He is in crime movie? Anyway I will follow all his works. But, I wish he will play in a drama because his name was rumors and fans' choices most of new dramas these days.

If so, I want him to headline in MBC's saver.

I badly miss this guy. Tbh, I can’t picture him as a leader of any kind of illegal ring, but given his drive and passion in constantly challenging himself and veering away from his comfort zone, it could work. He needs a new project he’s been gone too long for my liking.

I don't mind if his next project is a movie and not a drama, I like the kinds of movies he does anyways and so far his choice in films haven't disappointed me whereas dramas these days do tend to get repetitive.

I would rather see him in a movie than a role where he has split personalities so soon after KMHM & HJAM. And his taste in movies has never been atypical so I trust that this isn't your run of the mill crime schtick either

I was just thinking about him the other day. He is definitely one to take on a variety of projects and not always the chaebol or genius role like so many do because they need to always project/protect a certain image. I appreciate that ‘an actors actor’ aspect of him, so I would be glad to see him in something soon.

I like LjS when he plays serious, less cute roles so I hope this one will be more of a noire crime thriller and won’t have that teenage get rich quick theme but the realistic part of the role of a illegal crime ring. I wanna see him play something other than a rom ok hero.

I'd rather see him in a serious crime noire than a flashy thriller. He can save the romcom hero roles for his drama's but I want him to stay diverse when it comes to his movie roles.

This kid is practically everywhere. I’m not saying he’s not talented, but he is definitely overrated and hardworking to a fault. At the rate he’s going, he is only going to peak way too early for his liking. Not that I don't like any of the stuff he's in, he always surprises me with his choice in projects considering other actors his age are doing one movie after the other.

I consider LJS in the same category as Yoon Shi Yoon and Yoo Ah In in that I can always trust that any project they're going to do won't be your typical role, they certainly come off as method actors who put a lot of preparation into how they play a character. Anyways I haven't watched everything he's in but I would see this movie if only just too see him doing the opposite of a romcom hero

Am I the only one who thinks he's too pretty for the role ? They had to put him in that hideous wig for Pinocchio just to make him plain Jane looking, and tbh I don't think they quite managed it. His looks certainly go against him if he's looking to go for roles out of his comfort zone

Lee Jong Seok the politician as the leader of a crime ring? Hmm... scandalous. As for Lee Jong Suk the actor, I trust his choices as long as he is not pressurized to play another rom-com. The guy wants serious roles but is well aware of his own limitations due to his youthful look. I would say abandon the rom-coms and go for what he wants. It's not the age of his roles, it's the type of project though admittedly those are not always available. I also think he should start paying attention to who will be starring as his co-star. The last two projects were not exactly good choices when it comes to who is acting with him.

He needs to move away from the pure wholesome roles, I can see how his looks may work against him when being castes but Song Joong Ki worked around that for Nice Guy so I believe it can still be done

I get that he's kind of known as THE noonas killer, but for once I want him to play a detestable criminal, with reservations since you do have to root for him as the main lead. But still I wanna once go see his projects and not see him as a puppy that needs to be protected cause Dalpo, Suha, Nam Soon were all tragic characters and yeah his movie roles are always different and diverse but I still want this to be a thriller than a heist movie

I'd rather he do this movie, as long as it's not aimed at a teen audience, than the doctor role with DID

Dunno why this movie plot made me think of Catch me if you can and Dicaprio. LJS seems to take after Leo route in that he's a pretty boy but opts for serious acting roles.

If this is confirmed than that really sucks I wanted his next project to be a drama. I hope he goes for Saver/Beautiful Mind

Dammit, and I was really hoping he'd do another show before going back to movies. And I get this recurring vibe from Jong Suk that all his characters are forever pinning for the love of the object of their everlasting affections i.e Oska, Heungsoon, Hye Sung, In Ha and Kim Ji Won in High Kick 3. Is it too much to ask that he do a role where HE'S the one troughly loved for once

As long as it's not a heist movie and it's not aimed at teens than I'm game for this role over him doing another drama. After doing 2 shows in a role he probably needs to back to doing movies or else he'll burn himself out at the success rate he's going at

Hoping he goes for the Beautiful Mind, the premise for the show seems repetitive given the slew of doctor and multiple personality roles but maybe Jong Suk will bring something new to the table

Here's to hoping his career veers more towards the direction of Yoo Ah In than say, Lee Min Ho. I love me some LMH but i don't want to see Jon Suk stuck doing roles aimed at hormonal teens

LJS playing a gritty criminal insurance scammer? As long as they keep the tone serious and don't try to incorporate a love interest just for the heck of it I'm game for seeing him do something completely out of his zone

He's too... Flower boy for this role. He excels at doing romantic swooney leads, I don't know if I'm prepared to see him as a serious adult just yet

Is this going to be an action thriller ? I read he does his own stunts, at least he'll get to do more physical acting and move away from the emotional stuff. His roles are always so emotionally draining

Isn't it possible for him to shoot this movie and do another show before the year end? I don't know anything about how shoots work but kdrama shoots in particular are always live shot don't know how much time it would take to shoot a movie though

This comes as a huge relief cause I was seriously worried there for a while that he would do the medical drama, that seems like a miss and go but here's to hoping this movie is like LJS previous big screen works

If Jong Suks playing the "ring leader" than does that mean this is going to be a con heist movie with an ensemble cast of young actors exclusively aimed at young teens ? As much as I adore his bromances on screen I don't want him to do something flashy and high budget but stick to his MO of going for different and out of the ordinary roles
