Jung Il-woo celebrates 23rd birthday with a fanmeeting

Gah, this boy is so cute. I just want to feed him things and have him call me noona. That would seriously make my day.
Jung Il-woo (The Return of Iljimae) is about to turn 23, and to celebrate the event he is holding the customary fanmeeting/birthday party in Seoul next month.
His birthday is September 9, while the event will be held on the 5th under the theme of a “family party.” It’s his first Korean fanmeeting in two years, and Jung expressed his excitement to be holding this event. He has another fanmeeting planned for November to be held in Japan, where his profile has been raised with projects like his breakout series, Unstoppable High Kick (where he was adorable), and Return of Iljimae (where he was all grown up and sported the enviable Mane of Glory, which is unfortunately now gone).
Most recently, Jung made his theater debut in a play, Beautiful Sunday, wherein he played a gay character with AIDS. His last screen role was the disappointing My Fair Lady, and he has yet to select his next project. One can only hope it comes soon. One day they’re adorable young noona-killers, the next day they’re off to army duty. Sigh.

I adore him. I've been watching Unstoppable High Kick on Dramafever, and he's wonderful in it... that's actually what made me want to watch The Return of Iljimae.

happy birthday, jung il woo!!! saw his pix on N.O.A..'s wall of stars, when we went to Seoul last month!! Hope he gets to show his true potentials in his next project, though!!
...he definitely belongs on the leading man status, pls don't do anymore "Lady Castle" type of roles...his talent is wasted in such mediocre roles!!
