The only one I'm currently worried about in this casting is Han Ga-in. I know she's a big name actress, but she hasn't one me over, which is not saying a lot, but as a viewer? It's disappointing. I hope she can prove me wrong and totally hit this baby out of the park. All else said, another kdrama for 2012. X)

I love her! I was so bummed she got pushed aside in Brain but I'm now looking forward to this. Fighting!

The cast is looking mighty fine for this drama. (Weak link seems to be Han Ga In except I wasn't too impressed with Park Min Young's casting in SKKS at first either but she proved me wrong.)

I'm more interested to know who they cast as Woon, the King's bodyguard. He seems to feature pretty prominently in the book. (Note: Translated chapters 1-3 are available on Electric Ground. You guys should check it out, they're awesome!)

Woah the first script reading was Dec 27th and the drama airs on Jan 4th? How in the world is this drama going to crank out 2 eps by than? Not to mention, that Im pretty sure Kim So Hyun will attend the KBS Drama Awards.

I usually stay away from sageuks-The Princess's Man being a HUGE exception-but I have to say any update about this show that pops up on Dramabeans I suddenly have to read it. Despite my best efforts I'm getting really excited for this show :P

Watching ONLY because Kim Soo-hyun is in it and it's a historical drama.

Wohoo!! Another saeguk drama..Been in love with saeguk drama..Finally, i know what i will watch after 'Warrior Baek Dong Soo"..Han Ga In is such a beauty whom i envy so much..She's so sweet and i love her..Jung Ilwoo back on screen so fast! I feel thankful for that! ALready missed him since FBRS finished..The cast for this drama are good-looking and i also have high expectation for its story since it's based on novel..MoonSun fighting!!!

Aww man I was disappointed w the casting of HGI and then she showed up all pretty like that and I'm temporarily blinded :D anyway I just hope the romance is worth rooting for whether it's chemistry or narative. I usually buy most anything if somebody at least put in the effort to sell it. I have a feeling I'll mostly get forlorn looks from the two guys and an ambiguous jade face from Wol but I hope the story will get me to buy her part as well

Can't help to notice their pencil case..JIW's is so huge (and pink! loved it), it's practical and can hold so many thing (I'm imagining his script highlights with at least two colors, bunch of note on the side with blue marker :)),

while KSH's is a small and neat one, the kinda person who settle with a pen and one yellow highlighter. loved them both.

I'm hooked, loving the continuous updates to the cast (this isn't going to be another crack right? xD.. not that i mind, i just have alot of things on my plate-dramawise LOL)

Though i'm suprised i'm not the only one worried about han ga in? I've only watched two episodes of witch amusement but i feel exactly nothing for her (perhaps its her character rather than her but...), i think i was expecting alot from her considering what a big name she is, perhaps i'll try and finish that drama before i make up my mind.. OR i'll just skip to this drama :) Pretty AND talented actors? Bring it on :D

Finally a drama with ZERO idols. That and the cast alone makes me excited to see this.

Kim soo hyun looks sooo good in the pictures!! ANd I can't help but LOL at the BIG FAT pencil case of Jung Ill woo's.. hhahaha so student-like.

can not remember seeing her in anything myself so looked her up, she hardly 'young' at 1983 but perhaps is in experience as wiki didn't have much on her. As for Han Ga-in, she never stood out for me in the two drama I have seen her in, always seems to hold back and you can 'see' she acting, if that makes sense. The one good point is she often said to look like Jang Nara, so can watch her for eye candy in more light roles.

Jung Il-woo and Kim So-hyun? Wow, i've somehow become interested in a sageuk drama. haha. Although I'm disappointed with Han Ga-in playing the love interest. I feel like she's a little too old for him, and she's pretty, but really only barely passes in acting.

The first script reading for the adult cast was on Christmas day but the younger cast already shot episodes two weeks before.

In addition, Il Woo just finished filming for FBRS before finally confirming the acceptance for the role as Prince Yang Myung, and Han Ga In also recently finished filming for 'Introduction to Architecture.'

Yoon Seung-ah makes a pretty kick-ass swordswoman as Seol and I'm curious how she and Song Jae Rim (who reportedly will play Lee Hwon's bodyguard warrior, Woon) will play out in the drama!

Now an unfolding love triangle among half-brothers/princes and a female shaman? Can't wait to watch! ^_^

i'm jung il woo's fans and I'm a bit disappointed bcoz he's the 2nd lead male and probably won't get the girl. I hope he wouldn't turn into a bad character.

yay:) i like ha ga-in :) some people didn't really like her from Bad Guy/Boy but i loved the part she played, although i was mad at her in some scenes, but i think her acting is fine, i just hope that not a lot of people bash on her because of previous dramas and keep it in mind , which would affect on how they see her in this drama. also i liked her in Witch Amusement also soo, for me she's good:) ahhh well love the other characters so far and really looking forward to this now:D can't wait :D

I want to like him, but I just can't seem to. I'm still bemoaning the loss of Joo Won. But this does have lots of potential to be awesome. This + Wild Romance = way too much giddy anticipation from me!

btw, I was rewatching Coffee Prince and realized that Yoon Seung-ah is the girl in one of the first scenes playing cards with Gong Yoo!

I like Han Ga In. She's pretty. I liked her in Dr. Kang. Thought she was great there. I also liked her in Terms of Endearment.
