Yoochun is still the lead for the drama. The production company released a statement that they are just going to change the schedule for when he's filming so it doesn't conflict with filming for Sea Fog. They also said that Yoochun dropping out as lead is irrelevant news...it's not going to happen so no worries.

Now that they losing their star just makes more even curious on what's going on behind the scene. I was so looking forward for the drama

Rumors about a lead star jumping ship is worrisome but the bigger picture is what worries me the most... So because tere were news about three days not airing soon,the movie made a new schedule out of nowhere??how often that must happen?? Thats lame! Sounds pretty amateur to me but we're talking about an industry that films episodes on the go manipulating the script and capture more audience...

I'm glad it's just scheduling conflict. I will watch if yoochun still lead. Whatever he decide is fine with me.

Sucks to hear more trouble for this drama. I really like the storyline for this drama. It would be my first Yoochun drama, and I was looking forward to seeing him in it. Hopefully things can work out.

I'd be interested in Won Bin in that role, however, that is not going to happen.

Is this like "3's curse" or something? Earlier this year Thrice Married Woman also had preproduction problems. And both dramas have "3" in their titles

Yoochun is the only idol turn actor that I could stand to watch.
I doubt they will find another idol actor that would be better than him. I hope they can resolve the schedule conflict. But, If they are going to replace it with another idol turn actor, well..I'll drop this drama.

I don't think he's dropping. I think his side needed to make some noise about him because it was damaging to his image that a drama with his name on it was being cancelled.
In order to do damage control on his "stardom", they need to say he's dropping out. Then SBS has to show that they are working around his schedule.
It's probably not Yoochun doing this, but his agency. It's all a game of the industry: marketing strategy; protecting the image of their star.
I really don't see anything wrong with that. Yoochun is huge.

I think that the real draw to this whole thing are the permise, the production team, the writers & the PD, so I don't really understand the big deal about loosing Yoochun, granted he is a good actor but is he THAT good so I won't watch a drama JUST because he's out?
People who made Tree With Deep Roots, Ghost & Sign I have a great deal of respect to their craft, & I think they are worth anticipating their work for its own merit,
So unless they would bring a modest actor, I have no problem waiting for this
On a side note, can't the get Kim Kang woo or Cha seung Won to get the job done? I mean.. why not bringing a REAL MACHO MAN & drop the teenage idol concept! it's a presidential Bodyguard for God's sake! one needs sometime to get to such position

I was curious about one thing, JB & GF you liked Story of a man, so why didn't you like Sign & Ghost? I think these 3 dramas share the same balance between tight writing, good directing & even in term of acting
