Park Shi-hoo cast as Moon Chae-won’s Romeo

Well, now I HAVE TO watch this drama! Curses! Will the stream of good dramas never end? Park Shi-hoo (Queen of Reversals, Prosecutor Princess) has just been cast to be the Romeo to Moon Chae-won‘s (It’s Okay Daddy’s Girl, Brilliant Legacy) Juliet, in upcoming Joseon-era fusion-Romeo-and-Juliet-sageuk, The Princess’s Man.
Well, if there ever was a man fit for a princess, Park Shi-hoo is IT. Did I mention how much I love that title, by the way? It’s perfectly descriptive, and yet cheekily reverses gender roles… it’s my cuppa tea, that title. And now with the addition of cutie patootie Park Shi-hoo, I’m all about this tragic love affair, tears and historical jargon be damned.
The fusion sageuk stars Moon Chae-won as headstrong and forward-thinking Princess Se-ryung, daughter to Grand Prince Su-yang, who is determined to be King. She falls in love with the son of his mortal enemy, and their romance gets caught in the crossfire of her father’s quest for the throne. It sounds as epic as epic can be, which if done right, might be sweeping, romantic, and the good kind of melancholy.
PD Kim Jung-min (Loving You a Thousand Times) and head writer Jo Jung-ju (Partner) will be at the helm.
I adore Moon Chae-won to pieces, because she’s got that instantly likeable, approachable persona, and she can carry melodrama quite well. I think the pairing might be amazing, which is exciting for both leads because they’re in that category for me of actors who have it in them to be higher up in the ranks, but have yet to fully break out. They’re both on the cusp, and need leading roles in a mega-hit, and it’s possible that with the Romeo and Juliet in the Joseon-era premise, this might be the ticket.
The Princess’s Man premieres on KBS in July, following Romance Town on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

But have too time sad scenes love and too negative chance and really PSH &MCW have no time for love.( is very unfortunate).

I remember seeing This drama just to see The Park Si Hoo.

Yes Other Korean dramas like The Princess,Man is realistic sets,a fascinating and really beautiful.
This drama will remain in our memory forever like: drama Princess Hours ( Joo ji Hoon) 2005-6.
Actor Park Si hoo is very attractive man and Popular.
Moon Chae Won is very lovely and Popular.

I think that TPM drama one of others dramas memory in our brains.
This drama is very sad beautiful and emotional and exciting for viewers.
Park Si Hoo had acting very great and lovely so much.

Okay, the last couple of comments looked like they were written by the same person... O.O?
That was besides the point. I just started this drama, and I have to say it's beautiful. I mean, beautiful actors, beautiful sets, the whole works.
The first ten minutes was a tad too dramatic, but after seeing the two main leads interact I was hooked. I was surprised by the performance of Princess Kyung Hye (Hong Soo Hyun). I've seen her before in Lie to Me, but I have to say she has made a MUCH MUCH better impression in The Princess' Man. I haven't caught up to the most recent episodes, but I hope she acts the heck out of her role.

So This drama one of best sad love story tragedy,Seung-Yoo and Se-Ryeung.
For the two of them is the hard and painful.
Really I can,t wait for the next episode.
I hate Sin Myeon he was old friends Seung.but now he is graet enemy.

Drama TPM ->The Ep: 1-7 and 18-20 rae very Tops Popular.
A couple of nice and amazing acting this drama. We have not never regretted watching and we enjoy the acting Top star PSH & MCW.
PSH is very amazing in Ep 20. He is getting hot and hotter and acted was very very beautiful.
We love PSH & MCW and espcially the two love.
We hope TV.KBS2 continue to this drama.

Drama TPM is different, magnificent ,exciting and beautiful.
So it is a best drama in 2011.
Super acting PSH with MCW is very nice.
I am hoping for a happy ending,ye! but how i wish this drama has a good ending?
I wish the next Ep 21-22-23-24 no that,s the hard part.

wow.. Only i cn sy in this story is 'wow' y? They r all amazing.. Ser-yung and kim yung so, ur da best.. I feel super duper kilig in ur partnership.. You're my very own idol.. I am hoping that itz not the last time that u've been together with kim-yung so. Hehe please. More story w/ both of u.
