the kid of an adult movie star in Korea (and if you were an adult movie star with kids), which is what Hwang Bok Hee wanted to protect Ae Ra from? Lol Although grown up Ae Ra seems like the type who’d be kind of proud her mom was in something popular, even if it was scandalous HAHA.

Lol didn’t know whether to laugh or cry at the La La Land-esque montage (it was the saddest part of the movie imo haha). It was so much fun to watch, but the look on Hyun Jae’s face afterwards… 😢

    I absolutely loved that! It makes me wonder though if they truly are the final OTP. We will have to wait and find out!

I was worried The Best Hit was focusing too much on the love line, but happy I was wrong! A lot to look forward to next week, now that Ji Hoon knows who Da Bong really is.

My feelings were all over the place with the way Hyun Jae was smiling at Woo Seung while they had jjajangmyun, I mean they’re really cute together but what about Ji Hoon?? I blame his haircut lol jk

The Best Hit’s being really obvious with the love line… but Woo Seung and Hyun Jae are so much fun to watch together I’m so close to jumping ship. The cockroach bit was obvious but still so funny 😂

The Best Hit made me laugh and cry and feel many things this week. All the characters had something going for them, but Gwang Jae, Soon Tae, and the love triangle really got to me.

Not gonna lie, I am somewhat enjoying what looks like Hyun Jae conflicted over helping Ji Hoon with Woo Seung and his possible feelings for her. Still on the JH-WS ship though!
