Eunjung quits Five Fingers in the wake of T-ara’s scandal

So this is big news: With the T-ara scandal still going strong in K-poplandia, idol-actress Eunjung is quitting her new drama Five Fingers, which just premiered 3 days ago. Wow. I knew the brouhaha was causing lots of concern for T-ara’s members’ projects, but never did I think the drama would actually drop her over it.

Backing up a bit, in case the scandal is news to you: T-ara recently kicked out one of its members, Hwayoung, which proved to be quite the controversial move. There were signs of intra-group discord (rather publicly displayed in a few notable Twitter exchanges between the idols), with conflicting stories about the source of strife. Some rumors pinned the blame on Hwayoung for being difficult to work with and unwilling to pull her weight, while yet more rumors speculated that Hwayoung was the target of ostracizing and bullying by the other members.

In any case, nobody came out of the situation smelling like a rose, and all eyes were on certain projects to see whether they’d survive the blot on T-ara’s reputation. Soyeon, for instance, has a supporting role in Haeundae Lovers, which seemed untouched by the scandal. Hyomin also had a drama premiere in the last week, the gumiho comedy The Thousandth Man, which doesn’t seem hugely affected either.

Five Fingers

But Eunjung’s role is a leading one, and she’s one of the more prominent actresses in the group, so the scrutiny was bound to be stronger with her, especially with the 30-episode running time. She recently also quit her tenure on the variety show We Got Married, where she was in a faux coupledom with Lee Jang-woo. You could argue that she was probably going to quit that show soon anyway, since their show relationship has been running its course. Still, given the timing, the scandal is likely the primary catalyst for the decision.

Eunjung’s departure from Five Fingers was confirmed by a senior executive at SBS’s drama department. The producers held an emergency meeting on the 21st to discuss the issue, and announced the decision on the 22nd.

CP Kim Young-sub with the broadcast station confirmed that they are in talks to replace Eunjung with another actress. Nothing is decided yet, but the name being floated as a likely candidate is Jin Sae-yeon.

Jin Sae-yeon

And I’m like, DUDE, she’s in a drama! You may have heard of it? Gaksital? You know, that light, fluffy show that’s so easy on the emotions that it’s totally obvious that the lead actress could hop on over to another station to concurrently film a second light, fluffy drama?

Oh, wait. No, I mean the other thing. The opposite of that.

Gaksital is just about as draining a project you could do, and it’s still got three weeks left to go. Five Fingers is a heavy melodrama, and the character is described as a tragic figure.

Unless… GASP! Does Mok Dan die?

(I’m actually quite fine with that story turn, which could make Gaksital even awesomer and darker. But I don’t expect that to happen — and certainly not before the final episode, if they were even to consider it — so I presume she’d just have to work real hard. I know Joo-won films 1 Night 2 Days on top of the drama, but let’s not take that kind of craziness as an example of ideal working conditions.)

Of course, there’s always the chance they’ll go with a different actress. Eunjung’s appearance in Five Fingers was supposed to begin in Episode 5, and she was to begin filming this Thursday. She was present at the drama’s production press conference on August 16, along with the rest of the principal cast. The drama just premiered over the weekend, and will air Episodes 3 and 4 this Saturday and Sunday.

I mean, he got out from his own huge scandal, after army period and everything, and his comeback drama must face a Kpop scandal?
Makjang the plot, makjang the production

As for the scandal, I read a little bit of it, and I really don't know what to think about. I never really cared about T-ara, but if you add members to an existing group, it never ends well. Never.

I generally agree that adding members throws group dynamics off (especially when it's done as often as T-ara), but I think there are rare cases where it can work if it's done early on. For example, even though there was a mild controversy about it, Kyuhyun was added to Super Junior after debut and he's a key member now.

Indeed, Kyuhyun was a rare case, but he was added at an early stage. I remember that when SM was thinking about adding the violin boy (don't remember the name) to Superjunior, all ELFs were out shouting "Only 13" and such.

Yeah, they did add Henry (violin boy) and Zhou Mi to their Chinese subgroup and fans were picketing about it, but they quieted down eventually. It may have been more problematic if they were added to the main group.

0

When Henry featured in SuJu's Don Don MV there was a big outcry among elf against him joining and that's were Only 13 started. Adding Henry & Zhoumi to SJ-M was still meet with rejections, to this day there are active fans that are against their involvement in SuJu but many fans like them as well--this was more of a reply to the other response. :)

T-ara's situation is a bit different after Kyuhyun's addition SM stated that SuJu was no longer a project group and that there wouldn't be any more additions. While T-ara wasn't like Afterschool and promoted as group with rotating members after the announcement of membership changes in T-ara fans either didn't make a big fuss or weren't influential enough to impact CCM's decisions. The company feels free to change members however they want and doesn't fear fan reaction

I think also due to the fact that naturally, girls and boys communicate differently with each other. I know I probably sound sexist, and I'm sorry for sounding ignorant.

Not necessarily though. Lim from Wonder Girls was added to the group when Sunmi quit, and when the group was at their peak with "Nobody". I've seen the other members give her nothing but love.

It just really depends in the environment that the group is in. CCM made it so that they T-ara saw each member as rivals. It's disgusting, really.

I mean, there was that time when SeeYa was in trouble for someone else's nip slip (repeated in T-ARA, forgot who was it), and then, they were like all ganging up on Nam Gyu-ri. I don't know the details, really, but Gyu-ri denied whatever shit was flung at her.

Seriously. I mean, I dunno. I feel bad that this has to happen with his comeback drama. On the other hand I feel bad for Eunjung too. It's sad since the director was going to keep her on and treat the scandal and the show as two separate things (as anyone should) but I guess things got out of hand with the netizens and they were afraid of what might happen with the ratings. That's showbiz for you...

Ya. poor soul. his road of redemption appeared to be peppered with thorns an pointed rocks. hope he could pull through this. was looking forward to this show only because of JJH.

Did not know anything about the T'ara scandal but did not like EJ as the female lead 'cause to me and my friends, she just dose not have the look and presence of a female lead though she did quite well as the young queen insoo - but then she was not required to carry the whole show. Sorry EJ, your look is not your fault but there's more reason to watch the show now.

JSY has the look and presence of a young innocent lead but she needs time to hone her acting skills and it's too soon for her to fit in a complex role.

KSR might be hot in sk but she appears bland to us even as female lead in the forgetable dh2.

Shin Se Kyung - she really shined as the young princess Chun Myung and she will have no issue with her acting... but will she not look too perky? any way hope they can cast an appropriate female lead here.

The rumors are most definitely NOT forgotten. The Korean netizens are still furious about the whole situation, and this isn't going to go away any time soon. If you go on Korean news portals and read the comments, you can see that this is pretty serious, and k-netizens have lost all respect for T-ara and it's company (Core Contents). People are still rooting for Soyeon and Hyomin to be kicked off their respective dramas as well.

Yes, especially after elementary kids were found to be playing the "T-ARA game" where a person is chosen to be bullied and ostracized. And if the kids don't comply with the rules or don't want to play - they end up being bullied. Parents/adults are extremely sensitive over this T-ARA issue since the idol group used to have (and probably still do) have a lot of pull with younger kids.

Yeah and its all thanks to netizen for their awesomeness fight against bullying by doing an awesome thing they called "cyber bullying"

And its really sad that majority of the issues is aim at Eunjung (maybe as I feel that she is the most popular one out of the group) but it is really a pity.

I can only pray that she doesn't fall into depression (or even worse into the suicidal state given how crazy netizen can attack a celebrity)

And I apologize if this offended anyone but I am just upset at how blind-sided people can be in doing things without thinking of the consquences or how they can hurt an individual but I just want to say *sarcastically*

Thanks SK for showing me how gullible you can be in believing things, thanks for showing the world your fight against bullying, and thanks for showing me which nation I can go to, to learn cyber bullying at its best, and that it is a-ok to teach children that cyber bullying is a-ok.

Agreed. Whatever was happening between those girls was pretty much the kind of thing that happens in groups of girls the world over - Idols or non-idols. Students. PTA Moms. Neighborhood clicques. Whatever. None of the rumored behavior was that out of the ordinary, sadly - what was out of the ordinary was that it became public knowledge to the extent that it did, and what is inexcusable is how ham-handedly management handled the situation. These poor girls. I know they aren't exactly BLAMELESS...but they do not deserve punishment to this extent.

Required fields are marked *

They don't. I know they got pulled from all their advertisements too and Eun Jung even got replaced on a website already. But, it's also a good lesson on being careful what you put out on the internet. No one would have known about what was going on (except for the girls and maybe the company) unless they didn't start going on some subliminal message tweet frenzy on twitter. It could have been solved internally if it was a huge problem but now it's all over the place.

Basically the boss shouldn't have made the move of firing Hwayoung so early....he should have waited until everything started first

the mistake was that the company decided to play harsh and fired HY without proper notice or chance to redeem whatever she did wrong (if she even did anything wrong)...the kid's only 19 for Goddness sake, give her a break...and it doesn't help that the public doesn't see support from other group members...it's like she was left to drown on her own...any sane observer will realize that something is amiss, so she was 'visually' ostracised (there may never have been any physical bully since there's no evidence...and who takes picture while being bullied?? or who is stupid enough to do it in public or while being filmed? No one...The girls may not be at fault, but the CEO pushing all blame on HY seems ridiculous! Not just the girls, I also fear for HY...just like the girls, I don't want her to fall into depression as well...victims usually don't want the same thing to happen to those who offend them...they just wished they were not hurt in the first place...

All in all I think everyone is to blame but the one with the most blame is their CEO. Overall it's bad for everyone involved. The CEO should step down and have someone else take over and recoup their image.

Her acting has steadily improved since then. I can say one thing for her, she has an ability to single-mindedly concentrate and immerse herself into her roles. She emanated charisma and intensity in Queen Insoo. (Without all the screaming and contorted expressions of JSY in Gaksital).

In the synopsis and character profiles, there were hints of dark undertones in Dami's character, which is something Eunjung could have pulled off very well. Much better than JSY in fact. JSY has potential, but as of right now, she lacks depth in her acting. There were reports that the script writer has been changing the script to accommodate the casting change, and bets are on that Dami's character will be reduced to a pure, innocent (and BORING) Candy-type character.

Both the scriptwriter and the PD personally scouted Eunjung. They also did their best to keep her in the production despite numerous sources of external pressure. And I feel like they had very good reasons for doing so.

Required fields are marked *

@DBSK Another reason why they probably had to change the character a bit is to account for JSY's really young age. There are some things that an actor in her early/mid 20s (Eunjung) can do that will be frowned upon having an 18 year old do.

I also agree with everything else you said about Eunjung's acting.

I think this whole scandal is out of control, they should have stay with Eunjung. From idol girls, I think she one of the better at acting!

Required fields are marked *

T-ara doesnt have many hard core fans left to even care who takes the role.

But I agree Jin Sae Yeon should like rest before taking on another heavy weight character.

And Jin Sae Yeon is only 19. And Eunjung is 24. They need another actress thats probably a bit older. They said they were looking at replacements in their twenties. And I am think since their thinking of casting JSY than probably early twenties is what they are aiming for. And so many options exist like Kang Sora, Shin Se Kyung, Park Shin Hye etc. I think Kang Sora would do amazing since she can also play the piano.

i pray that she does not take the part, I don't think I can watch the show in viki if she is the lead actress, she's just too plain for me regardless of her acting. plus Eunjung was born in 88 where she's a 93 i think, so the chemistry isn't going to work.

I haven't seen her much in other previous dramas. Gaksital is the first drama I saw her and she's ok but still needs improvement. I think if she stays possitive and do her, then why not.

I feel sorry for Eunjung but what else can we do...let's just move on and hope for the best. I'd like to stay watching for 5F because of JJH and JCW.

The whole business is corrupt: it eats up young people, it presents an unnatural and unattainable standard for teenagers, the output is pedestrian and ultimately forgettable. (And lest you become filled with indignation at this diss of precious kpop, I feel the same way about Hollywood child actors.)
I feel sorry for all of them, really, even the ones who seem to genuinely like their life. Well this is sad. i honestly hoped that people would stop trying to get her out of the drama, not because i am on her side (i remain neutral until facts are proven by either t-ara or hwayoung) but because nothing has been confirmed and there are other actors/ actresses, and crew involved that get affected. People need to realize that if they don't want her in the drama then don't watch it or just skip her parts. Now she is out of the drama and those who are still in it get affected. The posters taken with her have now been for nothing as well as the time, enegry and loss of sleep used for them. The only luck they had was that her filming hadn't start yet or else they would have lost sleep for nothing.

I sincerely hate thinking like this, but I can't help but think it. The entertainment world is corrupted. Who you believe is all up to you. Anyways, I can't help but think its some fiasco T-ara's company did just so then people would feel sorry for her. Last time I heard, their group was set to release another single/album within the next month.or so. Bad publicity is still publicity. This certain thing happened to 2PM years ago when Jay park was still a member. They made him look like he did something terribly bad, while fans pointed out that 2PM members were actually bullying him. To come back from that, JYP constantly made the rest of 2pm feel like victims as well. It's the cruel reality. You never know what or who to trust. No one will ever know the real deal. (Just using 2pm as an example)

The point I was trying to prove, Joo Ji Hoon deserves a successful comeback. Wait, that is what I badly wish for the guy. The actual point I'm trying to say is that this has just got to stop. I'm just annoyed by this "controversy". I feel like everyone just wants attention. I stand on.neither side, and just want it to end. Just because I find the whole ordeal fake. Now if Eunjung's disappearence in this drama shall faulter my baby Ji Hoon's long deserved comeback, someone is gonna cry.

Joo Ji Hoon? He definitely made amends for that already. Korea had a whole two years to get over that and he is more than sorry for it and has already gone through what T-ara is going through right now, probably worse.

And anyway, everyone's scandal is of their own making...T-ara's too. But no one should be punished to this extent. It's overboard.

I understand your 2 pm example, but that happened after k-netizens pretty much made Jay leave the country. They bashed him so much that he had to leave. It was when he was gone and netizens had no one to bash that they turn their focus to 2 pm. Now the Jay controversy was a mistake that he made and there was prove while this controversy is based on rumors which is much more sad. I'm glad Jay came back and is loved now just like 2 pm, so I hope that eventually Eunjung and T-ara can be the same.

The similarity with the 2pm scandal and the one with T-ara are both internet related. Jay Park said some nasty things about Korea on his myspace/fb? page that was dug up and used as fuel for the netizens. In T-ara's case, they aired their laundry over the twitter universe. By putting it online, it's almost like they welcomed criticism and ostracization from the Korean netizens. I feel bad for Eunjung losing her CF deals and getting kicked off this show, but unfortunately there are consequences when you air your disagreements so publicly. People are gonna end up picking sides.

Required fields are marked *

True that. Everyone is all fault, so I do not see how netizens and "fans"can even dare pick a side when they are just fed everything, and they don't even realize what it is they are eating. Another example, that KONY 2012 hype. Everyone was into bring the man down, then when smart people actually investigated, the info in the video was all wrong. Which of course resulted to backfire and criticism (and the founder streaking in mid day light). People believe everything these days. They stand for nothing, so they fall for everything. It's just so sad.

They were alot of allegations against 2PM about how they were mistreating him and whatnot. Most were fan accounts ('sasaeng fans' to be exact) and they spoke of how Jay was ostracized and people absolutely had to believe them because they were obsessed fans that followed their idols day in day out.(Ergo, they were reliable.) But as time went by, they were all proven false and people found that the pictures used as evidence were grossly distorted and badly photoshopped. But the damage was done and the boys even had their performances disrupted by fan chants and of them calling out Jay's name. It was all very messy, really. Another example of how manipulative the SK media can be. Hopefully Eunjung and T-ara can survive this. In my opinion, she's a really great actress especially in Dream High where I first took notice of her and her stint in WGM made her a very down-to-earth person in my eyes.

The whole situation is crazy, if you ask me. I've been pretty unconcerned about the scandal - since everything is so vague, I don't see any point in forming an opinion that would probably be wrong anyway - but I think Eunjung is a good actress, so I'm sorry this is affecting her acting career, too.

As for Jin Sae-yeon as a replacement: I'd be fine with it because I like her as an actress. She hasn't really awed me in Gaksital, but she's likable and she's decent, and I tend to cut her some slack because she is very young (born in '93), with time to improve. Still, I'd worry about the craziness of her schedule, juggling two intense dramas at the same time.

It's comments like these that irritate me. I understand that it's cruel - but think about it from the companies and sponsors' perspective - if the public doesn't like your celebrity endorser, they won't buy your products or watch your shows (and you won't get TV ad revenue) - if you don't make money, you lay people off because you don't make money.

How can they NOT do this? Help one girl's image, or help their company with many, many employees and their families?

That would make sense if the drama had poor ratings but the fact is it didn't. It was neck and neck in its time slot for episode 1 and #1 in its timeslot for episode 2. Even SBS admitted that her presence in the drama was beneficial because it brought in attention to the drama. The people who are doing the complaints are mostly tweens that aren't the audience for this drama anyways. Most of this drama is catered to the adjumma crowd.

Additionally a lot of the revenue that the drama gets is actually from international sales and the international community as a whole doesn't care as much as the korean population about the scandal.

Personally, I thought that SBS was unprofessional in handling this issue. At first, when the controversy was at its peak, they released a statement that they were going to stick by their original decision to cast her and the PD himself was very firm about it. She went for the press conference, attended script reading, practiced her lines, rehearsed with the other actors, and was getting ready to film the next day. But then they fired her from the drama a day before filming starts and she only found out about it when she read it from the news. Apparently the discussion about firing her was ongoing for awhile too. The least they could do was to drop her earlier and inform the poor girl so that she didn't have to find out from the news. On top of that, the ratings of the show was pretty good, so dropping her at this point does not make much sense. It would have been understandable if they dropped her when the controversy first broke out, in fact, I am all for it. But as it is, what is done has already been done and there's nothing we can do about it anyway.

Damned if you do: "I'm not watching 'Five Fingers' because Eunjung has been cast in it!!!"

And damned if you don't: "I'm not watching 'Five Fingers' because Eunjung has been kicked out of it!!"

All I feel right now is exhaustion trying to keep up with the news that broke right as I was actually going to get a good night's sleep for a change. Scratch that!

I was not very thrilled over the casting of yet another idol, but if it was going to be done at all, Eunjung was up there on my list since she's been acting since her mid-teens and had done an admirable job on her previous projects. But the timing of all this is suspect, leading me to believe that the sponsors were holding out for SBS and the PD-nim to ask her to leave first. When SBS dug in their heels and committed to her staying in the role, then the sponsors went in for the kill.

And we still do not know what exactly happened, because none of us were sitting in that conference room hearing the news. It was a no-win situation for Eunjung nonetheless.

I have always supported 5F and will STILL support 5F and its remaining cast -- especially Joo Ji Hoon and Ji Chang Wook -- no matter what. I hope and pray that this situation doesn't cast too much of a shadow over the emotional status of the production. FIVE FINGERS FIGHTING!!!

Anyway, I feel bad for Eunjung, she has worked hard to prove herself as an actress, and when she's got the chance to be the lead, she finds herself in a sticky situation.

As for the other actress named above as the potential replacement, I like her Mok Dan in Gatskital, but I think filming two dramas at the same time is just crazy. The rumours of bullying ere unconfirmed and the CEO is the one who made the decision to kick that girl out. Even if there was bullying, no one can pinpoint which of the girls did it and how can this put such a major halt on Eunjung's career. To lose the lead at this stage of the game, post-conference and posters etc is just...tch....how upsetting!

JSY can't replace her. That makes no sense. I hope the drama will still do well. From what I heard, the first two episodes were very good.

Same here. Also sasaeng fans, or extremely obsessive fans like Shi Won in Answer Me 1997. Maybe it's because I never went through a period of obsession like that in high school. Yeah, it's fun to follow your favorite actor's or idol's various projects, etc., but such devotion and worship of a person you've never met? There's no clear evidence that Hwayoung was bullied. And there's no clear evidence that Hwayoung wasn't bullied.

It was and is a messy situation. Honestly, if there was 0% truth in any of the rumors, it's doubtful it would have ignited a scandal to reach to these heights.

I think the issue at hand is much larger than whether or not someone was directly and/or indirectly bullied and ostracized.

The girls are young and they're allowed to be immature and mean without having to be scarred for life. And I'm speaking as someone who was, at the age of 12, was the target of a mean girls incident. (Aaaaaaaaaand unfortunately what followed were 4 years of social shut down and inability to make eye contact without a panic attack. --__--;; It wasn't easy.)

Girls aren't born mean. It's usually an unhealthy and dangerous way of dealing with stress when they have little to no control over their personal lives.

That said -- while I'm pretty sure there was some mean girls activity (how could there not be, considering the circumstances), it's a batsh*t crazy situation and I think all the players involved are in part responsible.

Who are all the players?

Anybody pointing a finger: CCM, their manager, the girls (all of them, some to a lesser degree than others I'm sure), the netizens, the public and the larger companies that are pulling the girls from their projects. Us.

Ironically, it's the people paying attention to the scandal who are giving it the most power.

If the public didn't care, no one would be pulled from their projects and Hwayoung might have quietly gone about her way to join a different group or continue her career is some other way.

But I guess we like our melodramas.

0

Aliiiiiiiice - the girls are definitely not "young." Besides Jiyeon and Hwayoung, everyone else was over the age of 20 and most of them in their mid 20s. If the bullying is true, how could they be allowed to be immature towards a young teenager?

0

There is absolutely no proof of bullying. Everything the netizens cited as proof were taken out of context.

0

Required fields are marked *

moose -- uf, you missed my point entirely. But that's okay. It happens when people get emotionally attached to a talking point.

A young teenager? The age difference between Hwayoung and the other members of T-ara are 1-3 years. If that. It's not like her ex-team-members are a decade older.

Wait until you're 26 or 27. 20 years old is young. Hell, 26 is pretty young, too. Girls and boys are still doing stupid sh*t at that age.

On top of that, they live in a bubble. On top of that, their world revolves around them and their popularity. They're in an industry that doesn't reward them for acting like human beings. There's a pressure to be perfectly perfect in the image ascribed to them.

Plus, their sense of reality is different.

Bad behavior is bad behavior. Pettiness and jealousy isn't cute. And neither is bullying.

But we're getting off topic.

If we're going to get mad, get mad at ourselves for engaging in this debacle -- is what I'm saying. In having a strong opinion and posting it online, you're just fanning the flames on either side as a netizen as well.

Siiiiiiiiiigh. I don't even know why I'm bothering to bark up the wrong tree, but let me just put in my final words:

It doesn't matter if there was bullying or not. These things happen with young girls and yes, 20 is still young.

Mothers nag. Fathers lay down archaic laws.

Not all of them do, but it's nothing to be shocked about when these archetypal tropes play out.

I understand if a person can perceive some kind of injustice and want to voice an opinion about it. But I don't think that when we choose to engage in this way that we should be surprised when things are blown out of proportion, careers are seemingly ruined and everyone's drinking the haterade.

In closing: if it's an ugly situation, we're just as ugly when we choose to engage in it. And are the ones who are probably making it even uglier than it would have been otherwise.

0

The silent doesn't mean that they're guilty. It can also mean that you're prevented by someone to tell the truth.
Especially when your boss is the infamous Kim Kwang Soo, who poorly managed T-ara and other groups with his '30 years of experience' excuse.

T-ara's Soyeon interview before the car accident is the closest thing to their story as it can get. It's whether you want to believe it or not.

This scandal has the worst timing (or was it intentional huh hmm?). T-ara has schedules to attend to but some reports said the members had to negotiate with their managers/CEO to get drama roles on top of that. They've worked hard for their successes and reputation. When three of them got significant roles which premiere at the same time, this scandal blows up, for them and the productions.

Too bad, I was half interested in seeing her role, but I think it's not that bad a choice, as the public needs a little break to cool down their impression of her.

Poor Eunjung... She was not even informed she got kicked out.

To quote from TiaraDiadem: "On the 22nd, an acquaintance of Eunjung said, 'Last Sunday they had test filming and just had the script reading yesterday and she can't believe she was suddenly removed. Now she can't do anything. She can only wait for the SBS drama producer's decision.'

Eunjung's agency said, "Eunjung definitely did not voluntarily decide to leave the drama. We haven't received any notices in her being removed from the show yet from SBS. We will make an aggressive response to the production side if that is the decision made."

SBS and the drama producers both have contradicting statements. SBS has said now that Eunjung leaving the drama is "not confirmed."

Eunjung's agency also said that Eunjung received more than one lead role drama offer, but she chose "Five Fingers" and is now extremely devastated.

Awww I feel so sad...

Its when you bully someone and she got kicked out. In return, you get cyberbullied and get kicked out.

But the bullying case is yet to be proven. And it's not like Eunjung kicked Hwayoung out.

Did Gaksital get extended again? Because if it did, I'm here rejoicing. Not enough of Joo-won. Hahaha. That aside, I really love Jin Sae Yeon, she's probably going to be the next Shin Se Kyung or something, and I surprisingly love her more than SSK.

Go Sae Yeon~!

In any case, I am definitely watching this drama because I got hooked at Episode 1&2 and I am really anticipating JJH's small screen comeback as well as Ji Chang Wook's. :D

What sets T-ara apart from other girl groups is they give off catty vibes so the scandal didnt came as a surprise to me. Hyomin and Qri seemed okay, the rest are just superficial plastics.

I feel bad for Eunjung. I just beginning to appreciate her because I am watching DH. I thought the whole T-ara debacle is over. NOT!
