I like Im Soo-jung's dress! I think she looks lovely in it. And Kim Kang-woo, what a hottie, he looks marvellous! Seo Woo is looking great and little Wang Seok-hyun is adorable!

That's the best outfit I've ever seen on SO SI-SUB (LOL! haha I know it's So Ji-Sub but I couldn't resist a little poke at that immature poster from last week. Lame, I know). Most other photos show him wearing granny sweaters, but this outfit is unique yet stylish and suits him well.

Jeon Hye-bin's dress also looks oddly like a black, plastic garbage bag. (Maybe these "garbage bag" dresses just photograph poorly, but they must look better up close, or why else would these actresses actually wear them?

-Im Soo-jung looks otherwordly and the dress suits her delicate frame but I'm a partial fan.

-Hate Han Chae-young's dress. It makes her well endowed boobs look weird and drabby.

-Would love Kim Yun-jin in a different color. Black is boring but the dress's style and cut is really nice.

-Kim So-yeon has attitude and confidence to carry most looks even when the dress is not fantastic.

-Han Eun-jung looks great in the dress.

-Gu Hye-sun is too causal. Perhaps wear a tux if she is channeling diane keaton.

-Jung Ryeo-won who is usually very fashionable is a total miss.

-Bokifer looks so bad. I think its the worst dress I've seen. Even the garbage bag one was semi interesting

and oh So Ji Sub has beautiful hands and you know what they say about hands.

My favorite lady looks: toss-up between Ha Ji-won (goddess, the perfect description by JB) and Im Soo-jung (sexy and innocent, accentuates her image) - both dresses are also different and standout from the usual Pusan/Baeksaeng fare.

So Ji-sub (are we calling him So Si-sub now? or SSS for short?) - definite improvement, but the entire cut is all toooo small for him, other pictures highlight how the jacket, shirt and vest all look like its bunching up and ready to rip. He's pulling an amazing Hulk for sure.

Fave male look: Jang Dong-gun (absolutely impeccable). Special shout out to Byung-hun-oppa, he looks dashing, as usual, but his arm candy wasn't so complimentary an asset.

A word of warning to the darling Seo Woo - please, please, number 1 rule for little ladies with very ample endowments - NEVER wear a dress that smashes your boobs and causes the excess flesh to ooze out like a blob. Always go for V-necks, drapes, and/or one-shouldered looks. Otherwise, above the head and below the waist, Seo Woo was so pretty!

Eom Ji-won and Go Jun-hee look like twins. Seriously. But the dark dress and lipstick scares me....
Ha Ji Won looks gorgeous. She was probably the best dressed.

Jang Hyuk's hair doesn't seem appropriate for the event...

Kim So Yeon looks really beautiful, depsite the weird dress (the opening at the boobs part looks awkward). But her hair and her clean make up made her look sexy.

I don't like Han Yeh Seul's dress... it looks a bit flat. Maybe it's the lack of curves or boobies, but from the side view, it doesn't look interesting.

Uhm Jung Hwa is a lovely women, but the dress ages her... Is it the hair.

Min Hyo Rin is pretty like a living doll... but the dress...

First time commenting on fashion. I’m such a big fan of Lee Byung hun, that seeng him here made me want to comment.

I have two favorite woman look, in this order: Im Soo-jung and Go Joon-hee. However, if I’m going to be fair, I must say that there were three beautiful dresses and the third lady was ha Ji-won.
Nine dresses didn’t speak to me at all. However, I did a list, and among the nine, four were just devastatingly awful. I quote; “It hurt too look at them” Anyway the four: Han Chae-young (not attractive in any away… I mean the dress) Han Ji-hye (she looked like if she was going to the office… in a long dress, which then it means she is still out of place… oh well!) Choi Jung-won (“garbage bag” I so agree) Yoo Sun (OMG!!!)
I have to mention Lee Hana because it bothers me to look at her… ok; her boobs are just too much!!! The dress is not ugly is just not for someone so “large” around the area.

Favorite man look, it goes without saying much (since I have mention to be a huge fan) Lee Byung-hun, he looks simple but very stylist, I like that. Kim Nam-gil (which is my favorite) he looks very modern and sophisticated. And Jang Dong-gun looks good as well, very manly. I like for a man to look manly, so… Lee Min-ho was not on my well dress list… it was the big tie, I mean, BOW.

I love Im Soo-jung and Go Joon-hee as well. Goddess-y looks r fine, but I don't really like the excess ruching around the waist, even on smashing bodies of HJW and HCY it added bulk.

Hmm, I don't have a favorite. I was surprised by what LMH was wearing. Yikes! Not liking the outfit and I miss the GJP hair on him. And who let GHS wear that? She needs to wear dresses more often and stay away from that! But damn, Gosh Hartnett was looks HOT!!!

Jang Dong Gun (thank you for shaving off your mustache!), Kang Ji Hwan (chronic stunner on the red carpet), Kim Kang Woo (yes, even despite the mustache - take a clue from JDG and shave it off, please), and Wang Suk Hyun (how adorable!).

2. My top women at the PIFF:
Soo Ae (looks classy and "dananhae" as always), Ha Ji Won (indeed looks like a goddess), and Kim So Yeon (looks gorgeous despite the "hole" on her chest).

Seo Woo looks so pretty, I mean prettier with makeup on. Lee Minho looks dashing but the bow is so girly. I wonder why Gu Hyesun dresses like a guy whenever she goes to award show, sighh!

Im Soo Jung is stunning! I love everything about her look.

ok if I have to explain that to you might be too young (or maybe not from the US). Its not specifically hands like So Ji Sub's per se but a man's hand being a reflection of the size of their ____.

Hint: Koreans call it the same word as pepper. Matter of fact koreans decorate the front of their house with a garland of peppers when a boy is born. Samsookie did you hear that?

When I saw Su Ae's hair, I immediately thought of Kang Hae-na's hair in the My Fair Lady stills! As for Jung Ryeo-won, I was disappointed, since she usually looks so good. Gu Hye-sun was too casual, and I remember her wearing a similar to outfit to another event.

Lots of neutrals at this event, which is elegant but not quite as fun to look at. I love the ruffles and waves that many of the stars are wearing though. And little Wang Seok-hyun...Oh my. I wish I had a little brother; then I would actually play dress-up! (Which I never did as a kid)
