Park Jin-hee’s autumn In Style shoot

A new drama, a new photo shoot for Park Jin-hee, who’s in the November issue of In Style magazine, looking like her usual gorgeous self in a look that’s kinda fall-like, kinda careerwoman-themed.

Park is probably my favorite “careerwoman” actress these days, since she can pull off professional and vulnerable at the same time, be confident and sassy, and do it all in an awesome pair of heels. Yes, I know she’s not her character from The Woman Who Still Wants To Marry, but the credit goes to her for making that character so winning.

These elaborate photo shoot “concepts” never fail to crack me up, and here’s another to add to the list: The stated theme is a delicate, sexy, and lovely woman on a warm autumn afternoon. Not that she isn’t any of those things, but for once can we just get a photo shoot that says, “Eh, we had these clothes that were pretty, and this set lying around, and we made her look good”?

Park’s drama Fermentation Family, co-starring Song Il-kook, kicks off on December 7 on brand-spankin’-new cable channel jTBC.

Those lacy shoes are just gorgeous. Granted, with a heel that high and spindly it's probable I would not be able to walk in them, but still. *g*

Coincidence that a Park Jin-Hee post immediately follows a Kim Bum one? I think not! :D

For some reason, I find her incredibly appealing which probably (mostly) has to do with the fact that she's an intelligent woman who's not just a pretty face.

Remember that phase when you ALWAYS had your picture taken at a 3/4 angle, so that your "flat" nose prominently stood out? Well, Park Jin Hee never grew out of that, and now she is to that endearing Asian female tradition as Naomi Campbell is to the catwalk.

Seriously, my mother wore that blue lace dress to a wedding recently. Talk about matronly...but I love the black lace booties in the next picture.

Some people up there should promote HER image rather than scantily dressed, starving lolitas. It would give some better aspirations to little girls. Just sayin'.

Ha ha, I feel like that couch is in so many Korean magazine shoots! It's almost exactly like the couch used here: http://www.dramabeans.com/2010/11/hyun-bin-gets-a-makeover-for-cosmo/.
