Wang Ji-hye’s spread in Céci

I’m not usually a huge fan of Céci photo shoots (a lot of them are on the boring end of the spectrum), but I like these photos of Wang Ji-hye, the actress in KBS’s President, though I know her more as the love-to-hate-her In-hee (Bot) of Personal Taste, aka the girl who did not understand the meaning of the words “No,” “I’m just not into you,” or “Get the hell away from me, I mean it.”

I’m mostly intrigued by the photo above, where her outfit looks like an abstract piece of art, fixed in space rather than (I’m assuming) caught in motion. Plus, she’s got rockin’ boots in every photo. It surely doesn’t hurt that she has a gorgeous face and legs that go on forever.

This spread is in the February issue of Céci, while Wang Ji-hye can be seen for a few more weeks playing Choi Su-jong’s adopted daughter and aide in President.

Rockin' boots indeed! She looks gorgeous! I wouldn't have known it was In-hee-bot without reading this post. She looks so different than her character in Personal Taste.

Argh, I love shoes, but for some reason the only boots I'm liking in these photos is from the first picture. X/

This editorial is a copy. The same concept was used in another editorial before.

This is once when I find the copy better than the original. Which I'd have considered unfathomable especially since the original involves the amazing Coco Rocha.

I much prefer the exuberant spirit of the copy spread than the coquette gone crazy spirit of the original spread.

She was unrecognizable as the Bot in Friend, Our Legend. There she was a beacon of humanity and beauty. I think she's a terrific actress -- giving completely different vibes in the three roles I've seen her in.

in the 3rd pic, the legs look photo-shopped especially the knees. Or maybe she just has great legs :P

While she may indeed have great legs, all the photos are retouched heavily. It's the industry norm. (Also, I realize that many people are now aware that photos get photoshopped, but the practice of digitally "retouching" is much more extensive than most people may imagine it to be and so extensive that the term "retouching" is grossly misleading.)

She's gorgeous! Love the 1st and last. Unrecognizable as In-hee-Bot. But then that was a BAAAAAAD-ly written character anyway.

Hey pals,I heard there'd be a movie starring Han Hyo Joo and Seo Ji Sub.The story is about a fierce boxer giving his all for the blind woman he loves.Do u know?I've been waiting for Han Hyo Joo.If I was in Korea,I think I'd become stalker.Except I'm a fangirl.Am I becoming a tomboy? She made me enough crazy that all my life would have sufficed.

This is one of so many reasons why I love Dramabeans: Photo shoot article....

It always gives me these:
Beautiful pictures
Korean actor gorgeousness for fangirling
Fashion up date from trendy to unspeakably weird
And clever, witty, and funny word description from JB/GF

Simply love it!

Wow, I see no Inhee-bot. Nice going, Ceci :)

She actually looks like Lee Yoon-ji in the first picture...the last one looks kinda awkward though. But! I love those boots! And the clothes...*drools*

ro-BOT.

As in, lifeless beings. If you didn't watch her character, watch Inhee's long lost sister Yoon-ju in MP.
