Running Man: Episode 224

Opposites will attract in this week’s episode as our cast and guests battle water, snow, and staircases to get to their final mission. If that doesn’t exhausting enough as it is, their final mission is even more physically exerting. It was more tiring for me to watch them burn so many calories in one day, but their pain is my gain? One of today’s guests show us that she’s more than a pretty face, although she does remarkably look like this other actress we know.

EPISODE 224. Broadcast on December 7, 2014.

We waste no time to introduce our team line-ups today, as our guests emerge from life-sized boxes. Actress Han Groo (Marriage Not Dating) remarks to her partner Jae-suk that tearing her way out was harder that she thought, and Jeon So-min (Maids, Princess Aurora) punches her way out to greet Kwang-soo.

The sudden punch legitimately startles Haha before meeting Lee Sung-kyung (It’s Okay, It’s Love), whose appearance has the others wondering if she’s the dongsaeng co-star Wang Ji-hye had mentioned a few weeks ago. (The captions tell us that they share a friendly oppa-dongsaeng relationship.)

One powerful punch belongs to none other than mixed martial-arts fighter Sohn Ga-yeon, and Han Groo yells that she and Spartakooks make a scary team already. Is it just me or does Jong-kook actually look a little scared of her?

The boys can’t help but admit how pretty Ji-hyo looks all dolled up today. Then finally, actress Kyung Soo-jin (Plus Nine Boys, Shark) joins them, and both Haha and Jae-suk are quick to imitate her ladylike hand gestures.

Today’s race will deal with the polar opposites in love, and the couple who arrives at the final mission location first will be at the greatest advantage to win. And then Taek PD quickly puts them to work by telling the couples to disassemble their cardboard boxes.

What a clever way to reduce work for the production crew yet incorporate it into the game, and I love how Han Groo just starts smashing the box with her heel. It looks like Kwang-soo and So-min have finished first, but the others insist that there were a few pieces left.

Jong-kook warns that they come clean before he sends out Ga-yeon, and so So-min removes a piece of cardboard she hid in her skirt. Hahaha.

Choosing between summer and winter means the difference of riding in a convertible with the hood down or covered. Jong-kook gets annoyed when he catches a VJ filming them in their freezing state, and in the other toasty car, Soo-jin says she enjoys swimming but worries about getting her makeup wet.

Our “summer” couples gather together at a swimming pool and two diving boards. Here, they’ll complete three forward rolls, reach the end of the diving board, and finish by raising their arms over their heads into a heart.

The other couples are quick to note that Jong-kook and Ga-yeon are at an advantage, and So-min admits that she can only roll on her side. These are no ordinary diving boards, either, since they seem to be narrower at the tip.

Kwang-soo encourages his frightened teammate, and while he successfully completes his first roll, So-min falls in on her first try. To be more exact, they both fall into the water around similar times. At least So-min looks less afraid now that she’s fallen in once, but the other ladies don’t seem so sure anymore.

Jae-suk tries to talk his way out of his fear without actually doing anything. Han Groo says they should try anyway, and while she rolls just fine, Jae-suk lands face-first into the water. Ouch, that oughta hurt.

Ga-yeon looks pretty nervous herself before rolling, only to belatedly realize that Jong-kook had been kicked into the water by Jae-suk and Kwang-soo.

When Jong-kook remarks on how big So-min’s forehead looks, So-min dishes it right back, saying that she was surprised at how short Jong-kook is in real life. “What makes you any different than Haha?”

Our “winter” couples arrive at a wintery park, where snow softly falls upon them. While Mr. PD says that winter would remind one of sledding, their mission is to Escape the Igloo. Cue astounded looks of, …but you just said sledding…

They all start in the igloo for dance time, and then rush towards the narrow opening when the whistle blows. Ji-hyo makes it out first, and now she must choose the correct half-heart piece if she and Suk-jin are to succeed first.

Unfortunately the piece she chooses is literally a few millimeters too large, so it’s back to some more dancing. Soo-jin’s sexy dance move surprise everyone, most of all Gary, who joins her in the “My Ear’s Candy” couple dance.

To be honest, everyone looks like they’re having fun dancing together… until the whistle blows, that is. Haha makes it out and he can already tell that the piece he chose is too big. Frustrated, everyone piles out and makes their point to the crew that this mission is damn near impossible. How is one to visually tell the difference between a few millimeters?

Curious, Haha asks what the summer mission is. His jaw drops to hear about the diving, and then Sung-kyung chimes in that they’ll work hard in this mission instead.

Speaking of, Jae-suk and Han Groo complete two forward rolls, but they look awfully close to the end of the diving board now. So-min says Han Groo will definitely fall in at that distance, but Han Groo remains optimistic.

And just like So-min says, Han Groo falls into the water. Kwang-soo looks dangerously close to the edge too after just two rolls, and everyone knows what’s coming. So-min offers to fall into the water on his behalf, and insists that he can’t do it because his torso is too long.

And sure enough, acting as Kwang-soo’s black knightess(?), she rolls and falls for him. Jae-suk points out that she stole Kwang-soo’s variety moment from him.

So-min’s a forward-roll diving board expert now as she tells Ga-yeon that she’s bound to fall in, too. Kookie steps in to coach her through it, but the other guys point out that he’s in no position to be doing that right now. So Ga-yeon rolls… right into the water.

Over at the igloo, Gary chooses the right piece, and he and Soo-jin get to move on. Sung-kyung’s a pretty good dancer herself as the teams wait for their next signal.

After Jong-kook successfully completes his rolls and starts coaching Ga-yeon again, Jae-suk asks exasperatedly if he created this game. Jong-kook and Ga-yeon succeed first, and it looks like Jae-suk and Han Groo aren’t very far behind.

While Jae-suk and Han Groo pick up “100,” So-min falls in yet again. So our couples are once again divided depending on whether they picked “100” or “1.”

The “1” couples head to the SBS building where they’re told that this is a verrryy eassyy mission. All they have to do is answer one quiz question correctly—catch is, Jong-kook will need to climb 22 stories to deliver the question to her. I think it’s the PD’s light-hearted tone that sells the humor here: “It’s so easy! Just one!”

After hearing the question just once, Jong-kook tries to memorize it as he climbs the stairs. His memory starts to blur already by the fourth floor, and he’s practically forgotten the entire thing by the tenth.

Haha and Sung-kyung cheer when they hear that they only have to answer one question, but Suk-jin’s face reads, There’s more, kiddos. Suk-jin seems fairly optimistic when he reads a sign that each flight should take about four seconds to climb…

He keeps reading all the posters he passes, absorbing all the health info on them. Er, shouldn’t you be memorizing your trivia question instead?

Our “100” couples don’t have it much easier: they must score 100 points shooting hoops while jumping on a trampoline (each basket is worth 10 points) within 100 seconds. The basket is pretty high, too, but So-min is feeling confident and tells the young’uns to back off.

But the younger ladies are none to be trifled with, either, preparing themselves for battle. So-min makes the first basket, but the other ladies quickly make their shots, too. It’s kind of funny how Kwang-soo scolds So-min whenever she stops to celebrate, telling her that they don’t have the time.

Soo-jin eventually takes the lead with 60 points, and then it’s time to check up on Jong-kook. He eventually makes it, then scolds his VJ for arriving late. He passes along bits and pieces of the question, but Ga-yeon eventually runs out of time to answer.

Haha’s question seems pretty easy (“Among the Running Man members, who has blood type A?”) but he struggles his way to the top. At the question of where Suk-jin is, Haha replies that he’s sleeping on the fifteenth floor. Cut to: Suk-jin, climbing the stairs on all fours.

But still, Suk-jin arrives looking like he’s in a lot of pain, followed by Jong-kook, who informs everyone that a whole new world opens up when you climb all those stairs a second time.

Haha remembers the question clearly, and even offers Sung-kyung tips, telling her that someone like him would never be a blood type A. Sung-kyung says one name (Jong-kook) at the very last second, but it isn’t enough (Gary and Ji-hyo must be included too), so Haha is forced downstairs again.

When Suk-jin tells Ji-hyo that this was the first time that he’s climbed 22 stories ever, she returns that he needed to exercise, anyway. Things start to look bleak when Suk-jin starts off the question (“The Antarctic base is called what?” Ji-hyo: “The Antarctic base!” Suk-jin: “No, it’s Kim Sejong Station,”) and tells her that the base at the North Pole probably isn’t the North Arctic base.

With a smile, Ji-hyo answers, “Lee Soon-shin Station!” It’s wrong, and when she turns to Suk-jin for the answer, he sighs exasperatedly that he doesn’t know, either.

Back at the trampoline, Kwang-soo informs So-min that he doesn’t live in Namyangju anymore. But he mixes up the words “to live alone” and “live with someone,” narrowly avoiding creating a scandal for himself.

When Haha and Suk-jin stumble back to the twenty-second floor again, they grow exasperated of Jong-kook trying to deliver his trivia question. But this time, Ga-yeon gets it right, to Jong-kook’s delight.

While Gary tries to get a few last baskets in, Kwang-soo and Jae-suk are busy trying to pull each other’s pants down. Despite Gary’s protests that he’s only wearing underwear underneath, his pants come off, too. Awww. Still, Gary and Soo-jin succeed first with 10 baskets.

Haha is drenched in sweat by the time he makes it back to the twenty-second floor for the third time, and he asks if it’s okay to lie down while he gives his question. It’s the same question Ji-hyo had (“What’s the name of the base at the North Pole?”), but thankfully it’s multiple-choice this time around.

Sung-kyung gets it wrong, to his horror. Oh man, I feel so bad for him right now. Suk-jin arrives with the same exact question, giving her an obvious hint about his guess. But Ji-hyo answers, “Dasan Station!” which is correct.

Gary and Soo-jin arrive at their next location, only to receive yet another address. They must proceed on foot, and while some teams check the road signs, Haha asks random passersby if they haven’t seen any Running Man members. Ha, that’s smart.

Gary and Soo-jin are the first to arrive at the final mission location. We then fast forward to a little while later, and we’re thrown right into the action. It looks like our couples have joint nametags and are running from two people: Gary and Soo-jin.

It’s a 1 vs. 5 Hide-and-Seek nametag ripping race for their final mission. So while Gary and Soo-jin will wear bells, our remaining couples will don joint nametags and search for the real South Pole Magnet. Doing so will unveil the location of the secret platform, and the first couple to stand there, wins. As for Gary and Soo-jin, they simply need to eliminate everyone.

Aha, so the South Pole magnet indicate a location, and two of our couples immediately head over to check whether their magnets are correct. It’s cute how Ga-yeon keeps her eyes closed while Jong-kook checks the downstairs men’s bathroom, and then Jong-kook realizes the ends don’t stick. Likely a fake, then.

Gary gets the feeling that someone is hiding in the bakery (where Suk-jin and Ji-hyo are), so he goes to check… and sees an employee there instead. Phew.

Jae-suk and Han Groo are about to crash Kwang-soo and So-min’s discovery when suddenly they all hear the sound of bells. It’s Soo-jin, who flies down the hallway in pursuit. They manage to close the door just in time, but Soo-jin pulls as hard as she can and grabs hold of the door.

Soo-jin cries for help and Gary arrives to see the struggle just outside the elevator. Despite telling them that Kwang-soo is nearby, Jae-suk and Han Groo are eliminated. It’s not long before Kwang-soo and So-min are eliminated, too, and Soo-jin has that competitive glint in her eye.

Elsewhere, Haha and Sung-kyung have found their third fake magnet, then hurry to hide. Too bad for them that Gary discovers them there, and they too are ousted.

As the only two couples remaining, Jong-kook puts in an urgent call to Suk-jin, telling him that they’ll give themselves up as bait to buy Suk-jin and Ji-hyo more time. That’s exactly what happens as he and Ga-yeon catch Soo-jin’s eye and make a run for it.

We see that Suk-jin and Ji-hyo continue to find one fake magnet after another, but then they find one that literally sticks. As Jong-kook and Ga-yeon are eliminated, Suk-jin and Ji-hyo hurry down to the basement but catch Gary’s attention on their way there.

Gary catches up to them in no time and rips their nametag off. That secures the win for Gary and Soo-jin, who are awarded gold rings. Ji-hyo suggests that Ga-yeon get a little revenge against Gary with a lowkick, and Kwang-soo warns Gary that trying to block it will only be worse.

And one solid lowkick sends Gary to the ground. Owwww, that looked like it hurt.

I really love how you can discover celebrities in Running Man. Like really, I have never thought that some of them could be this fun.

Still, I wished to see more of Han Groo. Well, she could guest again but this time with Yeon Woo Jin ? RIGHT ? I am still not over Marriage Not Dating, damn it.

LOOOL at Gary's underwear. Y'know, at first, I really didn't believe that he slept naked in hotel room because for real, I have never met someone doing it but now, I think it's really possible lol.

Lol I agree, I have discovered a lot of celebrities here, which I wouldn't have normally known about.. Running Man is one of the best shows on Korean tv..

I completely agree. I've really fallen in love with some celebrities through this show. It's also been nice to find the "Real" personalities of actors that I've already been a fan of for their work...and realize that they're even more awesome than originally thought.

Same sentiment on Han Groo! And yes, what a great show to introduce celebs we may not know. Didn't know who Lee Yoo Ri was but after watching her in RM, I'd be looking out for her future projects. Now it'll be the same for Kyung Soo Jin.

Yes, Han Groo - even with her little air time - did great on Running Man. I would love to see her with Yeon Woo Jin too, these two had impeccable chemistry in MnD.

I felt bad for the men to climb 22 floors. Woah, just climb it once will really makes one exhausted, can't imagine if we have to climb it twice or more. Haha looks like drained and Sukjin is worse, even though it's funny for variety.

Kyung Soo Jin is one fierce woman. My jaw drops seeing her pushing the door between her and Jae Suk-Han Groo.

I knoww…I was laughing guiltily at the 22 floors (does that mean each of them climbed about 66 floors then? I think they had to do at least 3 times each). But the moment I saw Haha drenched, I lost it. I laughed and cried at the same time, it was too funny (sorry, Haha-sshi…really)

a few eps ago, a "scandal" erupted on the show when Ji Hye asked Kwang Soo if there has been a case when a dongsaeng co-star ended up calling him 'oppa' i.e. dating a younger co-star. Kwangsoo reacted against it, and people have been speculating that it might be Lee Sung Kyung that is involved, he worked with her on IOIL. :)

When Wang Ji-Hye (Kwangsoo's best friend) came to RM a couple weeks ago, they were playing a game called 당연하지 which means "Of Course!" The point of the game is to say "Of Course!" to everything, which means you have to agree with what your opponent says. Basically, you want to make the other player give up instead of agreeing with what you say, so to make Kwangsoo lose Jihye said that Kwangsoo was dating someone that called him oppa in a drama (a younger sister) and the only two younger sister's he has had in a drama are Lee Sung Kyung and Lee Yubi I think.

I really enjoyed this this episode -- it reminds me of RM's early days :). Boy, climbing 22 floors using the stairs is no joke (I once climbed 12 flights of stairs when our bldg elevator conked out and it totally wiped me out).

I liked the games and the way some of the female guests performed (esp. Gary's partner -- she was the huge reason they won). Right until the end, I really thought Ji-hyo and JSJ had a good chance of reaching their objective before Gary & Soo-jin caught up with them.

it was a fun episode but as soon as all the ladies came out you knew at once who jihyo was going to be paired with, for it happens almost every time there mulitable female guests, at lest this time the odd pair got some airtime, unlike in the past where they may as will not be on the show at all, when there are so many female guests. Hate to bring up the 'scripted' word, but the supergirl bit at the end seemed very contrived to me. But as I say it was a fun episode with good guests.

Ji Hyo could have popped up in the initial picks, and some of the men were trying to avoid her. I'll note that when Ga Yaon punched out of her box, several of them men that that was Ji Hyo.

Suk Jin, on the other hand, deliberately tried to pick Ji Hyo and succeeded. I imagine he might be as uncomfortable partnering with very young women as they might be around a much older man.

Not clear on what you might mean by a "supergirl" bit. If you are referring to Soo Jin's energetic effort at tag-hunting, I would wonder how it could have been managed--did her agency somehow bribe everyone else's agency to give her the spotlight?--and why anyone would attempt such a complex cheat in such a simple game.

Ji-hyo pretty much concedes to being paired w/ Suk-jin when all the other guests are female (and Suk-jin pretty much acknowledges that his partner will be Ji-hyo).

The games were OK, but like in some of the other numerous guests eps, it was the guests personalities that made the show.

So-min's giving back to Kookie about his height (what's the diff. btwn you and Haha) was hilarious.

RM seems to have much better luck when they get lesser known/supporting actresses and/or female athletes than those young idols (male or female - w/ a few exceptions).

It was a pretty fun episode; the stair climbing...I love how JSJ was happy he was adding minutes to his life in the beginning, but sure didn't care by third trip. The guys had some hilarious comments. Gary got messed with by the 2 of the 3 most devilish guys, LKS and YJS, but since I think Gary's duck butt is cute, I didn't mind the depantsing attempt.

Its funny how that "forget" that SJH is a woman until she's in a dress & full makeup.

Although the games were a bit boring, the guests were very entertaining and tough. Which made this episode alot better than the past episodes. Great guests = fun episode. Kudos to the ladies who didn't care about their images.

All the female guests were excellent, this time, unafraid to play the variety game and trade verbal jabs with the regulars. It's like the PD picked personalities specifically for their energy.

I really loved this episode. I wasn't sure what was going to be handed out but the PDs managed to come up with some fun stuff! Even enjoyed the box destroy. I thought of all the games/missions the stair climbing was the best! Those attempts by KJK, HaHa, and JSJ to go up and those stairs was priceless, not to mention the condition each of the guys was in after each stair-climb.

Once they all got through their particular group games and started the nametag rip-offs, felt for sure Gary and Soo-Jin were going to come out on top. Finding the correct magnets and getting to the final location was too much. SJH and JSJ, close but no cigar. Kudos to KJK for offering up to sacrifice his duo. You don't see that very often from him. Someone should tell YJS that to live by the elevator is to die by the elevator.

Am I the only one who noticed KSJ stopped with the blushing/grin gesture once the competition started? GF got real serious once things got under way. Not bad to confuse folks about your abilities. ^_~

Yeah, Soo Jin was doing her blushing, demure girl-actress thing in the opening scene, but once she got into the game she cast off her sexist chains and just played herself.

Song Ji Hyo is like that--very traditional in manner, but once her competitive blood is up, she drops the front. As an example, note how, even when she knew she and Suk Jin were doomed in that final encounter, she gave out her battle cry and planted both feet into Gary to try to push him off. Ji Hyo never stops fighting!

Yup compared to JSJ who usually has no choice but to give up easily.

I find the nametag ripping too much in Gary and his partner's favour. Together, between the two of them who can move around freely, they only have to rip off five couple tags, which already GREATLY impede the movements of the other couples. I understand that back when Gary was the odd one out and he was the only one hunting five couples, that's still okay - an ep long ago when Haha and Suzy won in the end. But here, both Gary and partner could roam around freely and take off the tags so easily. If both of them were as impeded as the rest, then it would have been fairer. Otherwise the game was just too much in their favour.

The other thing I didn't get was why SJH and JSJ didn't use the emergency stairs to get down to Basement level 3 after discovering their winning magnet. They were just too out in the open to have any opportunity to win.

Yup it would be a bit more fair if the catchers were banded together so it would be a 1 vs 5 situation. But now it's a 2 catchers vs 5 prey which is too easy.

However, the reason could also be that the building was larger and the catchers had to run more floors so the area they had to cover was bigger.

0
reply

Required fields are marked *

It'd be fairer if Gary and his partner were to have the joint nametag as well. 1 to 5 is too easy when they can roam separately and the mission team have dozens of magnet to search for.

Kyung Soo Jin was such a boss this episode, from the basketball game to eliminating guests. Good job pairing her with Gary! The highlight of the episode was when she was facing off against Han Groo-Jae Suk. I really liked her in Plus Nine Boys too, so it was nice seeing her and Han Groo here!

Han Groo was delightful here. Absolutely loved her attacking the boxes with her heel. In Running Man fashion, if you can't win the game, at least go down fighting (the other girls).

Loved the guests! I was really looking forward to this episode because Han Groo was in it and she, Sung Kyung, So Min, Gayeon and the surprisingly fierce Soo Jin were all fun to watch.
Love the basketball game, the girls were really duking it out. I found Gayeon cute during the rolling challenge, I kinda miss her in Roommate though so I was glad to see her here.
Hope to see these girls comeback on the show again.
Thanks for the recap gummimochi!

This was a great ep. I would have preferred that they just stay in one location. I have always LOVED their swimming pool competitions. They could have left the summer and winter people in their new "habitats" for the whole show with so many game options.

But having said that the other games were funny too. Man, climbing 22 flights 3 times? Killer! Although considering Suk Jin's age and physical fitness it looked like he took the elevator the 3rd time. He looked like he was going to die on the 1st try and looked almost refreshed (compared to Haha) the 3rd try. "Suk Jin passed away on the 7th floor"! hahaha

Anyhoo: great fun Running Man and guests!

The igloo game was dismal. Dance time is usually very fun, but this time, there were 1) too little people participating 2) the igloo was too small for them to dance properly and too small for filming even!

Bad execution.

The running up the stairs game is gold. Brutal but so funny. All 6 of them should do this and I miss the other 3.

The basketball game I feel there were too little people participating. Only 3 people playing. It was entertaining because of Gary's misfortune, otherwise it was totally forgettable. What I wanted is the chaos shown like the evil actresses mudfield game!

Thanks for the recaps, is there any way someone can start recapping 1N2D S3? The only thing that makes RM and the reason why I keep watching it, is for the cast members themselves and their interaction with each other, besides that there's no real reason to watch RM. RM is not doing so well in ratings so why keep recapping...you guys stopped recapping 1N2D but S3 is getting better and better. Kindly please start recapping 1N2D

"RM is not doing so well in ratings so why keep recapping..." Hmmm...the thing about recapping RM even when you claim that it's not doing well is a big misconception. Though it's not the highest during airtime, it still has good ratings (1N2D is higher in average) but you have to take note that RM still have fans and many viewers.

The last part of the show when Jihyo asked Gayeon to give a low kick on Gary for 'revenge' seems strange. Gary asked Jihyo why she is doing this to her. Jae Suk an Sukjin looked on with a serious face and they were not smiling as if they knew Jihyo is angry. In a Dec 10 interview of Monday Couplehttp://youtu.be/xX70ebZCa1k, Jihyo revealed that she was jealous. Gary said that he apologised to her after the show for 30 minutes. Why did he apologise? For being too close to Soo Jin?

It seems that this is the first time I hear Jihyo's jealousy is real(at the Dec 10 interview . Jealousy? Are they a real couple? The interrview said that they are 'sseom' meaning there is mutual affection but not YET a couple. Haha said in episode 225 that both of them are 'hot' after Jihyo made a romantic gesture never seen before.

This brings me to a point that recent episodes from 215 show that Monday couple were jealous of each other. Gary does not hide it but Jihyo hid it well. Even then episode 215 it's clear that Jihyo is not comfortable Gary closeness with Shin Min Ah.

I think the couple is serious about their relationship

Actually I find this strange, too (the part where it was actually Jihyo who suggested that Gayeon give Gary the low kick - I didn't really expect that she'd be the one suggesting it). Though I am not saying that the two (MC couple) are serious about their relationship, I think they, well, Gary in particular made it clear that there won't be a Monday Couple that day.

He went pretty rough when he tried to rip JH/SJ's nametag, it's probably why he apologised. Who knows.

Whenever a female guest of this type come, the casts always say it's Gary's type. It's clear Jihyo is not his type and he only continuously acts like he's still pining over Jihyo because you MC fans love to see it.

Hm.. seems a little immature of Ji Hyo to act that way honestly. Many already think the whole MC thing is all fake, so why is she being unnecessarily jealous? Soo Jin was a guest on the show, and Gary has had many female partners on the show in the past. Why did she act up suddenly?

fun episode!

not too fond of the 22 floor game as it's not that fun to watch the climb the chairs and i know it's like torture for them. How can i laugh at them feeling that much pain?

Really liked Sungkyung. Looks good and was superb at dancing! Also didn't seem to care about her image and just tried to have fun, which the others did too. That's what u wanna see from the guests!

many fun moments for me in this episode - but the contrast between the igloo dance scenes with the fabulous diving board roll made the igloo scenes even more dire then they probably were - and the unfairness between the 22 floor climb and the basketball shootout made the latter less involving- altho the antics of various people helped liven it up

my biggest gripe had to do with the setup and the editing of the name tag ripping contest - with sloppy inserts of Kyung Soo-jin as a predator - looking in the wrong direction! - and spotting her prey!!

Jeon So Min and Son Ga Yeon were amazingly attractive - after So Min fell in and lost some of her makeup and her hair got tangled was especially lovely - glad she fixed Jong Kook for complaining about her perfect forehead

the final scene with JiHyo asking for GaYeon to kick Gary was obviously setup - and i doubt GaYeon hurt Gary as much has he acted - since as a trained martial artist - she knows how to pull her kick - but if she wants - she can use me as a punching bag whenever she wants - in exchange for a little...

I watched this episode because of my girl Lee Sung Kyung, but was also pleasantly surprised to see Kyung Soo Jin. It's hard to believe they probably weren't friends at all at the time of this episode but ended up costarring on Weighlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo...

Also, was kinda disappointed when LSK wasn't paired with Lee Kwang Soo. They would've been the cutest and funniest pairing, especially after their friendship from It's Okay, That's Love. Anyways, petition for Running Man to get LSK and Nam Joo Hyuk on an episode on their own? I've been deprived of new NamLee content.
