How sweet. How was episode 7?

What do you think? Marvelous! One of my favorites for the dialogue, how the story is pushed forward, and just beautifully shot. It increases the tension that the Goblin could really die and we’ve FINALLY established that Eun Tak call really remove the sword.

Absolutely! We added a new face this week and she’s so into it that she is going to start from the beginning and catch up with us for next month! I’ll get the blog up this week 😜.

Ah. That’s sweet. It sounds like you’ve made another convert. Do they also watch other kdramas on their own?

What are you doing with all your buckwheat?

The buckwheat has been fantastic for all the bees and other insects. The first batch is going to seed which isn’t really a problem where it’s growing because there are so many tree roots plus a load of rubble all just under the surface. A lot of people grow it for a green manure and I think you are supposed to cut it before it goes to seed then dig it in. We’ll collect most of the seed and use it elsewhere, though. We’ve been digging out potatoes so I thought we could put some seed there straight away because it grew so quickly. There are also a couple of new areas which have been covered for development next year so we’ll be able to repeat the planting – hopefully with a bench. I really like pancakes and noodles made with buckwheat flour but I don’t suppose there’s enough to make anything much. Still we should try it because it’s so good when you know there are no chemicals. We are currently harvesting lots of borlotti beans, zucchini and Japanese squash.

Are you making a pilgrimage to Quebec too??? I just got back last week. It was so beautiful!! I have to thank Goblin for bringing such a lovely city to my attention. Never would have thought to go to Canada otherwise. 😉

Yes! We are! And staying at the hotel! I’ve never been so excited about a trip and we’ve always wanted the go to Canada, Goblin just made it a reality. And I remember your trip with the pic of the mailbox! Were there a lot of fans there? I’m making my friends take pics of me and my husband in as many of the scenes as I can! I hope you had a magical time!

You will die, the hotel is freaking amazing. The room was on the smaller side but really nice. I kept on saying it was like Hogwarts! 😂

Hopefully you won’t get the same crowds. It was crowded in the hotel (3 conventions) and just as packed outside! We equated it to Disneyland. Haha. There were quite a few fans, at least I assumed, cuz why else would you be taking photos of a X-mas store?? I found this website that lists all the filming locations, it enabled me to find the door they use to go back and forth. http://www.flyhoneystars.com/2016/12/26/filming-location-goblin-the-lonely-and-great-god/ Most everything else you will easily stumble upon (like the X-mas store).

PS. Be prepared for climbing lots of stairs…

PPS. I wish I had the ability to upload a handful of personal photos for you.

PPPS. They have Ketchup Chips. I’m sorry but that is just plain weird. (And they weren’t even tasty)

I’ve got a niece in Vancouver and the daughter of a friend in Toronto. Their pictures on Facebook are always stunning.
