Teasers for upcoming Season 3 of I Need Romance

It’s only a short teaser, but we get a ten-second look at the characters of tvN’s upcoming I Need Romance 3, which looks to carry the same breezy rom-com feel of the first two series. This round has my favorite cast so I’m hoping it’ll stick (I enjoyed what I saw of the other two seasons but didn’t finish either), because how can you resist Sung Joon in a romantic comedy and Kim So-yeon allowed to be that odd combination of sexy, sultry, and goofball that makes her so appealing?
Based on the preview, it looks like the trio of best friends in this round will be played by Kim So-yeon, Yoon Seung-ah (Empire of Gold), and Park Hyo-joo (The Chaser). There are a few other ladies in the cast, but they’re being set up more as rivals than buddies; Wang Ji-won (most recently Won’s fiancée in Heirs) will have a loveline with the other leading man, Namgoong Min.
Above is the newest teaser, which also features Park Yoo-hwan (K-Pop Ultimate Survival) as part of the mix. Aw, he’s one of the girls. That’s so cute.
Below are two more teasers, but they’re not really much in the way of previews since they both feature memorable clips from the first two seasons. Then Sung Joon voice-overs “I told you I’d be back” and “I missed you.” Annnnd we all melt.
I Need Romance 3 premieres on January 13, and will be a 16-episode Monday-Tuesday drama on tvN (taking over Basketball’s timeslot).

I love Panda Girl, I love Kim So Yeon, I love Sung Joon. I very much enjoyed the earlier 2 iterations of INR.
January 16th is circled in red and GLITTER PEN on my calendar...

I am looking forward. I hope I will enjoy the third season as much as I did the prdecessors.
The cast for this one is new to me, I only know Kim So Yeon. I am in for a nice surprise :)

Yup, I looked up his filmography and he merely cameoed in Personal Taste. I don't remember him from that one. I haven't seen anything else with him. Any recommendations? :) :) :)

Try White Christmas! Dark but creepingly good, and Kim Woo Bin is in it too! ;P I actually liked the ensemble of Baek Sung Hyun with the new-ish actors, mostly are now better known (Kim Woo Bin, Lee Soo Hyuk, Kim Young Kwang, and Kwak Jung Wook).
In Gu Family Book, he had the mane of shame (seriously, they couldn't find a better sageuk wig?!) and he pined for Yeowool, but he was funny when it came to the bromance moments with Kangchi and Taeseo.
He starred in Can We Get Married, but I still haven't seen that yet.

Shut Up Flower Boy Band, yes, for many many reasons not the least of which is Sung Joon.
He was funny in Gu after the first couple of episodes but we were sorely disappointed by that Mullet of Mediocrity.

kopytko, I did not think I would like Shut Up Flower Boy Band: stupid title, a high school drama (usually not my thing, which Heirs just reinforced) and actors unfamiliar to me except for the cameo by Lee Min Ki. But I was pleasantly surprised: well acted, intelligently written, and with songs that I had to admit were quite catchy. You might also be surprised.

Exactly!!! I've been a fan of KSY since All About Eve (haha, that dates me, no?) and SJ since White Christmas...I didn't see the first two installments, but I'll definitely tune in to INR3 because of KSY and SJ!

I don't think i'd ever seen namgoon min in anything until recently watching unemployed romance. But I thought he was the best actor out of the bunch. I did not always love his characterization of Jong Dae in the drama, but I did like the fact that it was clear how solid of an actor he is. I was already looking forward to INR b/c I am such a fan of the series (the 1st one in particular) but now I can't wait to see him in it and see if that spark is still there!

I am SO excited. Love Kim So Yeon and Sung Joon. Those pics are so adorable. I also like Yoon Seung Ah, she's so cute. I liked Namgoong Min but I recently watched 7 episodes of Unemployment Romance and it pissed me off...but I will blame it on the writer haha. Can't wait for this!

The top picture got me confused for a while. That couldn't be Kim So-yeon in the middle ? Wasn't that a man ? (I was assuming the top picture would be the trio of main characters). :D
It all was cleared when I read the article. I haven't seen the previous installments, but am looking forward to see this. I've watched all Sung Joon dramas except that 1-episode drama special. I've looked, couldn't find it.

wetlands ecology report is available on asiatorrents.me, although without subtitles. i watched it during my sung joon craze (which i'm afraid has not dissipated, will it ever?) and i must say, without even understanding most of the dialogues, it is one of my favourite sung joon shows. maybe because not having to read subtitles meant less distraction from the man. he is BEAUTIFUL in it. have fun watching!

Everyone is cute! I also like that Park Yoo Hwan is one of the girls, haha. I just finished watching Nam Goong Min in Unemloyed Romance as well. It seems like his star slowly rising right now. I hope he gets more and more things.

Nam Goongmin not only hot but a solid actor but always seems to get second lead roles. Birth of the rich, Can you hear my heart, One fine day, etc. Unemployed Romance was the first male lead role I saw him in and now he's back to 2nd lead role again.
I wonder why, maybe because he has less connections or something unlike the idol actors and actresses. Him and Kim Jae Wook are the actors in my mind who totally deserve to get lead roles in dramas. Yoon Kye Sang already starred as a lead role in a movie. Park si hoo also use to play 2nd lead roles but now is playing lead roles. So, I don't know why these two can't be given lead roles like the aforementioned actors because they totally deserve a chance like kye sang and si hoo...Especially kim jae wook after his impressive acting in Bad Guy was given pathetic ghost role who can't even speak in 'Who R U'?

What are the odds that Yoo Hwan being "one of the girls" means his character is gay? Pretty high I'd say, if the kdrama tendency to fall back on stereotype (and thereby go the easy route) is any indication.
