As for Kim Hyun Joong, I'm just happy for him that this drama will make it on air. After it Age of Feeling got delayed, I thought he was cursed. As a guy, I find him likeable, but I hope he has improved his acting somewhat, because his looks won't do anything for me.

Sad Kim So Eun dropped it, she would've been badass!

Gaksital, is a big budget drama but not much hype about it because of the unknown and relatively new leads but turn out to be badass and awesome and I hope with all the pictures and hype circulating Age of Feeling before its premiere, it will be good and worth it.

Kim! Gab! Soo! I may just watch for him as he is one of my favorite actors. So I will probably watch just for him and KJW.

I have to say that the lead actress looks gorgeous (despite the awkward out of place peace signs)! I love love love the posters but it gives me this kind of skepticism.

You see I loved the posters for heirs but my goodness what a complete let-down the show was. I hope this one doesn't follow a similar pattern.

I also have a lot of doubts when it comes to Kim Hyun Joong's acting. I mean come on. He seems like a nice person but can he carry this show? If I'm basing on his performance on Mischievous Kiss/Playful Kiss then I'm giving a solid...NO!

But, besides him, I think this show is doing good. People have been focusing on KHJ too much.

Looking forward for more!

This is one of those dramas where the leads don't interest me and make me want to avoid them, but the supporting cast is simply amazing! With all these famous faces and wonderful actors in the cast, I hope the leads prove me wrong and pull in some decent performances.
I seem to find that the dramas I go into with a low bar tend to satisfy me the most, so hesitantly looking forward to this...

aah, kwak dong yeon!! love him since You Who Rolled Unexpectedly and Adolescence Medley. This guy really has potential as an amazing actor. i hope his agency (FNC, CNBlue's) won't make him become an idol. i'm only a year older than him, but i'm still his noona, right?? :)

and i also quiet enjoyed gaksital although that drama itself wasn't flawless anyway.

This is an awesome legitimate looking poster and not the usual CF looking ones. Everything looks pretty and vibey. Hope it will be good! Hyunjoong is still handsome but not pretty flower handsome like he was in BOF.

Why are people critical of KHJ when he has done only 2 full length dramas so far. And its not so bad either. More dramas mean more practice. He was into music more than acting. C'mon, there are actors more wooden out there that eventually improved in time.

IG will not be similar to Gaksital except for the time frame and the anti-Japanese sub theme.

A major theme is the coming of age of Shin Jung Tae with the 1930's background. Which explain why KHJ is given importance because he is the lead after all. Let's keep an open mind and hope they (the cast) all deliver.

IG is one giant puzzle-even the small piece is important for the whole picture to be appreciated. In short don't put too much pressure on KHJ though he is the human face of the drama. It is to his credit that he took in the drama knowing it will involve a lot of efforts .Why do you think the other actors didn't sign in? IG is not your ordinary, simple drama. The shooting alone in other countries in these forbidding winter months are discouraging enough but KHJ still took the challenge.

A slew of actors from previous dramas are there which is the practice in TV land. These supporting cast is the backbone of TV production-they have the skills, the specialization in roles. versatility and other traits recognized by the industry. Viewers relate to them because they are familiar faces.

Another theme is nationalism which Korean dramas like to include all the time whether in antiquity or modern /postmodern times.

I will definitely watch all 24 episodes -to the last drop.

hohummmm....here we go again with comments about not recognizing KHJ (and this has been going on in almost all of DB articles about him)...! call me blind but ...really??? coz he looks the same to me..a little bit mature and manly but to the point of not recognizing???

Age of Feeling FIGHTING!!!!!

Reminds me of Kyungsung's Morning, the drama in King of Drama. KHJ's costume is pretty much the same with Siwon's costume

I'm going to hate the period Western costumes in this show, I can already tell. I can't look at the singer characters pictures in that dress without groaning and, even if it's a good show I think I'll be jolted out of the story every time I see her and others on screen, so hopefully the kimono girl will be getting more screen time, LOL.

Still, I want this show to be awesome so KHJ can impress everyone! He looks so much older and serious now, I seriously did not recognize him and hope his acting has matured along with the rest of him.

For me the nuances of these multi-faceted individuals adds to the charm of their performances. For example KHJ's music videos are perhaps far superior to his acting in a drama, but he was adorable in Barefoot Friends and the most real of any I've followed. Lee Min Ho, by his own admission, is not singer yet his tour was cute and entertaining and no one expected perfection. This list could go on and on with idol/actors/actresses shining in one realm and perhaps less so in others. To all the critics I wonder if they're all perfect in all areas. I look forward to this drama and would watch it just for KHJ because of who is he overall.
