This is so good.. soo good it keeps me away from: working out, working in general, draw a quirky smile over my face whenever it occurs on my mind (by that all the time) and I've got sooooooo entangled that I cannot help but repeat the durumi song (the one he keeps repeating to remove ra im from his mind...........) waaah.. AWESOME! Thanks javabeans! WOW WOW! Love this drama I thought I was caught up and realized I skipped ep 4. With my spotty wifi it has been painful and only watched 10 minutes of it. Loving it and ep 6 was epic. Hyun Bin and Ha Ji Won rock and I have been over the moon due to this drama! Definitely have to recommend it to my mom! She is waiting for it when she can get it with Chinese subs (not computer savvy my mom).
Wow most likely a dream sequence. I doubt it would be a "real" one. But IF it is, yeah Joo Won in Gil Rim's body would be freaking out. LOL. Taebak!

hahaha maybe oska goes in to kiss Ra-Im(who actually is JW in RI body) ..so hes really not kissing Ra-Im but JW and maybe thats why they show us JW's physical form(which represents his spirit in RI's body) instead to show us the horror and craziness of the kiss moment from JW's perspective.

Very intriguing take on what might be going on in this shot.
This would certainly give a lot more 'punch' to what could/would be JW's shocked reaction to his cousin kissing him on the lips. :)
Other possibilities:
1) Ra-him assertively kisses Oska to-
a) intentionally make JW(Joo-wanda) jealous.
b) show Oska that she really, really likes him.
c) both a & b.
2) Oska kisses Ra-him/JW to test his own orientation, after Tae-sun causes him to have self-doubts about himself.
3) Hyun Bin kisses Yoon Sang-hyun to make a great 'NG' for the Secret Garden dvd set! LOL
Secret Garden really pushes the envelope for a drama, and I love how Hyun Bin, Ha Ji-won, and Yoon Sang-hyun are all willing to go for it!

I really like your take on this kissing scene, and could definitely see the director choosing to do it this way for maximum shock impact.
but-
if you look closely at the shot, it definitely looks like Ra-him/JW is the kissER, and Oska is the "kissEE".
sooo...maybe it was Ra-him who went in for the kiss(to, say, make JW/Joo-wanda jealous)...and this is how WE get to see it! LOL
I know what you mean. I've watched other dramas that I've really loved, too...but I've never had so much fun watching as I am with Secret Garden!
