My Mom is sleeping off her anesthetics so I could stand in line for the old, but only PC ( and thank you, FREE). Gotta share this with you all...guess what I chose to watch on Singapore Air en route here- The Bad, the good and the weird...yup finally saw @langdon's LBH!!!! I watched 2 other korean movies ( surprise, surprise, he he )- the other one were Goodbye Mother ( I cried) and darn...can't remember the last one ( also didn't finished it ).
As I mentioned on OT117, I have just been in the hospital and my Mom's apartment. I don't really mind. The staff, esp. the cafeteria ladies pity me, and they all treat me well. My Mom should be discharged in a couple of days, so maaaybee I will "see" Hong Kongin a little more "touristy"way. I thought of you all many times...wondering what you guys are chatting about ( I see that it involves a lot of men ( ICOMYM), food (mmm, ribeyes), and of course a lot of Kdrama....please take care...gotta go....miss you all....cingdoc

Sometimes, we go through a period of grieving and it seems that itself is a healing process. Please let yourself be as you go through this period in your life. After my dad passed away with a stomach cancer (during my divorce as well! my world was seriously falling apart back then). Somehow, he managed to come through to me in my dreams bearing messages for me and my family members. Then, I knew he was in a better place and at peace. I"m sure your mom's around you watching over to make sure you are OK.

WOW re dance tutorials. I didn't know they existed! Not that I'm even going to attempt them. I'm just amazed at the lengths people go to! When I was in Seoul in December, RDD by SHINee was on like every channel at least 5 times a day. It was crazy. Thank you very much for your kind words and for the Jung Woo-sung goodness! I do have to look out for my dongsaeng ockoala though, as JWS is her big-time I LUB YOU (just as Lee Min-ki is mine...er, MINE), and she is traveling this weekend and therefore unable to defend her claim to him. You'll have to speak to her about whether or not she's willing to share or loan him out! :-D

Speaking of sharing...I'll give it some thought, but for now I'm going to be stingy and keep my Min-ki to myself. I can't be THE LOLLIPOP without my boy! Besides, I have to constantly be on guard for news that some pretty young thing in Korea has snatched him away, and what happens after that won't be pretty. :-(

I woke up today and found that Perfect Girl Evolution episode 1 was up with Chinese subs - watched the episode before I went to brush my teeth, haha. Too engrossed.

I like it so far - it's got that familiar "youthfulness" in Jdramas like sort of in Hana Yori Dango, etc. And it's cute. It really is like a mixture of Hana Yori Dango and Nobuta wo Produce. And I don't think Kame's doing too bad of a job as Kyohei. Although personally, I don't like his long hair - wish it was back to short hair. He looks a lot better like that, haha.

I love rest of the cast too. Tegoshi's Yukinojo is so cute and funny, LOL. Uchi Hiroki's Takenaga... I think I have taken a strong favoring to this character for some reason. Why is Takenaga so cool? LOL.

There's not much I can think of saying about this so far except that I'm liking it... looking forward to the next episode!! And I like the theme of appearance/looks vs. inner beauty thing. A nice message to send, haha.

Oh, that's fantastic, I love Incubus. They sound so good! Our mascots are awesome. :-)

I actually wasn't a SHINee(music) fan until RDD. When they popped back on the scene with this song I just loved it! And the Elastic Fantastic chant won't go away... its stinkin' great!

Just finished. At first I laughed because I thought that the show was just silly, but now I am of the mind that the writers think that I am ignorant. I truly have never felt so insulted by a drama so much in my life! This show was repeatedly ludicrous and nonsensical. The last 30 secs were the only moments that I actually agreed wholeheartedly with a character's statements and even then I felt the words were ill placed and ridiculous given the entire project. I have no idea what the writers were thinking when they drew up the last 5eps of this drama but I'm thinking someone was housing (and abusing) a certain "skunk" in their offices. My only sentiments are WTH!

I don't know about anyone else but I'm not a fan of BB's music. I like them as dongsaengs cause 3 are just too sexy to ignore but I am more interested in their styles as individual artists than collectively. I think the only song I like by them is "Last" and its mainly just the chorus and the video... Thank God for LDG!

He he he, totally with you there, sister! Barbie's "acting" grates on me like a twelve inch ginsu knife. ONLY reason I *still* refuse to watch MARS inspite of supposed Vic teh super awesomeness in it.

I didn't much think about how many ICOMYM cuties Barbie makes off with (one is one too many!). However, once you watch Ariel in LoCH, you may add a few more cuties to ICOMYM, but even if you do, you won't hate Ariel, like ever. You'll just want to put her in a nice glass house so no guys can ever hurt her, and interrogate Joe, Mike, Show, all those TW guys to make sure they are even good enough for her. That's how much she makes you love her to bits.

If she wanted JWS, I *may* consider giving him to her (just "may* consider, but hey, that's a huge step back I'm considering to take to make my Ariel happy).

If Barbie was replaced by a genuine barbie for the filming of Rain of Swords, it would make my month~ and the barbie would most likely act better.

Oh no, I love Ariel. I want to marry her off to one of my sons, remember? :-D

Forgot to say...LoCH is going with me on a trip to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks, which I didn't know I had to take until this past Friday (and which I am extremely unhappy about). But I have a brand new portable DVD player, so at least the 3.5 hour plane ride will be more pleasant.

I'm halfway through Ep 19 of The Devil, so just one more hour to go after this. I still can't bring myself to watch WISFC. I think I'm going to wait until it's finished and just watch it all in one go. Can't seem to go back to AC, either, I'll probably do the same thing with that one. I'm still hanging in there with Smile, You and Hi, My Sweetheart.

Chuno will have to be a whole separate post, I'm running out of edit time!

I think watching WISFC in one-go is actually a great idea. I thought STS was super awesomely addicting when I watched it in one-go, and only time and the ability to think critically made me realized what exactly transpired on that drama. I think overthinking WISFC from week is week really killed my buzz, but Go Soo is still swoony to the extreme and even Han Ye-seul is getting much better.

Ooh, going to Vegas? Maybe I can sneak away and join you! Or not, hubby will have a conniption. Jesus, if you start LoCH 2008 on the plane, you may not be able to get any work done once you land. I also got a shiny new DVD player (pink!) but alas, all weekend all it did was play Chipmunks DVDs. I even brought What's Up Fox to get my CJM fix before Cinderall Unni starts.

I don't want to talk too much about Chuno myself, it's really too early to say more, other than I love what I have seen so far.
