Behind the scenes on Sungkyunkwan Scandal

It’s totally entertaining to see the onscreen camaraderie building between the four leads of KBS’s Sungkyunkwan Scandal, so it’s like icing on the cake to see that good-natured fun exists behind the scenes as well. In fact, before the drama began airing the four actors — Micky Yoochun, Park Min-young, Song Joong-ki, and Yoo Ah-in — stated that they all got along fabulously offscreen. Looks like it.
The drama recently released the following photos of its main quartet of kkot seonbis (pretty-boy Confucian scholars), also known as the Jalgeum quartet or Jalgeum F4. These photos were taken on the filming location in Yeongam-gun in south Jeolla province, in between filming, monitoring each other’s performances, and script rehearsing. Those of you who’ve seen through the latest episodes will no doubt recognize the scenes that were being shot when these were snapped.

Evil Boy is hot! I don't know why, but Joseon F4 don't interest me as much Ha In Soo. Must be his eyes. Piercing hot hot hot eyes, mmmmm....
I would so totally dig a character reversal in which he stands a chance with Yoon Hee. Who's with? Yes no maybe?

If I didn't think Yoonhee and Sunjoon made a perfect couple, I'd be all aboard that ship. I do harbor a secret hope that Insoo ends up falling for Yoonhee anyway, though. :P
Although I do love his crazy-evil glare, so I'll be content if he stays evil too. <3

@Hinnie- Chosun is the girl who's in love with Yoon Hee, the top gisaeng. In Soo is interested in her but she doesn't care about him. In Soo's sister is Hyo Eun, who is infauted with Sun Joon.

since the beginning, I somehow think In-Soo is the one who is pushing YH's limits. He is also the one who has the best acting skill in SKKS. His eyes tell the whole story. :-)
Well...anyway, Ha Ji Won's little brother is doing good as a delicious villain.

I must respectfully disagree with above. While In Soo pushes YH's limits, I think he often uses YH as a way to get to Sunjoon. Also, the actor has a lot of room to improve. He could try to use something beyond glare and more glare to convey anger/frustration/jealousy/I want to kill you then hang your corpse out to dry. Right now, it seems he way to differentiate between those emotions are to glare for 1 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, or 1 minute.

agree with you too, love all the guys in SKKS except Insoo, both as a character and as an actor, all he did is GLARE, even his glare can't be called 'acting', his minions, the dumb and dumber can act way better than him!

Also, the character is going to die of liver poisoning before he can do any real damage. Isn't that soju he's downing in copious amounts in, like, 99.9% of the scenes he's in?

But is this overabundance of glaring something to blame him for? I always assumed it was what he was told to do by the director/screenwriter/etc. I don't necessarily think Jun Tae Soo is about to receive the actor of the year award, but I think he's doing a respectable job, especially for a relative beginner.

It's really great to see all of them enjoying themselves while filming. Guess that's wat brings the energy to the show itself. Esp loved the pic of Yoo Ah In playing around with Park Min Young. :)

This is the first time I love all the casts of the show,including the bad guys too :P
Well because all of them are cute,although I'm a huge cassie myself..I just love Yoon Shik protraying so well !I just how Sun Jun is treating her/or him like his very best friend so sometimes I was star struck that I knew the fact that she is a girl but Sun Jun doesnt >.< That is why he treating him so well :D
And of course,those funny cast members like the old kiss-asser(i wonder what is his name)and the little kids...Also,not to forget the maid for the maiden that love Sun Joon.I love every bit of the show and if you realised,Sun Joon,Yun Shik and that cute Gangster is of the same year 1986 !!! I just found out and was pretty surprised but of course,their sunbae is mickey and noona is yoon shik :)
I love how they are having fun,honestly,I dont know how the ending will turn up so I kept watch with this show...Normally When i was kdramas,I predicted the ending of the show(which pretty much end at the same most of the time).Because only one of the teacher knew she is a girl,and well the truth of her background haven't been revealed so im pretty excited...AND AND haha,who will they end up with ?
Plus,I added this drama along with Josen Xfiles into my favourite kdrama of 2010 :)

Don't you wonder how they became friends in the first place? GYH is hung up on appearances (and being a certified jerk) and we can assume he's always been that way. So, at some point little Moony must have been more in step with his place as a precious son. Otherwise I can't see them having much of anything in common, so Moony's shift to rebellious crouching tiger bad ass must've been recent and GYH is rolling with it because they've been friends for ten years. What I'm saying is I want some flashbacks for these two. Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

Or they were both originally rebels. It looks like GYH has just as many issues as our dearest Crazy Horse, but deals with them in a different way, from some of the serious interludes he's had.

Park Min Young must be the luckiest girl...and happiest!
In SKKS, she is "one of the guys" with Yoo Ah In, Song Joong Ki and Micky Yoochun. In UHK, she was "girly-girl" with Kim Hye Sung, Jung Il Woo and Kim Bum.

I sooooo lurv this drama...people who dont bother watching this is simply RETARDS!!! The plot is perfect and the cast is.........DOUBLE PERFECT??...i dont usually watch dramas when the guy lead is ugly or the girl lead is ugly but dang im trapped with Gorgeous cast (not just the main)!!! I only knew park min young in this drama (SHes soooo pretty and I sooo like her) i started to google every article that includes her (lol) i dont know really much about DBSK or yoochun (cause well im more of SUJU fan) but I also started to google him and Joong ki :3 (freaken cute) and Yoo ah in..so basically i googled all of em...LOL..I want to see them in more other dramas as soon as this drama ends and wishes for 2 or 3 of the cast to be on the same new drama.....
ps. I love how all of em is friends..i want to see more behind the scene :D
pss.. ive asked this in some article already but..is it legal to have so many hot guys in one drama?

Honestly, after this one I'm a total die hard moony faction/yoo ah in fan. He's just so... RAWR. I want him.
I'm actually surprised that ha insoo can look so... not mean. He's actually pretty handsome. I just hated him because he's so antagonistic in the drama that every time he entered a frame I refused to look at him. >.<
For some reason, I'm kind of not into lee sunjoon. Maybe because I'm blinded by the manly deliciousness of jaeshin. Kyaaa~ his smile. Killed me. Also because of the prettiness of yongha. :D
I loved mjs in epi 9. Won't give anything away. But he's frackin hot. Can't wait for epi 10 to come up.

This is like one of the only dramas where all the guys are so irresistible besides You're Beautiful. If I were in Yoon Hee's position, I wouldn't be able to choose! Ohmygosh, in the beginning I chose Micky, but why oh why did they let the hot guys keep coming! I seriously would pass out if they told me to pick JUST one. If only I could have one for each day of the week! I freakin' love this drama, 2010 is certainly one of the best year of dramas

it was truly amazing... and there were so many skinship moments! eeeeek! i love moony, sunny, yummy, and i'm actually digging insoo's fumy glare! i usually hate evil guys, but this guy is pretty good looking..i have to admit!
gosh, moon jae shin is so cool! i wish i could have a guy like him!
ep 9 gives us viewers a glimpse of four good friends. know how it was always moony and yoon hee or sunjoon and yoon hee or yummy and yoon hee? ep 9 finally gives us some scenes where all 4 work together..and we can see their beautiful faces on the scene TOGETHER! ahh...it was pretty sweet.. :)

In Soo looks so HOT when he smiles like that.
The writers should have a scene that shows a different and sweeter side of In Soo. It doesn't make sense that the character is always glowering and smoldering at the camera for no reason.
This character should be more than a power hungry villain. He should be a villain with a past or even a villain with a heart.
