Hyun Bin returns from military service

Binnie’s back! I’ll give you a moment to properly savor it. Are we done squealing now? How ’bout now? Should I just take a coffee break and come back?
Upon his discharge from the marines on December 6, Hyun Bin (Secret Garden) greeted the press and fans with salutes and tears, announcing his happy return to civilian life, and more importantly, acting. I guess when it rains pretty-boys-back-from-army, it pours pretty-boys-back-from-army.
Though really, Hyun Bin has remained consistently in the news since entering basic training in March 2011, which has the (clearly intended) effect of feeling like he hasn’t been gone that long at all. It’s saying something that there’s just as much interest in his return as there was in his leaving — just look at that crazy wall of cameras, good grief.
Kind of amazing actually, what having a hit drama just before army duty can do if you’re managed well. There’s no news yet of a comeback project, so now’s the time to start your bets, wish lists, and prayer rituals.

I think he was mostly on the news all this time because of his choice for marines, not something top artists normally do, right? so IMHO it was not the drama that much

I hope his return to acting is a drama so we can keep seeing his lovely marine abs from week to week rather than have to wait for first the theatrical and then the DVD release here in the US. Grr humph. Plus I'm hoping for a comedic role over a super dramatic one, I love comedic Binnie the best! (Or rather, serious!Binnie with a funny heroine to kick him into shape!)

Omg YESSSSSSS URI BINNIE IS BAAAAACK. *squeals like a mad woman* I'm so glad to see him looking good and its so sweet how he teared up at being back. *squishes him* I really cannot wait to see him in a new project. Also I'm so glad that he's been constantly on the news because it really did help my case of missing him. Yayy welcome back Hyun Bin! ^.^

It really doesn't seem like he was gone that long! How has it been 2 years?! :D Eeeee so excited, my first kdrama crush back when i watched kim sam soon, i wonder how quickly you will be recruited into a new drama? *twiddles thumbs*

Time sure flies! I can't wait to see his what his next project will be. After being in the marines for 2 years, I guess he'd want to rest up first. With his enlistment date so close to the ending of Secret Garden, I'm sure he didn't get much rest the days leading up to his military service.
Though he does look much healthier after military service..I think he's regained some more meat on his face and his skin looks great!

WOW!! He looks so emotional!! is that always the case when they return from military service? I guess!
looking forward for more projects from My Star!! first saw him in A Millionaires first Love and fell hopelessly for this guy!! Im a huge Han Hyo Joo fan so please a drama with her would be awesome !!! just to tick of my wish list!!
