Lee Shi-young goes to bat for Wild Romance

Lee Dong-wook is the baseball player in Wild Romance, but that doesn’t mean Lee Shi-young doesn’t get her chance to bat. The latest photos released by the soon-to-premiere drama feature heroine Eun-jae (Lee Shi-young) in batter mode, ready to take on the opening pitch of a game.

Eun-jae will eventually have to take up bodyguard duties for the pro baseball player hero, Mu-yeol (Lee Dong-wook), although perhaps we’re using the term “hero” loosely, since he’s kind of a punk. I suppose the job causes Eun-jae a little bit of inner turmoil, since she’d dearly love to give him a beating herself. Well, the more they fight, the more they’ll love?

In the stills below hers, Lee Dong-wook shoots at an airport. Wild Romance premieres this Wednesday, January 4.

Yes, I believe so he did. He was always a pale guy, not much changed there.

I hope the folks at King Kong Ent take real good care of LDW now, and not overwork him.

I've dl-ed E01, and will watch it after I re-watch SunMoon E01 again since I've gone through recaps, and the kids are too cute to miss. Then, maybe I'll still be awake for live streams of SunMoon E02. I'm playing hookie all week long.

That hairdo on LSY just cracks me up! Even her red carpet appearance in that lovely gown was taken over by "The Hair". Bet she can't wait till it grows out.

And what's up with the Wookie 'stache?! I HATE that scraggly mess under his nose. Some guys can pull it off ('COW' anyone?) but he can't - his face is just too thin.

But, I fixate on the unimportant. They can both bring the funny. I shall cross my fingers for a successful rom/com and refocus....

LSY looks sooo much like a pretty boy. Please, having seen a "Hana Kimi k-cast" for the nth time on youtube, I can only wish at having that drama kversion. And LSY is my dream heroine lol.

But, about this drama, I'm actually excited for it. I need something mindless, lovely and fun before the start of a new semester :D

I'm looking forward to this. Mostly to see LSY beat up LDW. ;) After the disappointing Poseidon for LSY and the so-so SOAW for LDW (only watched it for Eom Ki-joon), I'm gonna tune in to this.

wow, this week already? can't wait ... after seeing lee shi young in boxing, i'm all ready to watch her kick some ass in this drama. i hope she doesn't become all wimpy and actually does some damage to lee dong wook's character. its disappointing when the previews hype that the female character is gonna whip the main lead into shape, but it doesn't really happen....

I really love that the hero and heroine's names are Park Muyeol and Yoo Eunjae. I hope the 2nd leads' names are Heekyung and Yongsoo!!
