- compare notes on how our expectations for School 2013 shook out versus the final product, with much love for its bromance and a little less love for the afterschool specials, with a brief tangent on Bleak Night (15:45);
- wish that Jeon Woo-chi had more dimension, though we enjoyed the fun, Cha Tae-hyun’s impishness, and Hong Jong-hyun’s adorable stoic charm (22:00);
- talk about how adorable Flower Boy Next Door is, Yoon Shi-yoon’s endearing performance and his cute chemistry with Park Shin-hye (though it must be noted that the podcast was recorded before finale week — I think we’d have a few tempered comments to add were we given a do-over) (32:50);
- and wrap up with the juvenile antics of Level 7 Civil Servant (42:35).

Wow you guys were spot on. At least for the dramas I've watched.
And you're right I've yet to really truly fall for a drama. School 2013 was fun and engaging but I haven't fallen in love with any drama thus far.
Hmm maybe That Winter, the Wind Blows? But I have a feeling I'll be crying over it soon so maybe not...

i feel you JB and GF! the dramas lately are generally so-so...nothing has been truly captivating or excellent so far. however, we're still a few months into the year and so K-dramaland still has a lot of time to redeem itself. here's to a wonderful drama-year ahead!

I agree, nothing really stand out for me yet like QIHM, The Chaser, Ten, Arang etc but we are in the beginning of March. K-movies are so much better but harder to find with subs.

Whenever you do a podcast, even if it's the day after you do a podcast, we'd be thrilled. However long you take to do the next podcast, it's always going to be too long for our greedy ears. So just do them when you do them, and know that we all consider it a huge treat when they come!

I think we've got some pretty good shows over the past few years that now, in order for us to really get hooked back into the drama world, we need a super good drama. really. the package.
I think there's alot of the Been there, done that kinda thing.. They really have to top the ones we hold dear to our hearts.

I guess I also can feel when there's been a lack of a podcast because i was wondering when the next oen would come out a couple days ago.
What dramas are you guys currently watching or going to watch? I also wonder if you two are excited for the upcoming saeguks extravaganza and what you guys think about the two epidemic dramas airing(or going to air) on the cable stations.

Thanks for the podcast ladies! You guys are awesome! And I agree, I love Javabeans voice, it reminds me of my best friend, so I feel like she's actually talking straight to me. So weird! haha
About Level 7....*sigh* I like it, but i totally understand what you mean about the casting and the type of acting that's done in each scene. Some is over the top, and some too giddy or intense. Totally get it. But you were spot on about the possible cuteness from Joo-won and Shin Mina or Kim Tae Hee....I'm still hoping for a pairing like this in the future!
