When I read first of this news, I initially thought that of Han Hyo-joo. She's pretty and had this melodramatic appeal. I really like her aura in Spring Waltz.

But for the plot, I like the idea but it reminds me of The Classic. The daughter and stepson continued the ill-fated love of their parents.

However, if there's going to be amnesia, leukemia, incest or whatever stupid crap that goes beyond logic and common sense, I will leave this drama. IMMEDIATELY.

Although HHJ can make it work with anyone... I dont like this couple... probably mainly due to JGS's hair, with JGS current hair, he could probably play the female second lead too

I'll wait till it surprises me, usually dramas I hate from the premise I end up in love with - City Hunter, secret garden and PTB just to name a few

I don't like HHJ. I watched Brilliant Legacy and thought the evil step sister was 10 times better at eliciting an emotional response out of the viewer than she was... well, aside from annoyance. I did get annoyed with her and her portrayal of the character.

Then again, maybe she's changed and has grown into her acting... one can only dream. And hey, maybe she and JGS will have awesome chemistry, he usually does with his costars - even though the pictures of them together... well... I'm not convinced.

Bah. I'll watch this thing either way, so I might as well stop whining about it.

Wow, I didn't know that he's her age. He still looks like a teenager to me. He's so skinny he looks like he's still in puberty.

I love HHJ, and when I read that she was possibly co-starring in this drama yesterday I actually googled her age because I felt sure that she was older than JGS. I'm impressed that she was only 19 in Spring Waltz since she certainly came off as a lot more mature than that.

I'm a bit worried about the premise of this show, but I'm so excited about the directing that I'll watch it no matter what. I'm sure that this drama will be gorgeous visually, so I just hope that they can modernize the rest of it. I was sort of hoping to see Yoon Suk Ho working with a new writer, but for all I know they've been brainstorming for the last 10 years and come up with something brilliant. This drama is going to be so overly hyped by the time it airs that it'll have to meet some pretty high expectations to not come off as a disappointment.

It'll all depend on the characters they're playing, but they don't seem like a natural fit to me-- she's got a girl-next-door vibe, whereas his is more next dimension.

Personally, I like that he's a gender bender-- but tresses or no tresses, I just want him to be happy being himself. (I still chuckle at JB's suggestion that perhaps the MSOAN song "My Precious" is really about his hair.....keke.)

JGS with that hair can go against anyone anytime and I'll be happy.

OMG Jang Geun Suk looks so damn UNF-worthy with that hair. I hope he brings that back very soon. I don't know how much longer I can even tolerate his ahjumma hair.

With that said, OMG Han Hyojoo's starting to be Lee Yeonhee-ish with the fact that she's been getting to work with many popular pretty boy actors. JEALOUS.

HHJ had me in Spring Waltz and then again in BL. So if she is in this drama, I will check it out. As for JGS, if only he returned to that hair cut .... then perhaps I might take him seriously. But the gender bender comment ... LOL.

I really hope they don't cast Han Hyo Joo as the female lead. She's very limited in her acting. She relies too much on widening her eyes to convey emotion. I've seen four of her dramas and I haven't seen much improvement in between Spring Waltz and Dong Yi.

Can we please have an actress that can act with more subtlety and has a larger acting range?

HHJ is one of those nice personality actresses with limited range. Park Min Young is another one. They seem to be getting the lead roles due to their popularity and good looks. I like actresses who get their teeth into their acting. Unless they change JGS looks , HHJ looks older than him. The story does not sound too interesting but I guess we shall see when it comes out.

she grew and matured quite a bit since "Brilliant Legacy".
I'm not sure how I feel about the plot of the drama though...
