by javabeans
The character posters are out for the 7 main characters of MBC’s upcoming historical drama Kim Suro, who are played by the following: Ji Sung as the title character Kim Suro, Bae Jong-ok as his mother, Yoo Oh-sung as Suro’s ambitious rival, Seo Ji-hye as Suro’s queen, Go Joo-won as another rival, Kang Byul as Suro’s first love, and Lee Pil-mo as a former friend and later opponent.
Kim Suro premieres on May 27 and airs on the weekend.
The photo at the top is Ji Sung as Kim Suro, and it took me a few hard looks to wrap my head around that, since I couldn’t believe it was him.
Below is Yoo Oh-sung:

(changing everything after searching net...)
Yeah, Lady Manmyeong (?明夫人 만명부인) was sister to King Jinpyeong.
She was royalty before she got into a disagreement somehow (forgot the story, bu the scene was when she was begging for forgiveness from) her (& Jinpyeong's) mother the already-retired Dowager Empress Manho (萬呼太后 만호태후).

regarding the question mark at Lady Manmyeong's hanja, it's "萬".

Yes Lady Manmyeong (Yushin's mother) and King Jinpyeong (Queen Seon Deok's father) were half siblings.
Queen mother Manho disowned her daughter (Lady Manmyeong when ran off and married Yushin's father Kim SeoHyeon (a Kayan royalty). When they returned to Sorabol she begged her mother for forgivess and got reinstated back as a Silla royalty (seonggol) and her husband as part royal (jingol).

being an indian, Sarees are the attire for female in both north and south indian..even now ppl wear sarees..though the modern saree wearing style has changed..it was designed to cover women's body in an elegant way. without exposing and look respectful..the intention of wearing a Saree in this drama..but they should have chosen a good Saree and the actress is not wearing it properly .they should have taken still more efforts in it and also the lady could have been Indian
