… I truly hope TOP is same as her, did not intented to overuse sleeping pills… I will not make any excuses for him since he used a prohibited smoke by law, but I really hope he gets the right amount of punishment by law, or criticism from netizens equals to his wrongdoings. And not extreme reactions or anything. We have seen so many self destructions from verbal abusive attacks on kdramas and how lethal it is to a human… I truly wish TOP can recover his health first of all.

He OD’d on prescription medication, I just read about the press briefings from his doctors attending him at the hospital. I just hope he recovers fine. He needs professional counselling after he recovers, that much is certain. This is so sad.

The ending is a bit rush for me though, I wish someone (Tae Pyong/the moms/Hae Ra & the team) connects the dots and really cares of what happended with Se Jong ever since Starpop K, including:
– being deceived to sign slavery contract (Se Chan) to help their family, (this might not be necessary to public, but at least the team needs to know).
– replacing his brother to join the company and take all the blame, being bullied by his sunbaes and company’s owner,
– forcing to be in a fake scandal with Scarlet,
– signing confidential contract to take responsibility for Ki Joon’s accident, which is the only way for him to leave the company.
– continuously be threaten by the company after leaving the company
– being attacked by fake scandal the company created to his sasaeng fan….
Some might think that this is not needed, as long as Se Jong has happy ending with Hae Ra, and the team already have a small confession earlier. To me, the more I hate him for suffering silently, the more I want him to be cleared of his name, to be open, to defend and explain himself. I really like how he bursts out crying that he has suffered and sarcrified a lot being the older brother, and he really wants more… Only that, as a viewer, I can erase some frustration…

And my favorite random characters must be Write Uhm and the Drama director. =)))

How they take no bullshit from Wangje’s pressure to their highups and do their own way! Esp. the way the writer writes off characters suddenly whenever he/she badmouths her!!! LOL.

Even if being forced to remove the footage of the team, they’d rather mess up the drama by showing Scarlet’s on screen but Ray’s voice; how they end the episode with her worst screencap =))))).
And what with the ending of letting Scarlet waking up from coma, but showing itching feet, instead of really waking up or showing her face. =)))))))))))))))

I literally rotf lmao that episode!!! Full of meta reference! And it feels like dramagod sent them to punish the evils in mid-show instead of letting us wait til the end =))…….

I’m really glad you enjoyed it! Yes, there were definitely many frustrating moments, but overall, I think it was a great youth drama. Writer Uhm x Scarlet was the best 🙂
