I LOVE moon chae won... it was about time she got the lead role!!
honestly, the premise doesn't excite me much but because it's MCW, i'm totally willing to give it a chance...

Oh how exciting for her! I've been waiting for her to finally play lead in her own Kdrama. I really hope that it's with a good leading man!

I want to see her act with Lee Min Ho this time even though I am not much of a fan of BOF (at all!), but I saw a photoshoot that they did together and they shared really great chemistry so why not?

If not him, I would love to see Yoon Kye Sang once again and I think he and Moon Chae Won would look good together, don't you think? He needs to recover himself from Road Number One and maybe a more contemporary and simpler storyline would be exactly what he needs right now!

So happy she s finally transitioned into a leading lady role! I always thought she wasnt suitable as second leading lady/meanie so I m really glad shes given an opportunity! though I must say I d really love to see her in a romantic comedy without a whole lotta angst:)

... I loved her in Painter of the Wind and she made me wish Moon Geun Young was a boy so many times while watching it. Those two were really captivating and loved everything about Painter of the Wind that involved them, surprisingly enough.

I also her in 'Brilliant Legacy' and I liked her character as the misunderstood step-sister with an evil mother, although overall, the Kdrama failed to maintain focus in the 2nd half and faltered with the episode extensions.

I haven't seen 'My Fair Lady' yet... not too interested either.

Finally a leading role! I agree that she has a warmth about her on screen, but I also think she's an amazing actress. Made me cry in POTW and seethe with anger in BL. Plus she's one of the most gorgeous actresses in Korea today. Yep, I love her.

Yay, I was rooting for her to get a meatier role! she was so wasted in My Fair Lady (which I mostly skipped). I hope the drama works a few fresh twists and if not that then at least some good lead couple chemistry!

i love her in Brilliant Legacy. i kept going back and forth between hatred and pity towards her character. the scene where she beg her mom at the rooftop made me cry a river. awesome acting by her. her crying scenes are so earnest. all the best to MCW for her 1st leading role!

finally MCW's leading role been waiting so long. shes green yes, but a superb actress nevertheless, even tho MFL was a terrible flop, i still managed to watch thru it, mostly cuz of her quirkiness =D shes definitely a versatile actress.

OMG, more idol rumors to play the lead?

This dissappoints me really. I really want to see her with a more veteran actor like Yoon Kye Sang rather than a first time idol.

That is because I don't want this to fall into the same category as BOF where it's going to just feed the idol's fans.

Besides her resemblance to Kim Hee Sun, Moon Chae Won's eyes are her gift and curse. When she's "on", she can translate her inner doubt with piercing clarity. Something about it recalls So Ji Sup. When she's "off", she GLARES as much as Kim Tae Hee, and sometimes her relationship with the camera is even more tiring than, say, early Han Hye Jin.

In any case, she's ready to jump into the lead spot. Good luck on her!

Good for her! While I do think her acting can be a little uneven sometimes, when she nails it she is simply amazing. She has loads of talents and I'm totally excited that she finally got a leading role.

I'm not sure if I like the premise of her drama...it sounds like something I've seen countless times before, but I'm hopeful, we'll see.

I'm a little bit worried about her choice of dramas after POTW and Shinning Inheritance. Her role in MFL didn't explore her talent much. And now the plot of this drama doesn't sound interesting. Moreover rumors said that she's gonna star opposite some idols. Not so challenging for her acting skill IMO. Does she pick this project just because this is her first project where she's been casted as a female lead ?

Yay, a lead for MCW finally. Unfortunately the plot sounds boring bec it is so used. Hopefully there will be a recap here and english subtitled version available on web.

I mean this in the most non offensive way possible, but can Donghae (or Minhyuk for that matter) act? They just don't give of vibes of seriously acting chops. Neither one has done a drama before if I'm not mistaken and I'm getting bored with seeing idols act or rather "act."

Moon Chae Won is really great and deserves a leading lady role, but this story sounds like a rehash of wish upon a star and you're beautiful.

however, /shallow Donghae is just too darn cute and even if he completely fails, I'll still find it adorable and will probably watch this anyways :(
